    Gt independence has refused to pay me for the hrs I worked. I keep getting told I'm going to get paid on every day for two weeks they have told me a different story I have to contact the labor board and file a complaint because these people are liers and will tell you anything on phone and not pay you .Please don't use these people for your business they are horrible I've never seen anything so atrocious in my entire life and I've been a caregiver for 18 years!

    Would give them a zero if I could. I have been taking care of my brother who is terminally ill for about 8 months now. The process to get set up as a paid caretaker has been horrible! This company now owes me for the entire month of March and there is no Paycheck in sight. Everyday I call multiple times just to be placed on hold for up to an hour or longer. They do not return any phone calls. If you reach out thru their portal for help, they will not respond. They are really good with apologies. They are always saying "I am sorry" or "I apologize" but that is about it. You have to learn through trial and error because they give you little to no instructions on how to submit time sheets. When speaking to them yesterday, they said they were reviewing my time sheets and they saw no errors. I had to resubmit the time sheets because for 2 weeks, no one called or reached out to me to let me know I had not filled them out correctly. This morning, they said they could not retrieve them from the system. How can you view them one day, and not the next. Now I have to wait for their IT dept. to pull them. Medicaid needs to DROP THEM and hire someone responsible to handle the payroll end of this. The caretakers are not getting paid. Someone should start a class action lawsuit!

    Just awful. So many things have gone wrong over the last year. Yesterday, one of the supervisors blatantly lied to me. They could not care less that my son's caregivers don't get paid. This is the second time in the last five months that I have shelled out almost 1K of my own savings just so we don't lose the caregivers. This is not a volunteer job and people want to get paid.Also, keep in mind, when a new caregiver applies, GTI will tell you the person is "approved" but that does not mean they can get paid. It takes approximately five weeks from application to state approval when you can actually get paid....and that's if there are not any glitches. One of our caregivers waited three months to be approved! It is sad and pathetic and there are no other options.

    A new fiduciary never reached out to us . Said they didnt have email or telephone number ?? I dont know how thats possible! Every step has been horrible, because my employee didnt work in the last 90 days , has to redo application and background checks ? No instructions how to do this ! Absolutely horrible customer service!

    As an employee of GTI I wish I could get it through to the higher *** the kind of environment they force people to work in is astonishing. They decide to take on states but they don't have the staff to properly take care of the clients and employees that are already in the system. No communication even though your told to reach out for help. ******************************* needs to do a under cover boss thing in her company maybe then they will see how ridiculous things get down the pipe line.

    Just got off the phone with Ashley F. She’s the greatest! I have made numerous calls trying to make the transition over to GT for my mothers care but could not get logged in? Within the first 2 minutes she had it figured out and on my way. (As the rep for my mother I need to use the website, not the app) a total of 21 minutes with her and my employees and myself are setup. Thank you Ashley!

    I was very concerned about the enrollment process. Ashley F from sdss/ct team walked me through each page and explained everything. This whole process is just more for special needs parents to do. I'm very grateful.

    I called GT Independence because I needed help filling out paperwork for their company. I had the pleasure of speaking with ************************* from the ******* ****************** was very helpful with aiding me in completing the paperwork. She was very patient and courteous, while helping me through the entire process. I could not have asked for a better experience with one of GTs representatives.

    No stars I worked for 3 months 6months ago was just contacted 2 weeks ago telling me my paper work wasnt filled out so they send it to me on Friday I turn it in Tuesday they said Id be paid the following Friday. When nothing was in my account I called and the lady and she was finally looking at my papers because I called. Then told me I couldnt receive a check till Wednesday because Monday is a holiday. Like wait what? I should have been paid 6months ago.
