  my son had an impacted tooth and they told me they took my insurance And gave me a card and said call this number because your son needs a MRI x-ray or a CT scan x-ray something like that and they said that a van would come to my house and they have the x-ray machine inside of it so thats what I did. I didnt find out until they got there that I had to pay $400 out of pocket , and then I would have to send that to my insurance company for reimbursement. Which, by the way, my insurance company declined right away. So after that, I called them right away to make an appointment to get that impacted tooth extracted because my sons orthodontist needed that tooth out for him to proceed With orthodontic procedures Well it took me four months. Because they called me every 2 to 3 weeks to reschedule the appointment for the extraction and their excuse was because the doctor was on vacation or sick or some other ******** excuse. finally when I got that appt and they went in there last week they told me its gonna be 800+ dollars out of pocket to get his tooth extracted! I was so ****** off that I waited this long because they told me my insurance was going to cover it and they came up with a ******** excuse saying that all they left me a voicemail telling me that it was not going to be covered!!!!! I said maam, do you really think I wouldve waited four months if I knew insurance wasnt gonna cover it and I had to pay out of pocket?? I wouldve went to another dentist!!!! it was the worst experience of my life!!!! so besides paying the $400 x-********* also had to pay my Orthodontist for the four months that he had to wait for the tooth extraction because he couldnt do what he was supposed to do with the orthodontic procedures until that tooth was taken out! The staff are rude they dont return phone calls for months, they lie about how insurance covers it until you get there and then they tell you you gotta pay out-of-pocket. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! My fiance sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and then sat in the chair for 30 minutes. That is not how you run a business. You should not be sitting there for 1 1/2 hours to get a cleaning done. No idea how much longer he would have been there before he saw someone since I told him its ridiculous to to be waiting there that long.

  I had a service provided to me for cleaning back in November 2021. However, this provider sent my bill to the INCORRECT insurance as I have a dental insurance rider plan attached to a primary medical plan. They have sent me repeated bills after clarifying this information. Fast forward to over 1 year later, they have sent my bill to the collection while refusing to send my claim to the CORRECT insurance. I must have spoken with over 10 representatives from Great Expressions Dental Centers billing office on several instances and every single time, they ensured me that the claim will be forwarded to my insurance after CLARIFYING each time my correct insurance information. I check back regularly with my insurance and EVERY single time, they have assured me that the provider has not sent them any claims for this service. After over a year of back and forth and their inability to cooperate, I have finally given up and written this report on BBB and hopefully, someone reading this in the future can avoid this SCAMMY and UNETHICAL practice.

  They sent me a letter terminating my dentist patient relationship because they offer horrible services. They are always rude and unprofessional. I called them numerous times complaining, but nothing was done. They never responded to my emails about their horrible services. I stopped using them for years because of the horrible service. I was forced to return to them after being off from work; the worst mistake every!!! The employees are rude and beyond unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  It took almost a year to settle the bill and I just finally paid it to be done with this horrid place. They charged for something not covered by our insurance after I told them to do nothing that our insurance didn't cover. I don't believe they did the procedure that they charged me for. They didn't file correctly with our insurance over several months after I continually called and walked them through how to bill it. (I should have just gone to work in their office as I know more about it than they do.) They are not to be trusted. Out to bill for anything they can get. Told my husband that he needed thousands of dollars worth of work when we have seen other dentists that don't mention anything further is needed. Can I leave negative stars? BEWARE!

  They submitted a claim to my insurance for two procedures that they never provided. Also, they overcharged ************ and my credit card. They stated that they served me with 7 antibiotics in one day! Please do not go there. I don't know the reasons why the government allows them to keep scaming people.

  Agree totally with what ********* S wrote. They push extra fees on you for fluoride, cancer screening and an infectious fee. They push the deep clean instead of the regular cleaning that is covered by insurance. And the final straw is paying too much in the first place and then over two years later they decide to send you an invoice for a balance due! Needs to be investigated for unethical practices.

  Do NOT go here! My husband was seen in the ************ as a new patient for a filling. The dentist did not listen to him when he said he was not numb and continued to work. The dentist was sloppy and unprofessional. This filling will probably not even hold up! This whole visit was done "caveman style". We will not be going here or taking any of our family members here! I suggest you avoid this place at all cost!

  I went here on 1/5/23. My appointment was originally for 3&3:30 but the day before they called to tell me my appointment was actually at 3:30 which would have been nice to know since I had to get off of work early for this. When I got back into the room where they take my X-Rays I was shown a treatment plan which had fees for fluoride, and infectious fee and a cancer screening preventative fee. So I kindly told the lady I just came here for my x-rays and cleaning so I am not paying for these fees. I see the actual Dentist and she says because my front tooth is a little discolored I should look into getting Veneers. I have never been told I should look into getting Veneers by any dentist. So I was offended by that, I get back to the Hygienist and she shows me another treatment plan where she then tells me my fluoride is covered by my insurance then showed me the $10 infectious fee and the $29 cancer preventative care fee. I told her I just want to get what my insurance covers. Mind you I had no cavities and my gums were healthy according to the Dentist. So now I get up to the front where you got 3 employees sitting around and the one that told me I had a fee of $39 and I was like and what is this fee for. She said for the infectious fee so the lady who took my x-rays was sitting on the counter and I asked her why the fee is different cause in the x-ray & the hygienist chair it was $10. So I told her just like I told everybody that was trying to push these fees on my that I was not paying for made up fees. So now i had told 5 different people that I was not paying for this. As this is going on the office manager is in her office with the door open on the phone and i know she hears me going back and forth with her receptionist so I told one of the girls ill wait to talk to the office manager, but she never bothers to get off the phone when she knows I am waiting to speak to her. I was there for one hour and a half. I felt bullied into paying.

  DO NOT GO HERE!! My daughter went for what we thought may be an infection in her mouth possibly due to a medical issue. Has always had fantastic check-*** every 6 months so we knew it wasn't a hygiene issue (has NEVER had any cavities). She is 19 and i couldn't go with her. The dentist was rude and wouldn't even let her explain what could be the issue (even though I had already talked extensively with the front office staff so they were aware but obviously did not relay) and instead proceeded to clean out her gums...that were infected because she had MONO which we found out a day later. She was so hysterical and traumatized by all the pain she endured which they did NOTHING to help her except wipe away her tears and blood with a paper towel. No pain management at all. SHAME ON YOU for such awful care of a child. We will never EVER be back. You'd be better off tying your tooth to a door and slamming it instead of going to this awful establishment.
