    This is a scam! They take your money and send out poorly crafted products! Im calling every resource I know to close them down. And they do this to the most vulnerable population.

    I purchased the self folding Optimus mobility scooter for the folding feature, & it only weighed 50#, making it easier for 2 people to get it in my car for traveling. I paid over $2400 for it.It is flimsy, tippy, and unsteady on even a small bump. The steering mechanism is so low it rubs my knees as I steer. The steering mechanism cannot be raised, nor can the seat be lowered. And. I am only 64" tall with short legs. It's difficult to get my legs off to the side so I can get off, it's so little room. It will not navigate on *************** I had to be pushed. Uneven sidewalks or trails make the scooter feel tipsy & unsteady. There are a accessories which do not fit, and are attached with only Velcro. The drink holder is supposed to go on a handlebar. The drink sloshes & spills as you turn the steering. It's unsightly m & very unstable.The umbrella holder is unhandy, You have to lean forward so your head & face are in the shade. Plus, the umbrella is so low you have to ************ over to be in the shade. It is NOT worth over $2400! I bought it on May 13, & called 2 weeks later to initiate a refund. A refund is guaranteed within the first few weeks.I was told I had to box it myself,which costs over $100 at a *** store. Then reimburse the company for sending it to me AND pay to return it. A cost of over $100 each way. Plus, they charge a 20% restocking fee, which is almost $500! That is around $800 it would cost me to return it! Agregious customer service.This ********************** scooter is not as nice or sturdy as advertised, and your return policy is horribly unfair to your customers!!!I am reporting your business to the BBB of ********, your offices, as well as the Attorney General if ********. I want a full refund for this Optimus scooter. It is not even worth one half if what I paid,A very dissatisfied customer,********************* *************** ****

    Every person has the right to their own opinion. While this customer may not like the unit, the way it operates, or the free accessories, there are quite a few people that do. Accessories can be put on with no problem. We suggest using velcro, because we dont think anyone would want to drill a hole in the frame to hold the cup holder or the cane holder. Our return policy is on every single page of our website. Every representative will explain the return policy to the customer if asked. We are not trying to hide anything, or rip anyone off.

    ******** was **************************** incredibly rude and condescending. My elderly mother purchased an Ewheels scooter online from them. It never worked right, was actually dangerous, stopping in the street. We have been trying to get this replaced ******** yet returned and refundedfor 3 months. Only todayafter younger relatives calleddid they offer a replacement. We will see if they deliver; I have doubts.

    Bought the Optimus. Came with free accessories, as a bonus. Accessories don't fit the scooter. Sent email and called and nothing. Ended up having to purchase the accessories elsewhere because they are required in some instances for travel like a rear view mirror, a cover and lights for night driving. You get the bare minimum from this company and no support. I would purchase elsewhere. There are so many choices now.

    Every comment that is made is incorrect. Our accessories fit the scooter. There are even online videos that show the customer how to attach each accessory.

    I have ordered 2 Air Hawks from them (one for upstairs and one for downstairs and outside), and I've been really happy with their product and service! I also needed a replacement battery charger and they got it right out to me. Can't recommend the Air Hawk enough, wonderful!

    I placed an order for an Air Hawk wheelchair and received it about 5 days later. All parts were delivered. I had no problems with their service. My suggestion would be to give better instructions for charging the chair and attaching the accessories. I subtracted a star due to the lack of instructions.

    We purchased the Optimus scooter because it folded and unfolded, and we could take it easily on a plane and in the trunk of our car. After using it just three times it failed to auto open or close and wont even do so manually. The companys reply is for ME to send the scooter to ******** AT MY EXPENSE which is right at $1000 each way. They claim they have service locations all over the **, but they have refused to let me know who or where to take it. We DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company. We only wish we had checked with the BBB and seen that the company lied about having their accreditation. So disappointed with the company and employees. Even after requesting a supervisor, I got no response.

    First and foremost. We would never ask the customer to pay for shipping the scooter back to our facility in ********. We pay for all shipping and boxing fees, if our tech finds it necessary for the unit to come back to us for repair. We do have technicians that are subcontracted through our company. Many times, given the area that the customer lives in, it may be just more convenient to have the unit shipped to us for repair.

    Service is poor. One doesnt know what the other is doing. They promise something and dont do it. They dont call you back. Very frustrating and disappointing. Sorry to have to give low rating. I expected more.

    They have been wonderful every time we call with a problem. Always helpful and most of all caring. I had a couple worn out issues with the eagle hd, I drive this all over town for over a year and they have cheaper replacement Parts then amazon.
