I had Everdry in Grand Rapids put in a multi-step system including an air ventilation system into my 1929 built Lansing, Michigan home in 2022. The service was great and they worked with me through having an unexpected electrical issue when the service was scheduled. They rescheduled my service and help me find financing at an affordable payment. The system works great! My basement does not leak, I'm able to control the humidity level with the air ventilation system, and the air in cleaner throughout my entire home keeping my family safe and healthy. When faced with water in our basement in our home In ****** Township, I could not pinpoint the exact source or timing of water either seeping in from the floor or leaking through the basement wall. I had heard of Everdry Basement Waterproofing through a friend who is a contractor. I talked to *** at Everydry after the third day of water accumulating and not receding. Everydry Basement Waterproofing was able to send a crew within 48 hours to diagnose the source and begin repairs. The crew was very efficient with the required trenching around base of the exterior walls and a dry well to collect runoff. Additionally, they installed a sump pump with battery backup and it did not require major restructuring of the floor. They were able to seal off any water coming the the floors and installed an aeration fan to keep the humidity at a constant. Overall, the project was by a crew of conscientious professionals who left the exterior of the house exactly as they found it, and all repair work in the basement was done efficiently with absolutely no mess or inconvenience. Everydry has been outstanding in their quality of work, their guarantees, and follow-up support to ensure the new system is working as it should. I would highly recommend Everydry to address and repair any problems with a leaking, wet, or damp basement. It is a pleasure working with a team of considerate and knowledgeable professionals employed by Everdry Basement Waterproofing, and I will certainly inform all my neighbors in Belmont of the high quality of service provided by Everydry.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Our home was built in 1978 in Saginaw Township, Michigan. Throughout the years we had various water problems in the basement. Finally in 2011 we had EVERDRY install their system along with a battery backup sump pump and a fresh air system. We have NOT had any major water problems since. We purchase their annual service agreement for a minimal amount of money every year and when things like the battery going off, etc., we just call them and they come out and take care of the problem in a pretty good timeframe. I would recommend EVERDRY to all who have continuous basement water problems.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We bought our home in Grand Rapids in the spring of 2022. Our inspection showed no signs of water damage and we've had zero issues with water in our basement since moving in! We have happily renewed our warranty the last two years and will continue to do so! Had our system installed a few years ago in Essexville, MI. and have been nothing but very satisfied! Did a great job of installation and clean up. Did have a couple of minor problems shortly after installation. I notified them and they came out right away and resolved the problem. Since then we have installed drywall and carpet without any mold or water issues. We asked a couple of years ago to have our lines inspected for roots and they came out within a couple of days and while they were doing that they installed a new sump pump with no additional cost. Everdry was there for me during the historic floods on Muskegon Lake. The basement was covered in 5 inches of water, but with the Everdry multi-step system, my basement is completely dry and I have not had any problems with the service or system. I’m very happy with my decision to have the system installed and I can rest assured knowing that I will not have to deal with any water issues in basement ever again!
