      $10,000 for a regular standard man door and $41,000 for 8 windows. Are you out of your mind! Its not made of gold! Would not do business here the stuff cant be that good. Then I read some of the reviews and none of the reviews had anything good to say about the customer service, the prices, the quality that they say is so good. Guess we wasted our time but thank God told them no way.. sorry for all the people that had problems. Cant get anything nice anymore for a decent price, and dont get me started on customer service!!

      There should be a law against this companys practices!! ****** bucks for 8 windows WOOOOOW !! This was for a window that averages 249 each even with there name on it !!

      Run as fast as you can from this company.I purchased an Andersen storm door - within 15 minutes of opening I realized half the parts were missing. Then I called customer service (which theyve outsourced, of course). The language barrier was so bad I have spent 2.5 months back and forth with them, trying to get replacement parts delivered to the correct address. Finally got the parts, started to set up the door again when, surprise! Missing yet another part.This company is a complete scam - eager to take your money, completely absent when they dont give you the thing you ordered.

      A total nightmare dealing with Andersen. Will never buy anything from them again. Shipped me a broken screen, three different times. Also, shipped me two sliding doors with nails sticking out of it. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in terms of service, product quality, wasted time, money, etc. Will never ever buy any product from them again. Total disaster of a business.

      Andersen's Storm Door brochure is misleading for the 10 Series. The brochure says the 10 Series has the Smooth Control Pls Close system, which is unavailable in the 8 Series and 6 series, and not available at *********** What Andersen's brochure a year ago (and today) fails to clarify is that the Smooth Control Pls Close system is only available on the Series 10's full screen. The brochure led me to believe that the wonderful close system was available on the Series 10's doors (including the 3/4 and 1/2 versions). (1) Andersen needs to change its brochure to clarify that the upgraded close system is not currently available on the 3/4 and 1/2 Series 10 doors. (2) Andersen should provide the Series 10 Smooth Control Pls Close system on all Series 10 doors. Background: For our house back door before 2022, we ordered the 10 Series, fullview, retractable insects screen. We loved it. So a year ago (in the summer of 2022), we had the same licensed commercial installer order for our three-car garage's back door, the 10 Series, 3/4 door with the retractable screen. He picked up the door in January and brought it for installation yesterday, 7/26/2023. It did not have the Smooth Control Pls Close System. I was shocked. I hate the old style close system on it. I told the installer to send the 3/4 door back and order a full-view with the better close system. My wife came home, got the news of the so-so 3/4 door at the Series 10 price and asked that we have the 3/4 door installed since it is here and who knows when the better full-view door will be delivered. So today, the installer is back putting in the 3/4 "old-style-closure" door.Hope my comments have been helpful.

      Bought a custom storm door from ********** through ******** windows, took longer than expected to get it , but installed it this weekend and it's 2 inches short , called ******** and the worst customer service I've ever experienced

      We're paying a crazy amount of money for one door but the service makes me feel as though we just purchased it from ******** Prior to installation, we prepped the opening and ensured everything was straight and ready to go for when the installation happened. The installer thanked us for prepping the door, saying it made their job so much more easier.....only then to toss the door around like it was a piece of drywall. The frame is damaged and cracked, not to mention crooked. The deadbolt latch doesn't engage. The screws for striker plate is barely holding on. There are gaps where it is letting light in. There is a cut in the seal from the installation. We got pictures to prove this if anyone is curious to see this awesome wreck of an installation.we have been waiting for a response from them to fix this mess but no response. do not recommend, you're better off working with *********** at least they respond and stay on top of your case.

      When they arrive in good working order, the windows are great. But if they don't, you're screwed. I was warned about this by ******* windows before I purchased. I should have listened.When your Andersen Windows arrive damaged and defective, you will not be able to contact them directly. You'll have to go through their third party sales rep. **** sales rep will have absolutely zero insight into what's going on at ********. All they can do is submit a claim.My claim took 3 1/2 months to get resolved. Just one basic part that rendered the entire window defective. During this time I had to repeatedly ask my sales rep what the status was. And he couldn't give me any answer whatsoever. Incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory.Making matters worse, I just opened the box of screens that they sent. Two out of eight are damaged with the screens almost punctured did a massive dense and the frame bent.Do I go through this process again of asking my sales rep to submit a claim? Or do I just accept this has the cost of doing business with Andersen?

      ******************* representative bamboozled my husband into $30,000 for only 8 windows. He claimed that they have the best customer service if anything goes wrong. After reading all 77 reviews here (& the dunderheads that know nothing of construction and pricing) I realize that they are a *********. This does not include taking off the trim or even putting the trim back on our over 100 year old house. The windows have not arrived yet and ******** is holding up our bathroom and kitchen remodel because of it. They have not even pulled a permit yet. I have tried contacting them about cancelling this ridiculously way over priced contract for composite frame windows, and I am met with absolutely no response.
