      OnStar has many of customers and continue to sign up customers, but my complaint or experience with this company is recently they updated their app that you use on your phone to see diagnostic information about your car, well I was notified that I had to update but had no ideal I had to purchase a new phone to use their updated app because my (old) phone does not support their new app, and guess what the customer service agent told me its my fault, the paying customer because I don't choose to purchase a new phone. They never told me what version of phones I needed until I had a problem downloading their new app didn't offer a discount it was oh well. So before you put your hard earned money in OnStar you better find out how people feel about their services or rather in my case noservices.
