      Warning: Gardner White's Disturbing Treatment of a Disabled Veteran Since ****, Gardner White has displayed concerning practices and terrible service. Despite their history, their treatment of me, a 100% Disabled United ************* Veteran, has been shockingly callous.Surviving two combat deployments and facing medical retirement in 2012 due to injuries, I sought comfort and turned to Gardner White upon a friend's recommendation. The showroom couch felt perfect, and I purchased it with a protection plan for my new home.However, my experience since November 2022 has been deeply disappointing. The sales team's initial warmth disappeared. Delivery issues with misaligned couches foreshadowed further problems. The main seat, meant to provide support, felt like sitting on a harsh wooden frame. This couch worsened my discomfort.Seeking resolution, I tried exchanging the couch but was denied. A technician's visits didn't help until one suggested a "RE-SELECTION." Still, Gardner White's recent response shocked me demanding a $750+ restocking fee for a different couch, not mentioned earlier. The manager cited a 7-day limit, despite my immediate post-delivery complaint.They also claimed the couch needed 60 days to settle, which didn't help. Desperate, I disputed the charge with *************** but their response was disheartening. Three attempts yielded silence.This ordeal has shattered my hope. The couch meant for comfort has become an agony. I seek a fresh start a new piece or an option without fees. My pleas, patience, and sacrifices have been ignored. This injustice cuts deeply, denying comfort in my own home.I appeal for compassion and fairness. Gardner White, *************** or any compassionate individual please end this suffering and restore my peace.

      Horrible we had furniture delivered that had to be stored for a month before we were able to unwrap it and set it up we had no choice due to Gardner white not being able to keep up t at the warehouse while we waited to be able to move into the condo we were buying from my mother in law so it was delivered end of June moved in today aug 12 go to set it up and the middle back piece to our loveseat was not delivered so we called and after 6 hrs of phone calls we were told there was nothing that can be done they have a 7 day policy on deliveries so they cannot send us a replacement piece . How would we have known to check for missing back pieces we didnt know how many pieces came in it tue delivery drivers would only know that and they failed to mention to us that it was not there . So were now out ******* because the only thing they will do is send a service person out , issue is its not a service problem because its not damaged or stained or anything that falls under the service plan . All we want is the piece thats missing were not asking for a refund or for a whole new set I even offered to drive over an hour to the corporate store to pick up the piece but they refuse . I dont know what to do at this point

      Gardner white you continue to amaze me. You obviously need to review and read your own terms and conditions when it comes to refunds and reselections. Copied directly from YOUR website a customer has 7 day to request a reselect and or cancellation. And I was told this is not company policy.***************************************************************** ************************ ONE-WEEK FURNITURE RESELECT OR CANCELLATION OPTION (DOES NOT APPLY TO BEDDING): If within 7 days of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to select another item or cancel your purchase for a refund. All returns and reselections are subject to a handling fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the sales price. Merchandise reselection or refund is available only if the original merchandise is returned in new condition, inspection may be required. The following exclusions apply: pillows, special orders, floor samples, electronics, additional gifts and discounts, and AS IS merchandise. Furniture protection, mattress protection, adjustable bases, mattresses, electronics, delivery charges and gift cards are not refundable.REFUNDS: All refunds are issued by our corporate office by check. Refund checks are processed weekly and issued to purchaser only, then mailed **** to the address provided on order. Bankcard/credit card refunds will be credited to the original card. Absolutely no cash refunds will be issued. Please allow 10 to 14 business days to receive your check refund and up to 72 hours for credit card refund.Not to mention you have no idea how to bill a customer for purchases made to their credit account. I was overcharged $1,500 for furniture which was on backorder and extended warranties which where never provided. It is a good think I have copies of all my receipts and I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and canceling the items which are now back in stock. I will also add that your management staff and store employees never return calls!

      Very bad business, predatory business, damaged product retuned and still being charged for restocking of product that was delivered damaged.Dont have the product and still charged. Has been talking to them for more than two years and now my credit is affected.

      Ordered one Bedroom set To see how everything would go. They left Big black marks on the walls in my house And we're very careless I'm talking about the delivery drivers. I told the salesman he did not Do anything about it. Salesman will lie to you just for you. To make a purchase salesman Said that as long as I bought the Warranty sheets for the bed that if we changed our mind, we can exchange Or return it. Good thing I bought the One bedroom set. To see how I would be treated. Instead of buying All 4 at once. There's other places that will take better Care of you Try to shop around and see what places We'll **** care of you instead of purchasing all your Furniture from one store and then having a big headache and A big problem with them. ******* was my favorite They always took ***** care of me. too bad they went out of business. We'll never go back to gardener white again.

      Spent thousands on furniture. Delivery driver drove into my vehicle on the way out causing thousands of dollars of damage. Provided photos and police report. Called them dozens of times for updates, with none given. Finally told claim was denied with now reason given. Dishonest company with terrible customer service, I will never do business with them again.

      Paid thousands for new furniture. $1200 couch arrived with two big black stains. Told it was out of stock and would have to wait weeks on re-delivery. First manager offered no solution. Second offered $100 bucks. The second, $200. On a $7K order. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not return for further items. And will not recommend.

      the "pay your tax' advertisement is not what it seems. YOU WILL pay tax! they will not fully disclose the terms & agreement about that. instead Gardner White will give you QR code to scan for the terms. after they ask you to sign the payment contract. and the delivery service sucks!

      Number one scam everything's always on sale. They're either running the we pay a year sales tax or the 25% off. They don't even pay the whole sales tax. They pay like 5.4%. Not the 6% sales tax here in ********. So that's a blatant lie. They don't pay it number 2. You're better off with the 25% off because it's like half percentage point or percentage point over. Number three their products are generally garbage their delivery is outsourced These people don't care they just want to drop everything off so they will drop off broken furniture. It's a pain in the back to go ahead and have them pick up furniture and replace it once it is damaged. Everything there is marked so far above. What is reasonable go back into the clearance center? And you have compressed cardboard with a sticker on it or they'll sit there and try to explain to you that a veneer is the only way that. They can go ahead and put all these neat textures into tables. And it's not it's cheap. It's taking a real piece of wood that is extremely thin and glowing it on. Does some other substance to make it look like? You have a good table. These are not good tables Gardner white is not. The number one best quality or best anything if you notice. They keep saying that they were voted number one workplace again. Look at who actually voted on number one and ask yourself. Have you ever heard of these people? It's a sham.
