  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come here, I have to wait over an hour past my appointment time. Mind you- I show up ***** min before my appt. It always feels like theyre over booking or down rooms. Im currently waiting for my appointment that was supposed to be at 2pm, and it is now 3:13pm. Ive been sitting here waiting since 1:45. This place has NO consideration for people and their time. Wont be coming back here again.

  **************** is lacking. I often left messages that weren't returned. I was sent by my dentist to see an endodontist. My insurance sent me to Great Expressions. The endodontist was there once a week, which wasn't a problem. I found her to be very professional. She took an x-ray and recommended that I come back in three months, which I did. She did not see a problem. When I returned to my regular dentist's office, they said that they hadn't received any records from Great Expressions. My dentist office then called Great Expressions and was told that I was only there once and that was for an emergency. They were also told that I was sent to someone in *****. None of that was true. They had no records to send to my dentist. I would avoid going to Great Expressions if you're looking for professionalism.

  Years ago, I visited a dental office in *******, **, informing them I only required a cleaning and had a recent x-ray from the previous month. I requested to use the existing x-ray, to which they agreed. However, they later insisted on a new x-ray, which I declined to prevent additional costs, stating my need for only an insurance-covered cleaning. The hygienist confirmed there would be no charge, a statement she reiterated upon my persistence. Yet, I was billed for an x-ray months later. After several calls to contest the unauthorized charge, it was eventually reversed. In March 2024, I opted to try another location of the clinic in *******, **. I shared my insurance information, took a seat, and asked about any out-of-pocket costs. The hygienist's estimate exceeded $100 and included services I did not require. I paid for the cleaning I needed and left. Later, I received a bill for a balance and was denied cleaning services until I paid for the previously disputed x-ray. Contacting the office manager for a cleaning led to another quote over $100, with additional unnecessary procedures. The clinic's practices seem unethical and potentially fraudulent.

  I wish this could be "no stars"! This is a money grab business. You're given information at sign in with optional procedures. Then they add multiple services that are "treatment plans". It feels like extortion. The manager of the ******** location on ************, *****************************, seems to believe if she says the process several times, she's done. She has no customer service skills. I am not upset regarding the payment (even though I was not expecting to pay triple the amount), it's about them not being thorough and complete in initial contact.

  This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist office I have ever been to and I will NEVER return! My appointment was for 8 am for an exam and my root canal appointment, I was at the dentist's office from 7:45 am until 6 pm as the Dental assistant was instructed by the doctor to construct individual crowns and a temporary bridge. The dental assistant did not do as she was instructed and became frustrated while working in my mouth, causing me intense pain. I finally had enough and left only to return to the office several times as the temps cracked and came out. The first time the temporary crown and bridge came out it was a ball of wax. I made 3 more trips to the dental office and on the last trip the bridge was ill-fitted so I had to make another trip. I returned The staff was incompetent and rude, especially the office manager ******. I paid over 4600$ upfront even with insurance and I was informed that I was supposed to be billed as my insurance carrier has a written contract as Great Expression on ******************* is in the network. The office manager overcharged me and I am owed money and ****** knows it. The staff's attitudes are rude and toxic. The Doctor was a bit rough but professional. If you value your health and time even in the slightest, avoid this dental practice. Avoid Great Expression on 395 N. ******************* ************ **

  Originally I started out at Modern Dentistry in ******** and I was in the process of getting my braces but I had to get more intensive work like scaling on my teeth.I was on the disability work program and the insurance that I paid into the dental plan was to pay $1,200 towards my braces I didn't know I had to go to this greater expression orthodontist Treatment Center I had never been there I knew nothing about them but I was excited because the plan that I was paying into was going to pay $1200 towards the braces.The office assistant at Greater Express in ********** did not do her job when I first came there for the orthodontic consultation she told me, if I come back I would need $500 down towards the payment. Before the dentist put the braces on my teeth. I did not want no problems, this unprofessional assistant manager had the nerve to say, you sign the paperwork you are liable I would not have signed the paperwork if she would have told me they wasn't going to pay the 1200 because there was a waiting period this girl is over there tricking people which is unacceptable! I'm going to *** this office if we cannot reconcile. Im on disability I told her this that's why I was so adamant about trying to find out when the insurance was going tonpay the $1200 to this day she's calling me talking about we need to talk about your bill talk about it.!!pay the 1200 for not doing your due diligence and not calling the insurance program like you should have. you're not going to stick this on me. Even when I went on my appointments I've been speaking out about this nobody has done nothing nobody is doing anything about this no I'm not no I wrote a ****** review 3 weeks ago and the owner stated that he recognize all reviews as important but as of this day I've never heard from the owner or the establishment I'm confused I need some answers I have no choice but to go further up the chain of command for me to get resolution.BBB I NEED YOUR HELP!

  Have been unable to reach anyone regarding a retainer replacement using the plan that I paid for when I was still an existing patient. Since January, I've called both the general practice side as well as the ortho side. No one ever answers and no one returns voicemails. When I was still being seen regularly, it was difficult to reach anyone, but now it's impossible. I am aware that back in January, the ortho side had been closed for some time but was told they'd be back in January 15th. Several calls and voicemails later, they might as well still be closed as you cannot get through to anyone. I'm displeased with this terrible service and have even attempted to reach the customer service line to file a formal complaint ad hopefully get assistance with the plan that I paid for but have been unable to use. I'm probably wasting my time here too but it's worth a shot.

  I went to the oral surgeon ******************** and he treated me awful and disrespectful. I explained I could go before because of financial reasons and his answer was ******** I was in shocked and he went on. I decided I can do the extraction because of financial reasons that I will be back the following week he got upset I questuwhy I needed a bone graft and he also got upset and yelled he will not do it. Then he said to pay half that day and pay the rest the next visit but if I didnt pay he will send me to collection but everything he was saying was in a bad mood and tone. I decided to pay my visit of that day and leave, I felt humiliated and I felt the discrimination. I will never go back.

  The staff is incompetent and rude. The office and equipment is dirty and the staffs attitudes are toxic. If you value your health even in the slightest, avoid this dental practice. Nothing is better than this place.
