The floors are beautiful, Im very happy with how they look. I have no complaints on that. The team leader was very professional and polite. However, they need to be more careful when moving furniture. Plus when using the glue they use. There are little splotches all over, and a good amount ran down the wall in my closet. How they did that is beyond me. There is also some on the baseboard in the living room. But, still the floors are beautiful and I'm very satisfied with them.Refloor, LLC

I chose Refloor because of their discounts and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and thorough customer service. I truly appreciated the detailed responses from ***, the project lead, who helped me work through some issues related to plumbing that were discovered upon removing the old floor. Refloor replaced the subfloor that was damaged from an unknown leak (from previous years) and the new floor fit up perfectly thanks to the expertise of installer ******. The extra care they provided to me through the process was the key to navigating this project! I love the new bathroom and sunroom floors, and will recommend Refloor to friends and family!Refloor, LLC

Refloor removed the carpet from 3 bedrooms and installed LVP. The process from start to finish was exceptional. ***** came to our home and explained the process, along with samples of their flooring products. ****, the installation coordinator and **** with his installation team were phenomenal.
