      They lied about a bogo deal and lied about the treatment being for skin tightening. They new 1 treatment couldnt work and got me with false advertising

      I bought a deal that also said buy one get one free and after I signed it and waited, nothing showed I asked for it and they said it was only for packages bought but thats not what the add said. Then she said I need 2-3 more treatments but in person said if only need 1. She lied and knew I couldnt get results with 1 treatment. She lied knowing it before I paid and others have wrote reviews as well about the fraud going on.

      Consumer stated she never authorized this account, and she paid cash in the beginning of this loan. Please review "I never authorized this transaction. They pulled credit to check my rate and I paid cash instead. I randomly signed into this email and noticed payment deductions have been coming out. This is not ok. I have never received anything In the mail either I called to speak to the manager that helped me at this location and apparently she has been fired. " I have out in 3 different disputes and have gotten nowhere. This is unacceptable and now affecting my credit.

      Once again, a loan was taken out for $1350 ( not authorized on 12/13/2023) after pulling my credit score and seeing the interest rate, I determined cash was the best option for me. Immediately, after determining this, I went to the *** and brought ******* cash. I believe a few weeks later I paid the remaining balance in cash. I had no idea my checking account was being debited for a monthly payment since I rarely use that account. When I discovered this, I stopped all treatments due to the corrupt nature of this. No one at the facility could help me and again the previous director who signed me no longer works there. I have never had a bad experience with the facility until I realized I loan unauthorized was taken out in my name.

      I Appreciate the offer to refund the treatments unused. However, I do not believe I should be held accountable for this loan since I paid cash.

      This has caused me so much stress. Im trying to buy a home and now have a delinquent loan on my credit report. 

      Im order to move on and resolve this, Im looking to have the loan closed paid in full in good standing. 

      I still have yet to ever receive anything to my address on ******************* In

      Im willing to take a hit on the principal that I have paid on this loan #VC37A27LOA01

      principal paid: 471.72

      Fraudulent loan amount: $1350

      minus principal paid $471.72
      Interest paid:$144.42

      fees paid: $85.00

      =$878.28

      In order to settle this a total of $878.28 is required. 
      I appreciate your help in solving this matter so we can all move on.

      On 4/19/24, I purchased a Treat-to-Conplete pack for 3 areas for $6,073.83. I started the package, however, due to scheduling conflicts and timing, I am no longer able to do the services on a consistent basis. For the most optimal results, the services should be done consistently. I contacts LightRx in 10/21/24 to request a refund for the services that I have not been able to complete. I was advised on 11/11/24 that they would not be able to do the refund because to do the individual services costing more than what I paid, so they would not be able to refund me. They did offer to switch to other packages, however I still have the timing issue and most of the other packages are not services I would be interested in.

      Last year I went to LightRx to get some laser treatment for my face. They ended up telling me they had a special if I paid x** amount then I'd get discounted ***** and laser treatment. So I paid upfront around 500 for the services. Didn't know it was a "membership". I used two services but never went back for additional services because their treatments were not up to par with other companies. On Friday Sept. 27th, 2024 my cc got charged $350.00. I call the ********** location Monday Sept. 30th to as ask what this charge was for as I had not been there for any services in the last 8 months and the lady explained it was a membership charge. I said I do not want to be a member and she told me she will cancel my membership and I should see a credit within 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and again was told to wait another two weeks. I called 11/4 as no credit was given and was told by ****** that I needed to contest it with my cc. I asked to speak to a manager and transferred me to ******** who told me she would email HQ to see what the delay was to getting my credit. She assured me she would email them and copy me, but as of 11/5 no word on my credit. I just want them to reverse my charges before my cc payment date which is due mid November.

      Treatments didnt work. I actually think they made my lose skin worse. Total waste of money. Appointments were made without my input. No consistency between technicians and procedures. When I discussed it with the owner she didnt care. Constantly approached about additional procedures.

      I purchased treat to complete, I think it's called and I began these sessions. I was told that I would begin seeing results in 6 weeks. I was excited at first. I followed all the instructions but never seen any results. They even left me in there one day and the machine started sending shocks through my sides. I had prior surgery in that area It was intolerable pain it burn my skin. I called for help but no one could hear me so I started to remove it myself and the staff finally came said it was probably pinchingmy skin. I complained. The first treatment I had did not feel that way and thru the pain i still did not have results. My weight and measurements remained the same. They then change the story and told me to get more treatments to see results. I was reluctant to keep doing this but they continued to pressure me dispite what my complaints were. And after those treatments I still did not have any results, in fact what i did receive was an infection a huge lesion on the abdomen. I have never had anything like that prior in my life. They did not clean the device when i was there now i have an infection. I called several times. I don't trust this company anymore with the lies. They say results are not guaranteed but people expect to see something .5 inches, 2 inches something not nothing at all. Tge play on words take peoples money. Even your advertising say shrink fat but my bmi,measurements and weight is still the same with exercise,water, sauna trainer and eating better. I now have ***** on my skin, an infection (lesion) not to mention the pain I feel when it shocks me. And every now an then i still feel a shock in that area. I am getting all of this but no results what's so ever. I feel betrayed and I don't trust light rx. I would like to just get a refund of what I paid and all I had to endure. I want to put this behind me

We offer package discounts that are applied and only valid on packages. In the event that an area was purchased, started and then cancelled, the treatment price without the package discount is owed. At per treatment price ***** has received $7780 in services. ***** is not eligible for a refund.

      The service provider has charged a one time payment of $5000 from me for 10 laser hair removal sessions and said it will be only 10% lifetime after that. I have no effect from laser and got ***** a couple of times as well. When I contacted the incharge at **** location she has been putting me on hold saying she will talk to head office and the responsible person always travels so don't know when will I get a response. She even tried to convince me that I am sick and I have health issue and hormonal problems which is making the laser ineffective. I'm a completely healthy human with no health problems. I'm seeking compensation for the disrespectful comments of the service provider and fale promises of getting back to me with the plan . I've waited for 3 weeks now and seems like the person from head quarters is still in the air travelling.

      This is in regards to the previous complaint I filed on Light RX through BBB with case #********. The business had responded to me though BBB saying I will continue to receive treatments with a DIFFERENT LASER untill the desired results are achieved. They have provided me with only 1 session using the SAME LASER and now asking me to pay for the rest of the treatments. I still have hair all over and haven't achieved much difference since the start of the treatment in 2022 and they have pictures of all as proof and I'm willing to share more if required. I paid $5000 in dec 2022 and spent many hours on the treatment only to see no results and be lied by the company through BBB when I sought help. I am looking for help and their definition with pictures on what it's supposed to look like after the treatments worth $5000 are provided so I know I'm not being charged for anything additional. I have not been given any description of what desired results are supposed to look like per light RX standards and they just want to charge me for life since it clearly seems to be not working. My last treatment was done 2 weeks ago on dec 8 and I was told i will get a call back from ***** but it never happened and I'm still waiting. They do not want to continue to give me the treatments without charging even though they all have seen there's no difference and also lied through BBB.

      Started treatment June 15th 2024, was promised big results, I was skeptical about the treatment all along, I was assured the treatment is as good as a mommy make over (what I was in hope for), I paid $4,641 via credit card, now in September 23 and 0 results have been shown, I have done everything they've asked me of, my husband and I both sat in the office with Lily where she assured us both that I'd be really happy with results within 12 weeks. I am pushing for a refund, not only did I waste my time coming here all this time, but I left work early multiple times too. Highly disappointed.

      ***** purchased a package for $5300 ($2800 via Credit Card & $2500 via Care Credit). Gerin disputed the $2800 charge with the ******************** and we accepted the dispute for the funds to be returned. A $2500 refund was processed through care credit on 8/19/2024.
