      Purchased a ***** ***** package for $4,700 that was guaranteed to work. Followed ALL of the at home steps. Results - induced bleeding and zero inches reduced. ****** complaints during office visits. Sent email to the CEO without the courtesy of him responding. They lied from the first visit regarding these treatments. They shared my pictures with someone in their corporate office WITHOUT prior consent from me. Violation of my privacy.

      I purchased a package for 4 Tribella treatments for $2300 on 11/29/24. I got my first Tribella treatment on 2/1/25. I was told my second Tribella treatment would be on 03/01/2025. I came to my appointment on 03/01/2025 and was told my appointment was in fact 03/08/2025. The ********************** office is about an hour drive from my home. They would not see me on 03/01/2025. The representative wanted me to go to the ********** location to see if they had any openings the same day. I didn't bring my phone and had no way of navigating to that location which is about a 25-minute drive further away. I am requesting a full refund.

      My credit card was charged $2,300.00.  I was supposed to receive four Tribella treatments in return for the $2,300.00.  I only received one Tribella treatment.  Then I had the falling out with the staff at the *************, **. office.  I was told by the Clinic Director ********* at this location, that I would receive a full refund.  It wasn't until I saw my credit card statement that I realized that I been only refunded $180.00.  This math does not add up.  I was promised four treatments for $2,300.00. I only received one treatment, and a refund of $180.00.  I am requesting a full refund. If you are any type of reputable business, you will stand behind your commitment to your customers.  I am a very unsatisfied customer at this point.

      We offer package discounts that are applied and only valid on packages. In the event that an area was purchased, started and then cancelled, the treatment price without the package discount is owed. We will refund an additional $1620 to make the total refund: $1800 for unused services.

      I contracted with LightRx on 12/6/25,In the approximate amount of 6300 for facial skin tightening. I financed the amount with Care Credit. During the consultation process and before I signed the agreement with the finance company, the director of LightRx Mesa location asked me to look in the mirror and tell her what saw on my that I didnt like. I told her what I saw and what I didnt like and she said THAT WILL BE GONE. I had the 1st skin tightening service on December, 13, 2024. After I left the spa my face was swollen and red from the treatment, so it was hard to see if there were any results, although I didnt expect to see results immediately, at least I expected to see some results in the weeks to come which I did not. I spoke with ******** ****** before my next scheduled treatment and told her I believed my skin was too lax for these particular treatments and did not wish to continue with any further treatments. She said to me it took a long time to get this way so therefore I should continue with the second treatment which I agreed to. After the second treatment I could see this was not going to work. I called her and am she said once treatments are started there are no refunds I did not know this otherwise I dont think I would have signed up for the treatments.i contacted the corporate office asking if I could get a refund, and I was told that was up to the *** director. And of course she said no and should continue with the treatments and possibly purchase another 2 to 4 thousand more in treatments. I actually thought well maybe she is right, but I had a weak moment. There was and is no way these particular treatments would ever work with my skin being lax I would need a traditional face lift and I told her after the first treatment that was probably the case. My feeling is all she wants to do is sign unsuspecting, vulnerable and naive people like my self into doing these treatments. I got scammed and want a resolution to this problem.

      I received only 2 treatments. The first treatment produced no results, the  second one produced no results. I have explained this over and over to the director and others involved with the company and still they keep insisting they see results in the after pictures. I cannot see how this is possible when the face and neck is swollen and red after the treatment,
      and if the whole idea of treatments is to produce collagen, then I seriously doubt results could be seen at this point. But be that as it may, I have seen no results weeks after the Two treatments I received, absolutely none!! I believe Iam due a refund.
      If the company cares at all about customer service or satisfying their customers, they certainly would
      refund the money I paid or at least offer some kind of resolution so I can  go elsewhere to get the proper treatment for my my skin laxity.
      The package was 6300. with a
      discount of 500.00.

      Hello I went to this site after leaving I wanted to cancel a package and just pay for what I recieved. I called the next day the office manager was on vacation upon her arrival she stated that I couldnt just pay for the service i received. I had to keep the full package. I informed her due to health issues I would not be able to do the treatment. after calling HQ they said a refund could be issued minus the service i used however I would need to speak to the refund ***** I have left 15 messages for them they have no director number all you can do is be transferred and than they hang up the phone.

      I paid 3500 cash for 15 treatments in July for fat removal. I am a 68 year old women in need of ******* weight and thought this would be what I needed. The next day I went back and they signed me up for 30 more treatments at ******* I took a loan through ************* care credit. After five inital treatments I got sick and my doctor told me I needed to stop because the treatments was causing health issues for me. I wen there and cancelled never even using the last 6000 or even completing the original treatments. I was told they would comp me 8 facials in place of what I did not get to complete from the original monies paid and that the 6000 would be refunded to the care credit account. Every week I call and get the run around that they have contacted their corporate headquarters and a refund will go out. This is since August and I have interest charges now on the account and just want my monies back. They tell me they have no number to give me for their corporate headquearters and I looked it up online and leave messages but ***** calls me back. I have exceptional credit and this is causing me a problem with the late fee and this 6000 charge on my account as open and default. PLEASE HELP!

      Was seeking services from lightrx. I got a loan for procedures and some that I did not even do. I was going weekly and making monthly payments to finance company, but I forgot to make a payment. Lightrx would not allow me to do procedure until it was paid. After a few more months I could no longer keep coming. The payments were stoped due to that. Why would I pay for a service I'm not doing? Now I'm being told I have to pay regardless even if I don't do it. Because lightrx got paid in full. If that's the case how can they stop me from doing my procedure, when I forgot a payment?,(that payment was made day of procedure)

      I bought prepaid packages for softwave and laser hair removal at their ********** VA location. The manager Nax refuses to honor them. I had all 3 softwave and 2 laser hair removals left. After calling several times and Naz turning my request down, I finally got a response from corporate saying they would refund me 2k in a month. Thar was in December last year. ***, from corporate promised a refund check to my address. Never received it and after several calls has been unresponsive. I would like my refund sent back to me ASAP.

      Ive been a client for several years and have a Lifetime Promise. I recently relocated and resumed treatment at a different location earlier this year. Two visits ago, I learned everyone at the location was apparently fired and they would no longer treat me with the Aerolase because it isnt authorized for laser hair removal. Ive been safely treated with this laser with results and now Im told they will only treat me with the Venus ****** which is Intense Pulsed Light hair removal, not the Nd:YAG laser Ive been treated with for years with this business. *** is not providing the results I paid for and is not the laser hair removal method I originally signed up for. Theyve pulled a bait and switch on me. I have spoken to several individuals about this and no one appears to be interested in resolving this privately.

      Notice how their response offers no solution as they arent interested in providing one. They acknowledge Ive been a client for more than five years and were treating me with the Aerolase as part of my lifetime promise and then they decided to stop. Aerolase is used for laser hair removal but they are refusing to continue using it on me for some reason. They have now started treating me with the Venus ****** which is not the Nd:YAG laser hair removal that is necessary for my specific treatment per my initial contract, and now Im no longer receiving results Im paying for. I originally purchased a laser hair removal package, not IPL hair removal. These are two different treatment methods and its very clear IPL isnt working for me.  

      How do I continue my laser hair removal treatments using the lifetime promise? I do not care what machine is used as long as its a Nd:YAG laser. If they are not going to honor the lifetime promise agreement, they can buy me out and Ill go to a business with more integrity.

      My lifetime promise is for laser hair removal. The Versa machine they have switched me to does not contain a laser and my hair is not shedding on this machine. For my hair & skin type, I need to be treated with a laser, specifically a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, which theyve been using on me for years, which is why they were treating me with the Aerolase as it contains this laser. The Versa does not use a laser but rather intense pulsed light so they are not honoring my lifetime promise. I am no longer seeing results Ive been continuing to pay for. The solution is to continue treating me with a device in the facility that contains a Nd:YAG laser and they are refusing to do so.

      I have a credit with lightRX for laser hair removal. I have moved and didn't continue the treatment I have signed up. I called few months back to discuss the issue and the lady I was talking to told me she will let her manager know to process the refund! I'm still waiting for the manager! I was satisfied with result i got and the staff. I'm just only live too far from the place. Please issue my refund. I appreciate it.

Once a laser hair removal package has been started it is non-refundable, and that is stated in our consent form (that Mahsa signed): "I understand if I have used any of the treatments, the remainder of the treatment course is non-refundable".

      While I understand that LightRx has a policy stating that laser hair removal packages are non-refundable once started, my circumstances have changed significantly since I purchased the package. I have recently moved, and the nearest LightRx location is now over an hour away from my residence. This makes it impractical for me to continue attending appointments for a treatment that lasts only a few minutes.
      At the time of purchase, I made this commitment based on the assumption that I could access the location easily and consistently. However, this unforeseen life change has made it impossible to fulfill my end of the arrangement.
      I kindly request that LightRx take this into consideration and make an exception to their policy in light of my unique situation. I propose a partial refund for the unused treatments as a reasonable resolution. I believe this would demonstrate the companys commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding.
