      Flagstar is nothing but a worthless greedy mother f***** all they care about is money my gf is going through probate to assume her mother's house and been paying payments on the mortgage her mom had from her inherentance to keep the house and they told her they may some time after the house is deeded into her name that they may force her to refinance and get a new mortgage on it they are only doing that s*** to make more money and a higher interest rate the greedy f***** b****** mother ******* they can go f*** themselves and lick my mother f****** a****** I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH A BIGGOT A****** Q**** COMPANY I WOULD SGIT DOWN YOUR CEO NECK YOUR D*** SUCKERS. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MAGGOTS

      This shady bank just bought my mortgage and I set up auto payments through my bank. My mortgage payment was taken from my checking account on the 7th and now Flagstar Bank are saying they never received payment 2 weeks after the payment was made AND have turned it over to collections. WHERE IS MY MONEY???? My bank has assured me that the money was sent to them and they should have it. Have now spent over an hour with my bank setting up an inquiry and I sadly have no choice in doing business with this bank. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!

      Bank does its best to hide the phone number to talk with a live person. Just went through major hurricane. Flood waters did not come within a mile. Forcing flood insurance on me. Bank has my flood policy. Forcing the same flood policy, which I have and they have copies, at 5 times the cost. Bank has phone number for insurance agency but never bothered to call the agency. **************** is even worse. Post child for what is wrong with America.

      Poor ***************** Dishonest "supervisors", fraudlently double debiting their customers accounts. If the company is going to take a position where they are requiring their customers to go through an archiac and cumbersome procedure in order to recover their monies that have been fraudulently taken from their accounts, they should be at least able to quote what law requires a paper form. To my knowledge there is nothing that is legally preventing them from depositing the money back into their customers account especially when they have authorization to draw from an account. As mentioned this is archiac and cumbersome as they require for you to print a paper form, complete the form and then scan it and email it back to them. It's 2023, many homes do not have printers. Additionally, given the status of the economy it is extremely unethical to have a customer state they were having problems with a website and the company to take the stance of "too bad, so sad". I am extremely grateful that I am in a financial spot where a double payment is not going to ensure I cannot feed my family this week if I don't own a printer or until I am able to access one and return paperwork. This could probably end a lot worse for many of their other customers who are not as fortunate.

      This company was responsible for my PII being breached twice in a 1 year time frame. They offered little in the way of support. I was told they offered some type of protection but why would I believe they could protect my data a third time, when they failed to the first two.This company needs to be held responsible for their actions. As is, they are sleazy corporation run by scammers.

      Flag Star bought our VA home loan. My husband is 100% service connected disabled therefore he is tax exempt. I have been making our payments but flag star sent a bill and said my payments were not being paid and because my taxes have gone up so did my payments. I tried to tell them that we were tax exempt but they said they didnt have any information on that. I told them I have my bank statement showing that I have paid every month but they have their own records. They will not let you go through another loan company. I would like to know if anyone out there has any answers.

      FlagStar Bank is by far the WORST financial company I have ever encountered. I have worked in the financial circuit for quite some time and I am baffled at the way I have been treated as a customer. I have had them take money from my accounts without my authorization and penalize me by making me pay via check for the next 6 months when I have a SPOTLESS record of nothing but on time payments. Anytime I call to find out the status of checks I have sent overnight (to ensure I am way ahead of the due date) I get no helpful information. I get told its "Done and they cannot share any other information." Because the market is not well, it would be absurd to try and refinance just to move from this company I am stuck enduring this horrible situation. I will never encourage anyone to use them. This company should not be authorized to run or be in charge of anyone's information. I personally believe they are fraudulently using the funds instead of helping their customers.

      I was not supposed to have flood insurance escrowed, but they refused to remove it. They also found reasons every couple of months to increase my escrow with little to no explanation. Now that they sold my mortgage and I have an escrow surplus, they refuse to return it and say it is actually a shortage! Formal complaints to follow.

      When I qualified for my PMI to come off my mortgage, Flagstar refused to remove. Extremely dishonest company with zero ethics. They are not trustworthy! I do not recommend.
