      My name is *******************************. My family has been a part of the Great Expressions family for several years at your ****************** I am not pleased with the billing and customer service experience. I have a credit card provided by my company, who is asking for proof of service. For the year 2023, I have made attempts to obtain invoices for the transactions below, however, they were unsuccessful. The office staff informed me they changed/upgraded their billing system, so they are unable to print any invoices that were rendered between the years 2018 through 2022. In addition to being on hold with your corporate office (number ************) for two hours, no one answered the phone. There were two ticket numbers ******* (created on 06/09/2023) and ******* (created on 12/01/2023), that were opened by the office staff but were not resolved by the ***************** May I please have your assistance in having a member of the corporate office contact me and send the invoice for the services rendered?       On 7/17/23, services were rendered at Great Expressions Dental Centers (Great Expressions) in *******, **. My husband (*************************) was having oral surgery, and we were required by the Great Expressions staff to pay all charges up front, including what the dental insurance companies (two) were expected to reimburse us. A *********** care was used to pay $1,294.00 and we used a **************************** debit car to pay the balance off $600.00.Later on, the insurance companies paid $1,461.00 to Great Expressions. We have tried to collect this refund for weeks now. Each time we ask about it, we are given a different explanation of the refund process, along with refund dates which have never materialized. Great Expressions staff has suggested that we keep the money on their accounts as a credit which would be used for future services at their center. Great Expressions staff also told us on more than one occasion that they could not issue the credit back to the *********** card.We do not want a credit. We have asked for the $1,400.10 to be refunded fully to us and issued to us in the form of a paper check, which is to be mailed to our home address. We want this money sent to us right away.

      My son went to the dentist for a cleaning on November 17 2023 my son tongue felt funny the next 2day then he developed a red bump on the side of his tongue a few days later the red bump was black and starting to form a infection I told him back to the dentist they didnt want to see him or anything to see the problem just told me oh u have to take him to the hospital I have pictures of **** in the operation room chair was nasty and dirty no one wanted to see what was the problem or even look at him work is being done on building the water she turned was yellow this place shouldnt be open dust from the working out is going inside its a mess

      1: I, personally did not seek any action with this company. Nor have I signed, or authorized any such.2: My wife,who has a different legal address, under the coverage of her insurance, did seek services. She informed these people that her insurance would be terminated as of Dec. 31, 2022, so the process would have to be completed and billed by that date. 3: All actual work was completed by that date, but due to a snow storm, was not delivered until after that date. According to conversations since then, it is their policy not to bill until product is delivered. Thus the insurance company refused payment. So Great expressions has determined that as a solution to their policies, that I am now liable to cover the costs. I have called them repeatedly, and have gotten one reply, saying that "they will look into this, and get back ro me." Now, I recieve a 'Final notice' from them, and my calls go un answered, no matter how long I remain on hold. I leave a callback number, but days go by and no call backs.What kind of outfit IS this, anyway?

      Hi. My top denture is not in my possession as I was told although I never picked them up. I'm extremely upset with my walk-in to ask and to make an appointment to try them on. My top denture must be lost. The Office in Liberty has made a mistake as to where my denture is. Thank you for your time reading this and I hope that someone comes up with my top.

      I visited Great Expressions Dental around 4 months ago and for a check up. They advised a scaleing and told be the price over $700 with my insurance. I thought that was excessive but agreed because it seemed like it needed done. They were paid the full amount and we parted ways but 2 months later they sent me another bill $164.80, when i called them they assured me it was a billing error due to the fact that they coded it wrong and would fix it but after 5 calls to them they just keep saying it will be fixed but aparently do nothing. I also called the 800 number on the bill twice and left messages but they refuse to call back. I have since received 6 statements from them. I am tired of being harrassed by these people and would like it fixed emediately. If this affects my credit i will have no choice but to seek legal action for a $164 bill, harrrasment, pain and suffering and defermation. I am begining to wonder how many other people they overcharge due improper medical billing.

      My child is getting orthodontic treatment. We opted for metal color braces first, and therefore billed $2900, of which I paid $500 down, and the rest was supposed to be paid in 24 months. For a short period of time, we considered to get white color braces, therefore they increased their billing $500, but when we decided not to get the more expensive white color, they did not reduce the amount. They kept avoiding my inquiries, never gave me a breakdown of the remaining charges, and lately I asked how many more payments, and the answer I got clearly reflects that they did not reduce the bill and they are overcharging me. And this month, in addition to taking the installment payments automatically from my credit card, they charged my daughter another $100 without explaining why. I asked to the company, in writing, a correction and a written response but I got no answer. Please correct the record and give me a written explanation.

      on may 5/30/2023 had work done was told not coverd had to pay 375 for bone graft and 275 for sectioning of bridge on the next visit for the implant process when I was in the chair the dental asstant told me what I had to pay and that I had a credit for 275 when I was done went to pay and asked about credit she talked to manager she filled out a refund request form to send to ther corporate office its been several weeks no refund to my card I asked when I went to my last appt was told thers nothing she could do and was given a phone number that I have called and never get anyone but to wast long long periods of time waiting or prompted to leave your # for a call back and never get one I am so very disgusted

      I went to your ******************* on 10/4 for a severe toothache and it was determined that I need a root canal and the office staff and doctor was great however trying to get the root canal appointment rescheduled to an earlier date has been a mess. I have called your scheduling line and was treated badly and talked down because I am trying to be seen sooner due to my pain level is at a high level where the pain meds are not working. I have had no luck trying to get a sooner appointment, the scheduling staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my pain level nor tried to see if they can accommodate me a sooner appointment. I am a Supervisor myself in the Healthcare Industry and this type of treatment is highly unacceptable to me when patients are in pain. I will not use any of your facilities and I had to seek treatment elsewhere further extending me out with my treatment. I will also file a complaint with my dental insurance provider.

      I've andnd youalways always thisseen ver-ending been there before I received notice from ***** stating that my information was in I involved in a data breach and I don't see how that's possible.when my information shouldn't of been there in the first place.
