    We purchased a pool lift for my mother in law.We have used the lift for the last 2 years. We purchased the extra floor mount to use it in the bathroom as well as the pool mount included. It has enabled my mother in law to bathe and use her therapy pool on a regular basis.

    I love this company I have never had a problem with them and the chairs and scooters are top of the line I have never had any problems with them and **** is very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend this company to anybody and I do recommend them

    The service for getting my Eagle HD and the price was good, however I ordered arm extenders and paid for them. I called back after 24 hours looking for a tracking number. The lady I spoke to checked with the warehouse and said the item hadn't shipped yet and I should check back the following day. When I did so I was then told they were out of the item and it's on backorder. I asked why I was charged as when I had asked about another item previously they said they couldn't accept money for an item not in stock. So they told me it was in stock when I accepted the order and if I wanted a refund I could get one. I told them I require the item. So bottom line my thoughts are if you accept the money and the item is in stock at that time, that item should be put on hold for you.

    terrible customer service, they have a snooty attitude and I've talked to 3 women. been over a month trying to order a lost charger. no one really knows how to properly assist and answering questions or getting real help. this company needs a overhaul because they have the frame of mind that they're 'right' and aren't really listening. there are 2 chargers for the device and no one can help me figure out which one we lost and want to replace.

    We have responded with email, and the telephone for the customer. We have asked for pictures. The way a customer can describe something can either confuse one of our representatives or explain. I spoke with this customer, (the 3rd one) and have sent her at no cost an independent charger.

    My mother purchased a Matrix from them less than a year ago. She is having trouble with it, has been stuck at my house without her wheelchair for 5 days and counting. We called the company for service on Thursday night, was told he would call in the morning and when we called back on Friday they said the tech doesnt come in until 2:30pm. That we could expect a call after that...this was on FRIDAY. it is now Monday night at 8pm, no call, no nothing. I called and demanded to speak with the supervisor to be told the tech is the supervisor. I then asked to speak with the owner to be informed the tech is the owner. Explains alot. Zero accountability. She paid alot of money out of pocket for her wheelchair and we want it repaired...asap. She cannot get them to respond and she cannot get around without it. Totally unacceptable.

    So far, I am very happy with my Inferno Red Feather-Light Tzora portable scooter. It's 3-wheel maneuverability has been wonderful so far. I purchased it about a month ago in Sept. of 2023. I find it to be stable and large enough for my 6 foot tall 62-year-old female frame. I have stage 4 cancer, and had been getting around with just a cane for a few years, and using ride-on scooters at large box stores,... It is so nice, now, to have my own now, that is lightweight and foldable to put in the back of our sub-compact SUV. I am shocked at how many bad reviews I have seen on here about other models. I have even ************** model to a relative who it about to undergo a possible knee replacement surgery. I find that my scooter works fine on slight inclines and over bumps, but I will not be using it on grass or soft soil. It admittedly did get stuck there. It is fine on concrete, gravel, tile floors, wood floors, thin rugs. I do very much hope it continues to hold up well. I really like the lightweight lithium battery that charges up in 30 minutes! It has been great to tool around art fairs, inside large stores, around our downtown square, at community gardens,... I can;t wait to take it to zoos and museums! Looking forward to being able to fold it into cartry-on liuggage size if I every fly anywhere again, too.************, ****************

    PURCHASED A P-LIFT-50 AND HAD A ISSUE FROM DAY ONE . THEY DID NOT STAND BY THERE PRODUCT.

    We do stand behind every product we sell. However, we do not send a tech out for this particular product. The customer would have to contract their own electrician. Once the electrician assesses the unit, any and all parts will be shipped to the customer.

    I bought a wheelchair from here in March 2022 and within less than a year the batteries werent lasting an hour per charge. They told me this was out of the 9 month battery warranty and I had to pay nearly $1000 for new batteries. They had also given me the runaround on this price as I was originally verbally quoted a lower price and when I called back to order, I was rudely addressed and told that wasnt possible and the person who quoted me wasnt there so they couldnt honor that price. I went ahead and paid for them at the higher price, and once they arrived I found that the charging end for these batteries wasnt the same as the originals so they cant be charged outside of the chair which is what I need to be able to do. I called and was told the manufacturer made a change without telling them and they dont have the adapters for the new ones. They werent willing to do anything at all to fix the issue, not take back the batteries, allow for a chair exchange, nothing. They just told me to check back regularly to see if they got new adapters and if so they would send me one free. A company selling equipment that disabled people rely on to live their lives shouldnt be so awful to deal with. I discovered my mobility when I bought this chair but it didnt last and now Im stuck with an expensive defective and unreliable chair.

    We, unfortunately, cannot control what the manufacturer does overseas. We can, however send out any adaptors that are needed. Please contact our office . We should have the adaptor available now.

    I have had 11 years of heavy use from Tzora Hummer 4 wheel scooters, a Quality product! We used our scooter daily and sometimes would take them to the nearby state park and drive all day. Never ever had problems except it started to get worn where the electric contacts join when you break the scooter down into two parts for hauling. I decided to sell the scooter and order another, this time from Discover My Mobility...Never AGAIN. I had a problem with my order and somehow wound up with a 3 wheeled version which was slow and unsteady. We called Discover My Mobility and found that we would have to pay for the shipping to return and to ship *********** one to us. Now my $2,500 scooter is going to cost $1,034 more for the right scooter. Greatly disheartened as we don't have that kind of money we followed through with the return. The New 4 Wheel version of scooter arrived in terrible condition, I could see the front tires hanging from the bottom of the box, the box was very beat up and filthy dirty as if it had spent years in the back of a warehouse!I took pictures of the box and carefully unpacked the unit to inspect. It did not seem to have any damage. We repacked the box with the 3 ******* and spent most of the day fixing and securing the box and skid for shipping.The new scooter never went as fast or was as spunky as our ************************************************************************************************** with time. With time the scooter would need recharged after each trip to the park which was **** feet away. If we tried to make two trips, we would have to get off to get the scooter over two humps in the road that it did not have enough power to climb. I should have notified the Discover Office right away but I was so disheartened from the whole matter I could not make the call.Finally I did and was told my batteries were shot, my past experience did not matter and because I was 7 months in possession, I was on my own.

    Other than add ons being really cheap and crappy, I have been very happy with my new Air Hawk. No issues so far. Instructions are a bit confusing but for the price this is not a bad motorized wheelchair.
