**** was very professional and helped identify the issue that was causing our garage door problems. He took care of part of the issue and then **** returned the next day with the appropriate parts to complete the job. Precision honored the warranty coverage and spared us the added expense. Mr. ******************* was edifying regarding the garage, maintenance as well as providing explanatory rationale as to difficulty displaying malfunction of the garage door. I was very pleased.
