1 starWorst experience ever! After an exhausting chat, I still don't have a resolution. My debit card was stolen so I updated my card info so they could charge me as planned and they CANCELED ME!!!! This is unacceptable and the chat agent was unempowered and continuously apologized but didn't resolve the issue as I asked. I am NOT confident in this company and will rethink doing business with them going forward. I said they should at least give me one month for free for all of this but the agent just told me to call the 800# - Ridiculous! Too many choices out there today to have to put up with such poor customer service!Review fromGarnet F

2 starsI recently purchased a 2024 ********, which came with (1) month of their premium plan for free, which was coming to an end. They were promoting an offer to extend their Plans for free by 2 months along with ***'s ************************************** for free for 2 months, if a credit card is provided to them for future billing. There are two separate amounts of $31.99/month and $15.00/month noted with a billing start date.I read the fine print that clearly noted that the "billing starts on 2/14/25' for both ***'s and Onstar's side of services (took a screenshot) prior to confirming the intro offer. This morning, when I checked the credit card statement, I saw a bill from *** identified as recurring for the data service that was supposed to be free for the first 2 months. When I called in Onstar, the *** told me that they are charging for the 3rd month right now as per the *** policies, and that I will be getting no additional bills for 2 months on their services. It appears Onstar, while promoting the services as "free" with a clearly noted future billing start date on the order confirmation page, is charging ahead the credit card under the guise of "policies", which is downright fraudulent. I have a screenshot of their order confirmation page and the billing on the credit card statement to prove ********** your credit card statements and protect yourself from getting ripped.Review fromChristopher H

1 starCrappy and shady business I have canceled my plan three times in the last 30 days and they cant seem to actually cancel it. I keep getting recharged $10 a month for the plan $15 a month for some Wi-Fi plan which I have canceled several times and they wont issue me a refund yet Im arguing back-and-forth because the plan has been canceled for almost a month And Im getting charged again for the next month. They dont know whats going on. They have no way to stop at. I have to cancel my card just to stop them from charging me. This is ridiculous and a shady tactic. I would not trust this company with my business or my money.Review fromJoshua G

1 starI have been broken down in my EV since 10am this morning. Cops wouldn't help, *** wouldn't help, OnStar failed me 3x today. I'm out of my AAA tows, so I got the free trial of OnStar, what a joke, seeing how nobody can help me. My husband is diabetic, my husband is the only driver, yet they never send a truck for 2 passengers whether aaa or OnStar and nobody seems to pay attention to when I put a roadside request in via the app or call, and then they write ****** in a text to me. Who's ******? I said my name is ******. My husband can't walk more than a block, he's autistic, he has problems with ADHD and depression and you keep estimating times as me, I'm honestly unable to believe you or your entire crew or the ********** on ******** police department seeing how they all helped me when I wasn't married but because I'm married to a dude it all changes. Longer and longer wait times, misplacing my requests and calls, my husband would've died from diabetes tonight had a local not given us a soda and a small snack because of his diabetes. He can't exactly walk a football field away to the porta potty over there because he's pretty much a cripple who works in the tech industry from home. Guess who pays for my OnStar while I pay for my AAA? It's bad enough that we're homeless and our families are useless, but don't neglect us like my father does when he happened to go to ****** and neglect me as his autistic child and my husband's family abandoned him when he was 18 yet y'all abandoned us for 10 hours and counting now that I'm nearing the end of writing my review worse than ****** family did and I (******) am very upset that you couldn't even do the job we pay memberships for. Thanks to you, I'm missing the doctor's appointment tomorrow and work today for the second time, and then I'll miss work again tomorrow. **** only got to work 1 job but not the other today. Thanks for forgetting about us, the local gay couple who's homeless and doing our best even though we pay you...Review fromJames B

1 starI have purchased 8 ******** Escalades in the last 5 years this last one was bought on 08/29/2024 I have had to call Onstar now 6 times to be told that Tech Support needs to review and will call me in 3-5 days within 3 days the app starts working again then drops connection with my SUV as much as I have spent on these SUV you would think you would get better service from OnStar or ******** but nope they just tell you they will work on it and get back with you never happens and then when you call again they say we cant help you this is Tech Support!! Just crazy how they act like NO BIG DEAL but I have paid for the plan and SUV for things not to work correctly.. Makes me think twice on buying a **/******** ever againReview fromDaniel S

1 starCancelling any OnStar service requires your ************ called their service line to cancel an OnStar plan. The "my chevrolet" phone app will not allow you to cancel the service but only to add one! Therefore you are required to call them. They asked for :1. my full name 2. VIN 3. phone #4. home address 5. email address This is super ridiculous! Why do they need all this information just to cancel a plan?? They stated they needed all of this information to protect me from scrupulous people! i think OnStar itself is very scrupulous!!Sirius XM is the very same way! You can add their service very easily but to cancel requires you to call an agent who will try to talk you out of it!OnStar needs to change their procedure of cancelling a service w/o requiring all of the above information! I think their current method is a way of making it uncomfortable & difficult for a customer to cancel a service!!Review fromDavid T

1 starTook an hour to cancel my service and when I tried to get a refund for a charge that processed the day before I was informed that due to them billing for the previous month and not the current month, I was not able to get one. No where when I signed up for this service do I recall that being said. *************** and garbage billing policy.Review fromEric M
