  After taking a full year to research different mobility devices, I finally decided upon a company and a scooter. The company was Discover Your Mobility, and the scooter was the Megatrone mobility scooter. I chose the company for the warranty available (2-year limited warranty with the first year being an in-home limited-service warranty.) and the Megatrone for its features; automatic folding, capacity, battery, and speed etc.I had been using a scooter for two years because of severe osteoarthritis, and with our love of travel it seemed appropriate to purchase a scooter that was easily foldable and transportable when we travel. I was also impressed by the "free" items that I could choose from to go with my new scooter (front basket, cup holder, cane holder, car and household charger, and extra lithium-ion battery)! To make a long story short, the Megatrone scooter arrived, but we were unable to get it to unfold, even after a second replacement scooter had been sent. I was livid! I had finally decided on a foldable scooter, paying over two thousand dollars for it, and it wasn't working! Enter *******************, the **** (I just discovered) who was determined to make things right. **** offered me an Optimus scooter that was more expensive, at no additional cost. In addition, I was able to get the "passionate pink" color that I desired as a breast cancer survivor! He reassured me that he would not be satisfied until I was satisfied, and said I would love the new Optimus scooter, and indeed I do! More importantly, I loved the personal attention **** gave to me. **** was very patient with me, answering all of my questions, and ignoring my pessimism after having not one, but two new scooters arrive not working. Instead of calling it quits, I decided to trust ****. The third time was the charm! No company is perfect; however, it can rise or fall on the level of customer service provided. In my case ******************** has risen to the top! Thank you, ****!

  I ordered a lightweight scooter from Discover Your Mobility, and received a big box of accessories this past Thursday. My scooter did not come with it, but I waited until Saturday to call Discovery Your Mobility. I found out ***** reported they delivered it on Friday. The paperwork had Signed for by "CCADE" . That is not me. It is not any of my neighbors. It stated it was delivered at 4 pm to my house. I was home all day, with my car in the driveway. I live alone. I have a yappy little dog, who notifies me when someone steps on my property, she was quiet during that time. I called ***** and they opened an investigation. I am working with ******* from Discover Your Mobility. He has been very helpful in getting me in touch with *****. I am going to *******, next Monday with my daughter & 2 of her grandchildren. We are doing parks for 6 days. I am 79 & can not walk very far, so I need a scooter to get around. ******* is sending out another scooter today, so that I can get it by Sunday, so that my vacation is not ruined. ******* has been very helpful through this whole process. Discover Your Mobility has been standing behind their product and ******* has been great!!!

  This is a great company! I have just purchased a Martrix Ultralight for my 90 year old cousin and **** at Discover Your Mobility could not have been more helpful and kind. I am also impressed by the companys Terms of Service which give the disabled person enough time to test out the chair before having to think about a possible return. It would be so easy to take advantage of physically challenged people but this company, in my experience, goes above and beyond to be helpful. The fact that so many extras are included and that shipping is free and swift only adds value. I cannot praise them highly enough.

  My partner purchased a matrix travel chair from this company in June 2023. Unfortunately, it stopped working when we were in ****** recently. When I got back home, It took me a number of calls and a few days for the technician to call me back, but when he did, he was very helpful! We troubleshoot over the phone and he sent me replacement parts within a few days. I installed them, and voil, problem solved. A good experience!

  I purchased my scooter ten years ago and recently needed a new battery. I placed an order on-line and it was easy to process. I realized several days after purchasing the battery that I needed to obtain an oxygen tank-holder and while I could not locate one to purchase on-line via the website, I called and spoke with ****. She was a terrific help. **** was both extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is sending me a complimentary oxygen tank-holder. What a wonderful company to do business with as they are experts in what they do and always do it with a smile on their face.Adria

  We purchased an Evolution folding electric wheelchair last Monday. The lady and **** were very helpful. However, when **** was instructing us on how to properly set the charger up we didn't pay attention. So we had problems. We took the chair back to them and **** fixed the problem within minutes. We left with smiles on our faces. We had contact with three workers at the store and two different ladies and **** on the telephone. They were all courteous and helpful.

  I wish this would end up on more ears. The owner of this company has nothing in mind, except for helping those who need information and help with any kind of mobility needs. Please visit his website. Living a life in a wheelchair gives him firsthand knowledge of what needs are. He was extremely kind, understanding and accommodating for any needs I had, or questions to be answered. 5 ?? arent enough!

  I've purchased my ************* Chair about one year ago, It has given me a sense of freedom and independence not possible before....... It is strong and tough for all the travel by Airline or automobile you , like me, may subject it to ...... However, nothing is so tough and rugged that it's support base cannot be considered as one of the most crucial elements when you must close the deal.... Read; (Buy the thing).............. *******, the chief, or head man in the technical department and I have a good *********, my fault, (I'm afraid, I may overburden the poor man with dumb questions)...... These he answers with the ease of a true professional. Therefore I will try not to take too much time picking up info on other company, products..... At any rate, my personal opinion is 'go for it'...........

  Discover my mobility has been servicing my wheelchair needs since before the pandemic, I purchased a air hawk electric wheelchair from them years ago and there service is impeccable! The products and supplied they have are shipped within days and arrive carefully packaged and have always received them in a timely fashion. I ahve purchased wheels and bearings, forks and such as replacement parts over the years and I was treated kindly during ordering process and all parts where shipped quickly. ON many occasions I have called and asked many questions and was always treated respectfully and my questions or concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend Discover my mobility for all your wheelchair parts and accessories. I love my AIRHAWK, it allows me to have independence and freedom, it is compact and I have traveled on planes with no issues many times. It is light and folds and easily fits in your car/ back storage or trunk !
