      Over billed for childhood cleanings sent me a bill for over $800 for in network insurance coverage. Charged me $28 a piece per child for oral hygiene instructions for 3 kids. What should have no cost to me for preventive cleanings they bill $800 and charge for telling you to brush your teeth which they didnt actually say. Scam. Total scam. My kids didnt like the dentist and said their teeth hurt afterwards and dont want to go back.

      ************************** neglected tooth #5 for a minimum of 2 years. My to hedonist begged the dentist to evaluate the tooth and fix it as its close to the front of my mouth. During this time the dentist fixed at least 6 cavities and didnt root canals while refusing to address the tooth in question. The tooth now has to be removed and I need to pay for an implant.

      Dentist refused to acknowledge tooth causing it to decay. I now have to remove the remaining tooth and pay for an implant ! My orthodontist has been questioning them regarding the tooth for 2 years and dentist just neglected the tooth

      We have an issue. I am not receiving a callback. I paid in full for crowns and abutments on 5/25/2023 with the electronic mold completed. No one has returned my *************** has not been rendered, and several calls and messages have not been returned.

      Need crucial information to allow progression of treatment on a mutual patient. Have been told they do not have the information handy and need to create an IT ticket to get issue resolved. Have been attempting this for months and still can not get an answer.

      I have three dental insurance providers and ged has only billed one of them. I have contacted all three of them after I was billed for the entire amount, only one of them was contacted. The other two state that there was no claim submitted. I have also contacted the office in land O Lakes requesting a statement from my first visit till the present billing. I have not gotten that either. I have been paying them for the past two months until the bill out the claims.

      I saw Great Expectations Dental in ***************, ******* on **** 1, 2023. Before I left, I paid them $184.00. A few days later, I reviewed my dental insurance information. My dental insurance said that they paid Great Expectations $101.00 and that I owed Great Expectations $57.00. I started trying to contact Great Expectations ************ to have them review/audit my bill. Starting on **** 2, 2023 I have called, left my phone number for a call back and filled out the (Contact Us) page multiple times. At the end of ****, I never heard from them. I called my credit card company, explained what was going on then filed a transaction dispute with the credit card company. About 5-6 weeks later, they wrote back and said that they would refund my money and ruled in my favor.. During this time, I never heard anything from Great Expectations. I started trying to contact them again with no success. I even tried communicating with the local Great Expressions for help, but I never heard anything from them after multiple attempts. All I have wanted to do since **** was to have them review/audit my bill so I can finally pay my debt. I know I have a legal right to have my bill reviewed/audited. I cannot believe I have tried contacting them for 3.5 months with no success. About a year ago, I actually contacted Great Expressions ************. The woman was very helpful, reviewed my information and fixed the issue. At that time, they had excellent customer service. I struggle to understand what happened since then. Again, all I want is a bill review/audit so I can finally pay my bill.

      My daughter who is Now 9 years old has been going to the office since she was 4, In 2021-2022 they extracted a molar on her top right and did two crown molar on her top left. one of the crown molar has a abscess I bought her in today and the pedi dentist is ************************** ******** she stated for us to Continue the antibiotics the E.R.prescribed and to come back on 09/22 for a follow up of the right front molar since the adult tooth is pushing down. This did not sit well with me after scheduling they said it will be for an extraction which I did not agree with ! I left and came back in due to me looking in my daughters mouth and now having questions this Doctor *** pulled a baby molar when she was only 7-8 why did we not crown that tooth? Now there is no space for her adult molder to push its way down why was one side of her mouth treated differently if both had the same issues the Doctor stated I would have to schedule a consultation to have these general concerns answered and I would have to wait a week I am so angry SHE IS LITERALLY PULLING TEETH TO BILL INSURANCE I WILL ALSO CALL MY INSURANCE TO OPEN A INSURANCE FRAUD CLAIM . I want my concerns answered now not in a week , When all this was originally done they did not allow parents in the back which is my biggest regret in life! My daughter mouth makes no sense! Why did she do an extraction on her molar where now she has no space for the adult tooth ! Why after me paying $1000 for two crown molars on the other side no one told me the white would chip and go down to the silver ! But my biggest concern is why was an extraction done on her baby molar and the other side of her mouth crowns ! Why do I have to wait a week to have generally concerns answered! I feel like this is just a MONEY THING!!!

      On approximately July 13 2023 I visited a Great Expressions Dental office at ****************************************** ** ***** . I was scheduled to have a dental cleaning. I had on a previous visit had full mouth dental x-rays. I was given a sheet of paper, but was for wrong patient and had to give it back. I was given another with my name. No explanation about or list did not include Cancer Screen I am being charged for , the same one I specifically said NO to on my first visit as it was optional and nothing to due with teeth cleaning. After the first part of cleaning I was told I owed 83 dollars without explanation and nothing jived with the list on paper I was given with prices for patient and insurance .After weeks of trying to call number for billing and customer service I finally got an answer and the person did not know my patient number or why I was charged 83 dollars. He never did get back with me. Now the job is half done and I cannot get any help about my bill or the charges for work not done.

      My fianc, **************************, had an appointment with them and they injected novacaine to the incorrect area of her mouth. They then messed up the tooth in front of the one they were cleaning. About six days later, we are urgently calling them and theyre sending us to voicemail. We called about fourty times and werent answered.
