Everything was great! Nick ****** at Arko Exteriors was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Very responsive and nice to work with, he even took care of dealing with my insurance company! Nic ****** and Arko were great to work with. I always felt supported and that Nic was in my corner during a long back-and-forth with the insurance company. The work Arko did was terrific.

i had nick as my project manager on my insurance claim i had never met anyone so nice polite professional ,knowledgeable i received excellent service/ he addressed every concern i had, he was the right person for my project, i would highly recommend arko exteriors and nick as a project manager for any of your projects,Arko Exteriors, Inc.

We are extremely happy with the work Arko did for us on our roof.
The project manager, Nick ******, was especially helpful, courteous and professional. He looked after everything we needed in a timely manner.
The work crew did an excellent job with the installation and clean up.

Arko exteriors did an outstanding job replacing damage to my outbuilding caused by snow. The rebuild was excellent, better quality than the original. Reasonable pricing. Nic ******, building manager, has exceptional people skills, makes you feel like family. Only hiccup was getting the paper work cleared through insurance, that seemed to need a little leg work on my part. I recommend the company, and they are my first choice should I need something in the future.Arko Exteriors, Inc.

5 starsWe had interior and exterior damage from a hail storm in 2022. Arko was recommended by our insurance broker. Nic was great to work with for our roof and Rick for the interior. 5 starsOur house had a major hail claim from the spring of 2022. *** was the project manager from **** who worked with ** on the repairs. Ive been through this process before and I have learned that when selecting a contractor its just as important to choose one who is experienced working with your insurance company as it is the quality of work. **** came with good reviews on both. *** was well versed in dealing with the red tape and bureaucracy of my insurance company and helped get ** approved for full repairs. The quality of work was also outstanding and Nic was very good keeping the line of communications open. I highly recommend **** for ************. 1 starMy home owners insurance company told me to contact Arko Exteriors due to a small area (approximately 4 ft by 6 ft) of missing shingles. Someone came out to look at the damage and placed an 8 ft by 8 ft tarp over the damaged portion to prevent water from getting into my house. I never asked about the cost of this small project of laying down this tarp and placing several stables into it to hold it down.
I then lost a family member and it took me a month to contact them back due to our family issue. They did try calling me and sending texts during this time, but my family issue was much more important than a small roof repair. I then received a response from Nic stating to go with a local handyman to do the repairs. Then I received an invoice stating stapling a small tarp onto this small roof repair was $500. I called several roofers after Nic made it very clear to me that his supervisor was quite angry at the delay it took me in getting back to me and they were no longer interested in bidding for the job (along with the fact that he admitted they were more expensive than many other roofers due to their overhead).
I then checked with other roofers regarding both the cost to spend a few minutes placing a small tarp on my roof and the cost to replace the missing shingles. I received estimates of $** to $*** to staple an 8 by 8 tarp down and anywhere from $*** - $**** to repair the roof. Every one of them stated it is ridiculous for any company to charge $*** to spend a few minutes stapling down such a small tarp. I also found a few sites that were somewhat helpful to give me an idea of that it would cost. One site gave me an estimate of $*** to place a 20 ft by 20 ft tarp over roof damage. One site stated such a small tarp installation should be less than $*** to a high end of $***.
It’s obvious that Arko decided to overcharge me due to their anger in me not responding back. I won’t pay them $*** for such a small job. I will pay a fair price only.
