      I have been going to this office that is always under staffed also the process is very painful and the financial situation of this is not worth the procedure. None of the treatments are consistent and if you have a late appointment and they are running behind, then your treatment is pushed to the next appointment. You are not kept in the loop with any financial requirements, and they just tell u the day of your appointment that what ever you owe in the office has to be paid in full prior to your scheduled treatment. I requested to stop treatment and to just pay for services rendered however the charges for the treatments i have received were double what the original contract was for. At this point i would like to stop the treatments all together. i spoke to the office manager who advised that the account needed to be paid in full prior to my next treatment, and no one in the office advised me of this on the previous appointment. Now at this point if i do not pay the office i can not get any further treatments until the balance is paid. All i want to do at this point is pay for the treatments received at the promotional price and stop treatment. I am not requesting a refund, i am willing to pay for services rendered but at the promotional price i was quoted and just end the contract.

      Purchased from LightRx Face and Body (*********, **) a fat reduction package that entailed *********************** and ********************* Treatments. The package was $3300 and financed with monthly payments of $164.67. Shortly after I started the treatments, I was denied service and the appointment was not honored because I was 3 minutes late to my appointment. I lived 40 minutes from the facility and there was an accident that evening. I was treated with rudeness and extreme disrespect over 3 minutes of being late. Due to the unprofessionalism of the staff, I never completed the treatment package. However, it has been over a year and LightRx Face and Body is still drafting $164.67 (8/11/22 Acct# ******** out of my checking account for services I have not received in over a year. I have spoken to management personnel with no regards of refunding my money for unused services. I have also filed a claim with LightRx Face and ********************** Servicing (UAS) to stop drafting any additional payments from my account. This company is truly a rip off. Please refund all funds drafted since 06/26/2021.

      On 5/24/22 I signed up for a Laser Hair Removal package (Full legs+ underarms) with LightRX at ********************** location. The total price was $2000 (paid through monthly payments to third party) for 10 treatments. Due to some personal issues, I have to leave the country and I won't be able to do any of the sessions so I called the clinic the following week to cancel everything. I was assured I'd get full refund and that a ticket was opened with corporate to issue my refund. I reached out several times to get an update and I always get the same response "it's been submitted to corporate but it takes time". I was told to make the monthly payments so it doesn't affect my credit score because once the refund is processed I will be refunded for all of it. Lately, my phone calls to corporate aren't answered anymore and no response through email either. I haven't done any of the sessions. I've made two monthly payments so far and no update on the refund. It seems like I'll be continuing to pay for services I won't take.

      I went to LightRx for a problem with fat on my outer hips. I specifically told the office manager what I wanted done and she took pictures of the areas. I began my treatment and did not have any improvement. They offered me an additional few treatments on my upper/outer thigh and I thought I was noticing some improvement. When I told them my frustration I was contacted by the manager. Fine she gave me money off the package. For the next 3 appointments, I was talked about in the hallway because I was a "problem patient". Pictures were taken of me before and after treatments as well as marks drawn on my body. I felt humiliated!!!! I also signed up for Botox injections there as well and found out they had some type of rewards program to make the cost cheaper. The program was not fully explained to me nor the fact that I had to pay separate for the cost of joining the program as well as the Botox injections. This is very misleading!!!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly by a cosmetic provider in my entire life!!! Now I know why they offer 80% off because they are rude and cant keep patients!!

However you do not fully explain the membership for the glow club before being purchased. This is a good sale tactic on your end but absolutely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. As I stated before when a client complains you make them feel like s*** They are there to get help and in return you make them feel less confident in their body than when they first came. Furthermore treatment plan was followed as stated.again a lot of misinterpreted information. I want refunded for the glow club membership

      Oct 1,2021 Started laser treatments With RX face and body.The *********************** encouraged me that these treatments would be great for me. I had great credit.I sign documents on her laptop and never received documents i signed. Just a $4,350. Bill and payment plan and treatments plan.I was taken advantage of. The ***** treatments didnt work.there was no change in my stomach or waist area. I was complaining half way through my treatments i didn't see no change.***** encouraged me to complete treatments. I did there was no change. I have before and after pictures to support my complaint. The contract and treatment plan i will show here as proof. I contacted my attorney to write a letter to them requesting a refund they did nothing to resolve this matter.They still are debiting my account for $173.00 a monthright now today.Im making sure everyone will hear my story..My niece is a reporter for one of the major news stations in ******* ********.Im not gonna stop until there is a resolution for me and all the similar complaints listed here.

      MY  complaint is not resolved I will answer to LightRx response.1. I paid $4350.00 for no good results. ***** had my credit checked it was excellent I feel this was her chance to take advantage of a senior citizen with good credit. 2. I was complaining  to ***** mid way through my treatments because I didn't see any change at all. I continued to voice my concerns to her and my therapist *****. Closer to the end of treatments ***** told me to complete all treatments then lets evaluate you. On their paper were false measurements. My Pictures show no change in size. 3. I didn't see any website only pictures of encouraging clients. ***** had me sign my signature on her tablet. I didnt receive a contract only  a treatment plan, bill of sale. Monthly payment printout.. 4. I was determined to follow the instructions given considering the cost.When I shared with ***** my goals and my daily regiment she said  I was already doing what is required. She was very encouraging about my outcome. I was already drinking lots of water about  a gallon a day. Exercising  riding my bike ***** miles a week.  I started my first meal of the day with a salad. no suger or sweets.I did eat a piece of fruit pehaps once or twice a week with salad .I purchased a waist band to wear everyday. My goal before I got to Light RX was to lose weight for my anniversary in November to fit into a dress I purchased.

      All summer I was feeling more healthy but couldn't lose  the belly fat  so when  I goggle liposuction LightRx popped up. October 1, 2021 I called them they said we have an appointment open so I went in that day and actually started treatments that day aswell.The staff they all were  so pleasant and hospitable a nice environment to be in. However this is false advertising that gives people false hope.

      This whole process was a scam.

      Dates: April 2017-June 2018 Amount of money I paid to LightRx: Over $14,500 I was never informed the clinic would be closing! I purchased packages for ************** ********* all over my body and did not receive half of my treatments. I guess Ill have to live with the fact that the treatments did nothing they were advertised to do because results may vary. However I am seeking a refund for the treatments I never received. I also purchased laser hair removal all over face and body with a lifetime promise I was told I could return for additional complimentary treatments if the hair returned. After I endured hours of painful treatments, I had temporary results for about 6 months and then all the hair came back. I called countless times to make an appointment and my calls were never answered. I finally decided to go in person but when I arrived, the business was closed down. I am seeking a minimum of a refund for the laser hair removal as I will never be able to receive any of the treatments in my lifetime promise and NEVER informed me they would be shutting down.The business has certainly NOT attempted to contact me at any time! I had absolutely no idea who to contact and how to get help. It took me years to save up enough money to afford these treatments. I was completely ghosted by these women who pretended to care about me and have no results to show for all of the time and money I have invested.

      Unacceptable. I was never informed of the companys bankruptcy. Obviously, when Covid-19 hit full force, everyones priorities shifted. My claim deserves attention just as much as anyone elses. I spent nearly $15,000 of my hard earned money for something I didnt receive. Its very straightforward. Besides, how am I expected to continue treatment if I am reporting that the location in my city shut down? I am entitled to a refund and that is the only possible resolution I will accept.

      I purchased a cellulite reduction package of 10 treatments for $3400. At the time of purchase I had a vacation panned and was told I should see results by the time of my vacation which was 6 treatments in. By treatment 4 I felt the treatments were making it actually worse and not better, I expressed this concern to the tech and they said I wouldn't see results until after my 5th treatment so I went ahead and did the 5th treatment and again felt it was worse. Went in for My 6th treatment and told them I didn't want to continue because it was making it worse and was told at that point I needed to continue because I wouldn't see results until 2 months later. I quit treatments after that as I felt it was making things worse and felt I was being given the run around. I was told I would be reimbursed for half of the package that I did not use. As of today my account balance has not reflected this and I feel it is unfair to charge such an astronomical price for a treatment that is advertised to reduce cellulite not make it worse. I understand everyone is different and reacts differently to treatments and I am willing to pay for the treatments I did get even though I feel I was ripped off but I refuse to pay for the treatments I did not receive and feel this company should make it right. Especially since I now have a worse problem them before i went in
