*** and ***** ****** were terrific installers! They skipped lunch their first day, worked an 11 hour day the second, and even came back today for an hour to do some workarounds on my stair treads. They were on time, cordial, and they epitomize everything I would want in an employee, **** their coordinator also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result . Additionally, *** screwed down every single one of my original hardwood floor boards because there was too much movement. They cleaned up as though it were their own home, and I would be proud to call them not only employees but friends. I will be requesting them when we get a additional work done on our flooring. thank you for having stupendous employees. They deserve a raise.

Company did a well job from communicating to the actual installation. Had a few hiccups but was quickly resolved. The installation took no time and was cleaned up when finished. ***** was very informative when she called everytime and helpful. ******* and his crew were PHENOMENAL. They exceeded my expectations. They did 3 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, a landing, a hallway and a bathroom with 5 different styles and were completed in 18 hours. Cleaned up as if there was never any work done. Very personable, pleasant to work with and made sure I was aware of everything at all times.Refloor, LLC

I recently had the pleasure of working with Refloor for the installation of my new vinyl plank flooring, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! *** came out on time to measure the rooms and provided clear, detailed pricing information, which made the whole process easy to understand.On installation day, ****** and ***** arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They worked efficiently and effortlessly, tearing up the old carpet and vinyl, then replacing it with Smart Choice Luxury Vinyl. The transformation is incredible, and their attention to detail was top-notch.I couldnt be more pleased with the end resultthe floors look fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The installers called before their arrival and were at our house within 15 minutes. *** introduced himself and went through the process of contacting Green Sky and after this was completed he started working on the floor. Another gentleman came in to help and did not introduce himself. The crew were highly skilled and professional. They moved all our appliances very carefully. Our computer desk was very heavy and in the process of moving it damaged the floor. They marked all the planks that were damaged and replaced them. I would recommend that they should wear moving straps when moving heavy objects to avoid injuring themselves. They installed the quarter rounds very precisely and asked questions about placement in certain areas. They cleaned all areas after they finished. We walked around the completed project to inspect the work before they left. The floors are outstanding and enhance our kitchen and laundry room areas. We love our new floors.Refloor, LLC

Everyone was so helpful and thorough! **** was great help picking everything out and gave us a reasonable price! ******** and ***** checked in on us several times throughout the process to be sure we didn't have any issues or questions! *** and **** did an AMAZING job with our floors, even when the unexpected happened and we found we had another floor under our existing one!! They went above and beyond to be sure we loved our floors! And I was especially impressed by how meticulously they cleaned up afterward! I would definitely recommend REFLOOR to anyone!Refloor, LLC
