    I have been lied to many of times. The broker said for me to clock in on a certain date. Now he is saying he didnt say that. Who clocks in every day for any company if you are not told to do so. Poor communication and lack of communication is bad and unprofessional. Who can handle this and get me my paychecks. I have not been paid. Also he said he submitted the paperwork but mysteriously no seen anything from him in there system.

    Just signed up my son for FMS services with GTI. They are very helpful in getting you signed up with them, after that if you have any kind of problem you are on your own. No one ever answers the support line, no messages are ever returned. Service is non existent. Stay away from this company.

    Would give no stars if I could ************ should be shut down I worked for them traveled to another city clocked in at a clients house and never got paid for 2 weeks worth of work they blamed it on never received payment from ******** well months past they started telling me contact the clients guardian then someone said they paid her when my checking information was in system should of sued them.

    We have a loved one moving into Self-directed services on 6/15/23. GTI holds the purse strings and hasn’t even scheduled an intake with us. Had one meeting scheduled and they no showed!!! Regretting all our decisions and wish we had left our son in a group home.

    I have been in the caregiver business over 15 years and when care givers have to constantly call about issues with payroll the turn over rate is horrible, clients that really need caregiver support and assistance suffer and its not fair to the clients or the staff. It seems like maybe once a month I have to call about my payroll. They receive payroll two weeks before it's paid out but they seem to always wait until the last minute to enter in hours and money owed or notify you of issues with time sheets. Clients are scared because they don't want to lose the help they have because it is very low in pay and very few people are willing to do the work. I wish the government was still in charge of disturbing checks cause these companies are sticking there hand in a pot and the people who deserve the money are on hold until they figure out what's going on with payroll. At least when the government was sending checks we got it on time! I'm super upset I work hard and go above and beyond for my clients even spending my own money which is ridiculous to say the least. I have several clients and the only payroll I have issues with is gt independence, been with another family with a different company 5yrs and never had an payroll issue, verses the monthly conversations I have to have with gt independence, which is absurd because they only pay twice a month. And depending on what insurance the clients have the pay dates fall different which is another inconvenience because they payer is all the same (gt independence). Someone please cut the middle man! Today is pay day, bills are autopay out my account and no check is a available. Oh but theydid say they fix it and sent today to my bank, but now it's still going to take my bank two to five days to process and release my check. It's Wednesday hopefully I have it by Monday. Really considering looking into different companies, nothing worse then trying to mentally prepare for work Thursday when you haven't received weds check!

    No one ever has a answer. The never call back. They loose paperwork constantly. Its horrible

    They don't pay. They don't answer. My employees quit. It has been horrible. The only good person there is *******************, but she has her hands tied. So disappointing. I need them desperately so i'm at their mercy. I just want to cry.

    The customer representatives name is ******. I asked to speak to someone from HR. She made it extremely difficult by forcing me to tell her why, then put me on hold for 15 min then came back and asked me why again then asked me to email her, the customer service. I clarified again and asked to speak to HR. She transfered me back to customer service. If the company has HT, just transfer to the proper department; if not, just tell me there isn't HR. Why being so controlling and difficult??

    Im so tired of Gt independence not paying me now here it is almost Christmas and I have no money to go Christmas shopping because gt hasnt payed me and this isnt the first time Im really fed up with this Im ready to switch to a different agency
