Zach was very professional and prompt. He informed me what he wanted to do and went to work. Within an hour had filters changed and crawl space inspected and repaired. He is an asset to your company and represents it well!

1 starI just got off the phone with the call center for Ayers asking about my experience with the service provided. The sales rep and inspector of Ayers that came out last week was exceptional. He is a fantastic employee. The install on the I-Beams installed in my basement was done prior to purchasing the home. I received a transferred warranty on this. There were multiple support beams installed that were not bolted to the actual floor joist horizontally, which is the specified way to install the beams. Google basement support I-Beam install and it will be obvious what I’m talking about. Multiple beams in my basement were not installed this way. The beams were too short. So Ayers screwed a few 2x8’s to bottom of the floor joists to fill the gap. They then bolted the I-Beams vertically to the boards installed to fill the space. Not horizontally into the floor joist, like every other install I have ever seen or consulted about has been done. I had multiple opinions taken on this along with a building inspector. When I told the person from the phone center about this just to give her feedback, she was argumentative. She cut me off many times and raised her voice. Her final response before I got off the phone was: “Did the inspector from Ayers say anything?” - No. He wouldn’t want to throw his company under the bus. None of us would. “Right.. so, someone else’s opinion is what you’re going off of…” I’m leaving this review because I attempted to give feedback and rather than saying they will look into it or fix it for the next person, she was very unprofessional. I left a review on Google. Their response was to ask me to look into how the Power Brace Foundation Wall Repair System is supposed to be installed. They took zero responsibility. I looked at the website they suggested. The pictures in the installation section completely expose their incorrect installation. What the site shows for a correct installation is the opposite of what they did. Avoid at all costs.Review fromLiesje J

Overall satisfied with the service. Given timing of repair (late fall), delays were expected. On site crew was knowledgeable and communicative. Only knock was no knowing that we would be responsible for tyvek of the plywood.Ayers Basement Systems
