In 2018 my basement ended up having over a foot of water destroying a lot of things. Everdry came in and I know I got my money's worth because they were here for almost a week. Now I have an elaborate drain system in and they added more sump pumps in case I ever experience high water again. Everdry did an amazing job and they were easy to work with. They were very professional and with their warranty they can be contacted at any time in the future. In fact my parents used them at their home. I highly recommend Everdry.

My wife and I live in Grand Rapids within the Reeds Lake watershed and had the Everdry basement waterproofing system installed in 2018. in 2023 we had an issue with an area of our foundation that was inaccessible during the initial installation. Since we had maintained our warranty this issue was quickly corrected and have not had any other wetness issues since. I would highly recommend Everdry to anyone considering a basement waterproofing system especially one like ours within a flood prone zone.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

I have had an Everdry Basement Waterproofing system in my Grand Rapids, (Tallmadge Twp) MI home since I purchased in 2007, I live in a high water table area and the system has always worked wonderfully. Any requests for modifications, once due to changing a floor plan in the basement, were met with a team effort between the company and myself. This has always given me a sense of comfort and flexibility working with Everdry. I would recommend their services to anyone considering a basement waterproofing system. It was important to us to use a local company with many years of experience. The presentation described in detail what was happening to our home and they explained step by step how they would fix it, and EverDry did just that! Our home was left clean, with carpet put back in place, and mostly importantly DRY for 4 years since with back up batteries for the pumps. You can always talk to a person when you call and this company was the only one we interviewed that would take care of BOTH the outside of the home AND the inside, other companies made you choose for the same amount of money. In **** I was getting lots of water in my basement every time it rained. And that year it rained a lot here in Grand Rapids. I called Everdry and arranged for them to provide a complete basement waterproofing solution. I can say without reservation, that was one of the best investments I've ever made! I pay a small annual fee to keep the lifetime warranty in place, and the couple of times that I've had a little leakage, Everdry technicians have responded quickly and fixed the problem. We've had our Everydry system (Grand Rapids, MI) for years. Because we have problems with iron algae (red clay-like substance), we have to have our drain tiles flushed out about once a year. I just want to say yesterday Chris was here and did an awesome job! The red clay stuff can make a real mess and stain walls and carpet, but Chris was very careful, wiping off the hose as he pulled it out of the tile. So no dragging dirty hoses through the basement. We have a good old Michigan basement. It was not finished, but we stored a lot of our personal items down there. After several years of putting off getting our basement waterproofed due to multiple water damage issues, we decided to go with Everdry and get it done in November of 2018. It was long overdue and we are very happy with the results. We had a trench dug around the house and had pea gravel installed and also an air purifier was hooked up to keep it from getting smelly and damp. So far so good!
