      I am an investigating a financial transaction card fraud in ***** *********. The cardholder met with me the the Lakeville branch and the branch manager gave me the bank records with the disputed transactions. However, a couple of the transactions did not reflect the location of the point of sale. Merely a reference number. I was referred to the fraud department to obtain the details of the transaction so that I can get video of the suspect who is already in custody.The fraud department would not give me the information without the cardholder giving authorization in person at the branch. I explained that the cardholder has already done this and I have the documents authorized by the customer. I am not asking for personal information that I don't already have. Again, just a location of the sale so that I can get video. They then asked for a search warrant to get what I already have. Even if I execute the search warrant today. They will not process it for up to 3 weeks. By then the video will be gone.At the end of the day the cardholder is not the victim. Wings Financial is. They are protecting the suspect at the expense of the cardholder's time and effort.

      If I could give a -5 star rating I would! Wings dropped the ball. They would not transfer the money from my daughters account after they took away my online access(this was due to something with a totally different account that they lost paperwork to remove the person 6 years prior-this person was not associated with my daughters account). I had moved across the country and they said the only way to fix it is to come in. Really what bank in 2024 works this way? The **************** rep was not helpful just told me to write a letter. Then **** at the bank called and hung up on me when I told him I wanted all the accounts closed. Get your money out of this bank!!! They will keep it and not give you access to your account. You should always have access to YOUR money!!! And I should not have to go into a building to get anything taken care of.

While we can't discuss account specific issues in a public forum due to privacy concerns, we can say the vast majority of issues can be handled over the phone or digitally. There are a few specific items that require in-person actions or physical paperwork and we do our best to make those available to people who don't live locally (such as through the mail).

      Had a car loan from Wings.. my car was totaled and I was told to wait till after my insurance company had issued the check so I could refinance. Waited for almost two months before I had to call the ins company to remind them... wings said they would give me a call when they received the check to set a new payment plan. Im assuming they finally received the check but did NOT give me a call or any information online. Im now in collections due to the lack of communication. The only thing I got was a letter threatening collections before I made the last call to my insurance company and them. They lack communication and care for their customers. The collections agent was nicer than half the staff I had talked to at wings.

      I have been a member for over 30 years. Over the past 3 years this Credit Union went from great to miserable to work with or do banking with. ****** Services Reps and manages are totally incompetent from the start to finish. They don't know if they offer UTMA, how to get you a debit card, go into your file to review notes of past issues you have had etc. The Reps are rude and lack customer care and relations skills. This has to be from lack of proper training to poor vetting during the hiring process. The last three issue I have had over the past couple of months and ways connected to the meber services was a disaster. Every step of working with them was a test of my patience. I won't even go into the issue and problems with their new Sky, it is an exercise in stupidity, and an excuse to eliminate the once great service they used to provide.

It's our goal to help members quickly and accurately. If you ever need help with more complicated transactions/issues, we've done our best to make it easy to schedule an appointment with bankers either online or in our branches. They're available for help when needed. For issues like a new debit card, we've made this easier than ever in our updated digital banking platform (to both order replacement cards or report cards lost/stolen). Many of our branches also offer instant issue debit cards, and can be printed when you stop in. Check the Locations page of our website to find which branches offer this service.

      Wings Federal credit Union is awful. Anytime you call there's always an issue and the only ones that are being penalized are their members. it would be nice if wings could get their act together and get this credit union up and running appropriately.

      The "New Improved" digital website under the new website wingscu.com is a failure. I've tried multiple times to login on line (2 home computers) with USERID and PASSWORD then taken to the next page where they are supposed to send me a notification. It doesn't say whether they are sending the notification by email or by text but it must be coming by horseback from ***** because I haven't received any notification after numerous tries checking both text and email.I called the customer service number ************* as stated on the "Security Validation" page but was placed on hold for "45 minutes". A representative came on and after about two seconds (I had stepped back from the phone 5 feet but called out "hello") they hung up.I've been with Wings for 37 years when they were ********* Airlines FCU. I cringe when they advertise a "new improved" anything. Usually means it won't work. **************** is no help. The "Chat" option is a robot rather than a person and can't understand anything you put into it. Worthless.Get your act together please.

Shortly after our recent upgrade, call/chat waits were much longer than usual - and longer than we aim for. Things are back to normal now, and if you request a live agent on either chat or phone, you should be speaking to one of our agents much more quickly.       Wings went from being the best run credit union in the nation to an absolute, greedy, anti customer service operation that should be reviewed by federal regulators (in intend to file multiple complaints with ********** (and Federal) Credit Union regulators). They have become a FOR PROFIT at any cost since multiple mergers and make the conduct of major banks pale in comparison. I will close my account after 25 years because of the outrageous fees, horrendous robotic customer service. DO NOT use this ************************************************** is a shell of its former self.

      They refuse to send me proper documentation after being asked repeatedly, but I'm the second person on loan and on physical title of vehicle...both vehicle owners were on recorded line stating we have not recieved statements.. the 2 we have recieved are cut and dry and explain nothing. I have found many discrepancies I the loan process paperwork, and also on the statements we have gotten. We paid 900 and something in November to avoid repossession, then now it's the 18th , I recieved a notice of delinquent and facing repossession once again and when multiple times on recorded line remind u. I have been denied payment arrangements, offered to have direct payments made and permission to auto withdrawal payments and they refuse to work with me because I'm not listed as first on loan even after that person has expressed same issues .. I am frustrated that I went to *** in st cloud and brought it up and was told I'm a idiot and kept being shown avoidance , the manager wouldn't let me speak to the financial officer that pushed through the paperwork. I have all paperwork to back up my allegations and would appreciate a immediate face to face meeting with all proof of documentations....and notes with times and who I spoke with each phone call time that I have expressed need for help or options and on repossession letter it says unless a payment arraignment has been made or past due balance made in full...well that's kind of false advertisement and then threatens to take legal action to get remaining balance. They can't provide me information on where my **** in savings went, or where it came from , auto loan summary shows no proof of the November payment. I have proof they said pay 650 on one paper then on statement on delinquency letter says ****** the original payment price. ..my payments are due 30th of every month and I'm facing repossession and have been denied refinance, or partial payment options , car is rated highly stolen vehicle .

      I am with Wings for more than 11 years. As mentioned by others in the forum here, the customer service is going downhill with this credit union. ***************** representatives are very rude. Not at all courteous. When I try to set up an external transfer from the other bank to wings to transfer some money, my account they blocked the access for online and mobile banking and asked me to get it verified by their fraud prevention department. Which is not at all good. Management has to take some quick action to bring good customer service. Too bad. I am thinking of closing the account with ********************************************************************.

      I have been with Wings for 30 years and they used to be great. Then they opened up membership requirements and everything went downhill. Payment history means nothing. Account history means nothing. They have turned into a "What have you done for me lately" organization and are not concerned with customer retention. In the last 30 years I have taken out and paid back $200000 in loans, never missed a payment, and paid most off several months early. Despite this I was recently told that my credit score was not acceptable so the interest rate on a new loan would be 3 percent higher than advertised. To be clear, the reason for the dip in my score was debt load, NOT non payment of debts. I have just finished grad school and the credit cards got a work out but they are all paid on time every time. So be it. I got better terms somewhere else and am pulling everything out of this bank and taking my business elsewhere. Loyalty is a two way street and Wings has apparently taken a different route.
