After discovering water in our crawlspace was the cause of high humidity in our lakeside property, we contacted Everdry for an assessment of the situation. They were able to provide us with a solution that made sense for our property including adding a sump pump as well as shielding around the foundation. They even graded the crawlspace such that the water would all drain to the sump. Every member of the team that we worked with was professional and made sure we understood what we were being offered at every step. The men who did the work were fantastic and quick and we have had no water in the basement the year the system has been installed.

I have rental property in Perry MI. and had Everdry do my basement a few years ago because we had lots of water issues. They were professional and did an amazing job with the work. I was very happy. Since then we have had no issues. When my renters had to call. Everything hot fixed now we have a usable basement.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

In November 2021, our sump pump was having some issues and not working as well. I called EverDry and they came the very next day to replace the unit. Their timing and communication and service has always gone above and beyond. This is probably the 3rd time I've needed their help and service since our basement has two Sumps. They've been great to work with and easy to actually talk to a human being who follows up and returns calls. When our home was purchased in ******* it was a total remodel project. After most of the remodel was done, we noticed a small amount of water in the basement. We had several companies come out to inspect and quote remedies. Everdry had a complete plan for a reasonable price. Our project was started and finished in the estimated time. We have now had our sytem for about 4 years, THERE HAS NOT BEEN A DROP OF WATER IN OUR BASEMENT SINCE! I would highly recommend this system to all homeowners.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Hello from Sparta Michigan. We have had our Everdry system since 2004. Our neighborhood sits on an old creek bed. So our sub pump can run a lot. We have called Everdry and they will come out and fix or replace pump same day or next day. They have the best customer service. Thank you Everdry.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We bought our home in Holt, MI in 2017, and the home came with a warranty from EverDry. In the spring of 2018, we noticed water running in through a basement wall. A couple techinicians came out to assess the problem, then returned shortly after and excavated in the area of the leak. They found that the underground drainage system hadn't been completed by the previous owners of the company that they had taken over. They finished the installation, did some repair on the sump, and that problem was solved. During the next season, we noticed rotting wood in the cabinet that concealed our water main entrance in the opposite corner of the basement. Once again, EverDry sent out a technician who found that...yes....the installation had not been completed properly. The technician proplerly excavated the drainage channel in that corner to complete the installation. Problem solved. EverDry naver gave us any excuses or tried to put us off. They fixed our problems without argument, quickly and professionally. Over the years since then, we have had no more problems. We do keep up our yearly warranty continuance fee, and we're confident that if any more problems arise they'll be taken care of without a hassle for us. The annual fee is quite reasonable and is really cheap peace of mind; and, if we ever decide to move we're sure the warranty will be a selling asset.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

When we purchased our home in 2019, it came with a transferrable warranty from Ever Dry. Knowing that we purchased in an area known for leaky basements, this gave us peace of mind. We have had a few very minor issues since purchasing the home, such as a worn out sump pump and a new small crack, and every time, they have been very quick to respond and provide service. I would highly recommend Ever Dry to anyone looking to have their basement waterproofed!Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Soon after we moved into our home five years ago, we discovered why the previous owners kept their boxes elevated in the basement -- water leaked into the space periodically, sometimes as high as several inches. There were also a few worrying cracks developing along the basement walls. After we called EverDry, they carefully explained their comprehensive remedy, and we opted for their service.
