PG arrived on time and completed the install in the 2 1/2 hr time frame they indicated. *************************** explained the operation and maintenance standards. Door is working great and is much quieter than the one we replaced.

They did an excellent job repairing our garage door. Our tech, *******, came out promptly and was very professional. Our garage door had several broken parts and he was able to get everything fixed so the door works like new. Would definitely recommend this company.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

My Precision technician **** was arrived promptly, he was courteous, and appeared knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door. He came in to explain his findings once the door issue was elevated, and several other times as he worked.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

**************** Did an exceptional job in replacing the replacement panel. He was here and gone in a timely manner fixed or adjusted a few issues I wasnt even aware of. Im now completely satisfied with the new door and looking forward to a problem free garage door with proper maintenance. I found myself with a garage door that wouldn't open on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I was able to make an appointment online for the same day and the technician, *********************, was here within six hours of my request and early in the time period scheduled. He was personable and clearly explained the solution to the problem as well as some additional things that would be helpful for the life of the door. Work was completed promptly. 1 starDO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give no stars I would. They wait until you get your door up to say oh by the way you have to pay another amount for the track and motor. They dont tell you about all the extra fees involved until after they have you hooked. They sent out an unskilled tech who clearly didnt know what he was talking about to give a quote and come to find out its not right until its too late and they put up your door and take your old one away so you have no choice but to pay it. My garage door would not open. I discovered the spring was broken and the cables snapped. An assessor came out the following morning to perform the initial assessment and place my order. I also like the way the assessor provided a thorough explanation of the features of their service and parts they use to provide a superior product. It took a while for the door to arrive due to the irregular size; However, it was installed earlier than expected and looks fantastic. A few days later, it malfunctioned again; However, it was due to a bend in the frame that one of the sensors was attached onto (unsure how it happened). My technician was not able to come out on the day of the complaint; However, he did arrive the following day. Full disclosure, the claim that they will come out immediately for emergencies was not something that happened in my case; However, they did arrive within 24 hours. I am satisfied with their service and would recommend their service.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
