      I am so happy with my floors! They make the whole house more beautiful. All appointments were kept. No delays, no issues with materiel, they just did what they told me they would do. Everyone, from *********, who took measurements, ************************** and **** who installed the floor, and ****** who did the follow up, have been wonderful. The installers were a great team, and obviously professionals. You could tell they were proud of their work. I am confident that if a problem would occur, I would have no issues getting it resolved.

      ONE STAR. I had a confirmed installation scheduled for today. I paid 50% ($2,628) for the job. When the installers did not show up. I called the office. I was told there was a mix-up with the date in the system (it was an error at the fault of Refloor). I was told I could have $100.00 off my price. I do not want that; I prefer to have my check returned to me today. I need to find a reliable company. Please return my check today. Just like you want your money on the day of service I want my money back on the day of NON-SERVICE.

      I recently purchased a new floor. I was told that the floor was scratch resistant. With in 3 months I had to call them back to fix it. The boards are not even down to the floor. While picking up toys on the floor that the vinyl is already lifting from the planks. I have boards that are lifting. They are not tight. These are not water proof like they said. I cant find. Number to contact them for complaints. Only to purchase one. This floors are terrible and I want something done or my money back

      Flooring is supposed to be "scratch proof." 4 months after installation, my kids scratched the vinyl plank flooring floor with dragging furniture across it. I was LIVID. This is supposed to stand up to much worse. The contractor who installed it was NOT a "flooring expert" he was more a ***** of all trades" which is what were were specifically told in our sales pitch would NOT happen for their installers and that's one of the reasons to choose Refloor.Contractor never finished the job of installing quarter-rounds, despite me reaching out to him. They had my house keys for MONTHS because I anticipated them coming back to FINISH THE **** but after 3 months I was like "Guess it's just not happening. I want my keys back." And miraculously they returned my house keys the next day. (Why couldn't they be prompt to respond to my inquiry to finish the job?)The project manager was fantastic to help me smooth things over after initial installation did not work, but when I tried to call her directly to resolve my issues after installation, her number was disconnected and I got no where with the main line.

      I have a 80 year old house plus. Problems with floor #1. They ripped it up and did a ton of work, My floors are that wonderful and I would recommend them to all. They stand fully behind the product as they should it looks that good ! ***************** was fantastic and ******* the manager could not do enough to make it look this great. Highly recommend!
