Over the past month, I have had the pleasure of speaking on the phone a few times with Rob V, Co-owner and General Manager of Everdry. Rob is a true gentleman with impeccable manners. He answered my questions thoughtfully and completely. Although I did not go with his company, Rob continued to be a kind and considerate business owner who left the door open for any future business relationship. I respect Rob’s way of inviting conversation and of deep listening to me as a potential customer.

Live in the Pierson Sand lake area. Water table is high around here. My system is excellent. Never had any issues with water in my basement. Highly recommend!Everdry Basement Waterproofing

I just wanted to say that Everydry has the best product around. Our basement has been high and dry since their wonderful service staff helped us. The staff was very professional, neat and on time with there product. We also have the warranty and have had to use it and they were fast and no charge. When we purchased our home in ******* ** near Lake Michigan,-the Everdry system had already been installed. It has been awesome! Our basement has always been dry and we have great peace of mind. Our sump pump motor needed to be replaced this past year and they sent someone out immediately. The technician was very professional and motor was replaced free of charge. While here, he noticed an issue near the original pipe coming into the house. He scheduled a crew to come and repair it. They did a great job! This warranty is for real. If and when we move to another home - we will be more than comfortable to make sure we have an Everdry Waterproofing system installed in our home. We have had excellent service with EverDry. Since having our basement done, we have not had a water issue in our basement. They have also replaced our sump pump twice at no additional cost. Our basement and belongings have stayed dry. The crew that came were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. When I bought my house in Fruitport 13 years ago, Everdry Basement Waterproofing had already been installed years prior. I called a couple times for a basement leak. Everdry was there in a timely manner and took care of the problem right away. I have 2 pumps that quit working nearly simultaneously. One call and they were there the same day to replace the pumps. Their service warranty is real. They certainly don't leave you hanging if you have a problem after installation. I highly recommend Everdry and will not build or purchase a house without it. I have peace of mind when I go away that I won't come home to a flooded basement. Thank you Everdry.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We have had a great experience with our Everdry system in our house! In the 12 years we have lived in our house in Newaygo, we have only had to call once or twice, and the issue was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Whenever I call, they are available, thorough, and friendly. I also appreciate that I don't have to go through a menu to talk to a person. Our basement is always dry! Our Everdry system has been in place for many years and it's working well. Water now comes to the sump pump rather than through the cracks in the floor. Here in Holland we've had a lot of rain over the past five years and so far our basement has been bone dry. It was quite a process to have the tile installed in the floor in the basement but it's well worth it! We are very happy with the system.Everdry Basement Waterproofing
