***** and *** did an excellent work in installing our new vinyl flooring. There were small areas of the floor that still squeaked but they came back to resolve the issue to my full satisfaction. Kudos to them. *****, the installation coordinator of this project, did a superb job in coordinating both the floor installation and the issue resolution to my full satisfaction. ReFloor came out and we discussed what I needed and the salesperson was very professional and explained everything that they were going to do. The installer came out and we talked it over before he got started and he had exactly what was needed and in his professional manner he went to work and did a tremendous job. ******* and his helper are both friendly and respectful, and both were very professional in their work. **** was very helpful prior to and during the installation. 1 starGot estimate 6-5-24. I have easy 450 Sq Ft. with minimal metals,1 small drain *** require leveling.I would clear space bc agent said it would save $. I chose Coretec Chesapeake Oak found on at least 7 sites with price $4.19sq ft & 1 site sale @$2.99sq ft.First price given was over $13,000.Then games followed. On his Ipad he would say I am getting this & that discount & if I pay cash price was still $6,500 he called mgr on speaker playing games.Finding most companies pay $1-3sq ft the price given made even less sense. I texted agent & asked for itemizing he said he no longer had access to my ********** would call me Monday.I did not get call, I texted #s I had & said mgr never called.A few minutes later I get a call from agent I ask how much a sq ft for material & labor.He said I cant break that down because it is built in. If they cant give a price per sq ft for material & install then where do INFLATED prices come from? A job should be itemized for the cust unless you are hiding something. He said they pay installers $2sq ft, I never got a number for anything else.I later sent a text letting them know their *************** are offensive.I said if you will come down to $4,500 with me paying cash I would like to move forward because you do have some of the best reviews & asked to let me know either way so I can move on. I havent heard a peep.Thats bad business,I would love a response explaining a breakdown for $13,000 starting & still INFLATED $6,500. They did come down 1 more time previously in text to like $6,150, still INFLATED. Do the math, flooring retail is $4.19sq ft & $2.99 @ 1 ************ pay wholesale so it is lower. Installers are supposedly getting $2 sq ft, comes to $2,785.50.I will be generous & say $1,000 for **************** = $3785.50. Where does $13,000 & $6,500 come from? I have a friend in ******* where prices are higher get a high end floor installed for 800sq ft for $3912!Please explain this to me buyer BEWARE.Good luck getting answers!Review fromLinds B

2 starsOn June17th I had my floor done by REFLOOR. I paid half of the total cost and the rest once they started the process. Once they started taking my carpet up they ran into a problem and said they couldnt continue because of damage underneath the carpet and it would cost $800 more to complete the task. I wanted my bathroom done as well, but there was damage to it that they could not repair. They only took $300 off what was quoted. It took approximately 8 hours to complete. After leaving I examined the doors and signed off. The floors looked beautiful. I started sitting thing out and moving things to original places. Thats when I noticed all the damage done to my furniture. They broke my leg on my kitchen table, the side of my display cabinet was broken and the side was propped up to keep from falling over, candle was missing off my mantle, failure to hook up cable after disconnecting, long mirror on wall had fallen, and water leaking from refrigerator. I had to get repairs on those that were broken, which ended up costing way more than was quoted to me. Its sad to say that I want be using their services again. I have sent my concerns to the company a gotten no response. Now I am pushing it up with a tv consumer reporter.Review fromJacob M

We purchased from Refloor after a sales rep came out and sold us on it. During the initial estimate we were told they have in house installers that only work for Refloor which was one of the biggest selling points as we have had issues with another company due to a third party installer. On the first day of the job our installer was in fact not in house. I will say that we got lucky with the gentleman that installed our floors because he does in fact know what hes doing. However, overall my experience with Refloor has not been the best. I am one that knows things pop up on jobs. We live on a concrete slab and the job ended up needing more leveling than first quoted. I had received a phone call from a gentleman for the additional cost to be approved. Once the job was complete a week had gone by and we had never received a call asking if everything was up to par. I contacted the same phone number of my project manager that he had called me on and was asked, How did you get this number? In reply I stated he had left me a voicemail and that was the only number I had. Since the install has been over we have had 2 service requests in less that 3 months. The overall responsiveness of this company has been poor. I left a voicemail with a manager and no one has ever returned my call. Everything that they sell you on is not actually the truth. Once your signature is on a contract they do the bare minimum. I am honestly not pleased with Refloor and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.Jacob M

The General Manager did reach out to me via phone to address my issues. I do appreciate the diligence that was involved in addressing these concerns. The General Manager, Assistant Manager and Field Installation Manager did come to my home today to review the work that has been done. I will say that the issues I faced above were addressed and it was assured it was addressed on their side as well. I do understand customer support can always have miscommunication as I work in the field myself. The support that has been provided by the powers of Refloor was top tier. It is one thing to make an effort to provide additional support when answering concerns however, I am very appreciative of the outstanding support that has now been provided to me with not only words but actions. I highly recommend Refloor as they do ensure to create a positive customer experience at any cost.Review fromBeverly E

They may be a good company, but once you say you are getting other estimates, they ghost you (my personal experience). I could not even get the manager to return my call. We found a company who understood that getting estimates is part of the game. They matched our best offer and we love our new floors.Refloor, LLC

You responded back on Friday, May 31st at 7:53 AM saying, "My Apologies for the Delay. Please send me an invoice and I will pay the deposit and get on your calendar for installation. Thank you." Our General Manager responded twice on May 31st and again on Monday, June 3rd at 10:51 AM with a follow-up. You did not respond to any messages.We understand how important clear communication is and regret that there was a misunderstanding. 1 star1 year ago we spent $10,000 on a new floor. It has already started to fail by separating and lifting up all over. At last count I found over 20 spots between 2 rooms.During our high pressure sales pitch we were told Refloor manufacturers, sells, and installs all their floors, I have since found out this is a lie. We told the sales person we wanted our hall, living, dinning, kitchen, and a small closet done on the first floor and our master bedroom done. We agreed on the price and paid. On the day of the install we found out the kitchen and closet were not on our quote so those did not get done. After the install we found several cuts in the floor where the installers had cut into with a razor. Eventually that was corrected.Fast forward to now.I made contact with Refloor to have this corrected, their inspector came out and said it was a product failure, this is when I found out that in fact they do not make the flooring or employ the installer as I was told during our sales pitch. They then sent another inspector who wrote a report blaming the installer for not properly leveling the floor (which we were told was included and would be checked), I then called ************************* multiple times after he promised multiple times I would hear from him, chasing him down to get an answer on how this would be fixed. I shouldnt have to make 15 calls to a company that screwed up just to get an answer as to how they are fixing with their lifetime warranty. I did manage to hear from a manager on Saturday 5/4 who assured me I would get a call Monday, which I did at the very end of the day, this is the first promise this company has kept.Needless to say I do not feel I can trust them to do anything properly. 4 starsRefloor did a Good job on my floors. **** the installer and *** the manager was great at communicating with me along the way of the process. Only issue I had was how long it took to get on the books for installation. They need to tell customers when they are purchasing floors what they need down as far as subfloor in order to install. I had 1/2 inch down they came and wouldnt install without 3 quarter inch down. Also I think a salesperson and installer should come on the initial inspection so you know exactly what you need or any issues they may see. Otherwise my floors look great and Im happy with them
