My two vehicles were stuck in the garage due to the garage door malfunctioning after I got home from work at 11:PM. I called Precision at 11:30 PM and the women on the phone who was very nice said she could have someone out to look at the problem in the morning. The technician came and got the door open so I could get to work which was quite a relief. My old garage door system was old so I bought a new one on the spot due to his excellent customer **********************. ****** who answered the initial call, ****** who helped get the broken door open and ***** who installed the new garage door system were excellent. Thanks again. ************

Woke up on a Saturday morning and couldn't get the car out of the garage--the garage door spring had sprung! We contacted Precision Door because of their reputation and were not disappointed. The initial conversation was efficient and pleasant--we were given a choice of times that somebody could come out the same day. ************** called us to confirm his ETA, which was about one hour from our initial call. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and helpful. He helped us understand the pros and cons of different options and he let us make a decision that was good for us--we were not coerced into anything. He fixed the door and left the proverbial door open for us to call back with any concerns. Should we decide to replace the door, Precision will be our fist call based on our experience today. Technician arrived within scheduled timeframe. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything carefully and advised me on how to better care for our equipment. He explained options for the repair. He completed the work within the estimated timeframe. After the work was complete he went over everything he did. Service was excellent from beginning to end. An accurate estimate of the repairs required were reviewed in detail and options clearly explained. Installation by ***************************** was high quality with good attention to detail. Very pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend them.
