Ordered in November 2022 for a Christmas present. As of April 2023 the garden stakes ORDER #**** for $56.20 have not been received. I asked for updated expected delivery in December and was told they were experiencing high volume for the holidays. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund in January and received no response. I sent another email in April again requesting to cancel and get a refund and the address is no longer valid. The website continues to advertise, offer updated deals for holidays, etc.Initial Complaint

I purchased a metal engraved sign from this company on 11/25/22 for $114.95 and received confirmation of that.I first contacted them about my order on 12/8/2022 as I should've received estimated shipping info by then. Since then have contacted them at least 5 times asking for shipping info first, then requesting refund after almost 3 months. Now the email that it's listed as their contact is no longer available. This company is still actively selling and scamming people and they are deleting negative reviews on their website so that people falsely purchase from them thinking they are an honest company. I have attempted to leave a negative review but the review section does not show them. Or any single star reviews for that matter. I simply just want this company to be stopped from scamming unknowing people.Initial Complaint

I purchased a sign on 12/10/22for my sons company. I paid $111.74 for it , this was a Christmas gift . I reached out to them but got a message saying they were short handed . So I gave it another month, but when I emailed them Again my messages kept coming back as failed messages. Tried calling ************** you couldnt leave a message. On December 14,2022, i placed an on-line order for a customized metal art plaque from VO Metal Center. My order # is ****. Amount paid was $89.89. It was immediately posted to my credit card account.I received order confirmation via email.I called the listed # to confirm my order. Voice mail said "we're busy with Christmas orders and will return your call within 24 hrs."I received an email from VO on 1-13-2023 asking "Is everything all right? We haven't heard from you in a while."I re[lied to this email asking where and when my order would arrive.I received an immediate reply (auto-reply) that they were busy with staffing shortages and a back-log of orders.I have continued to receive the "we've missed you" email each month.I continue to call the listed number with no reply.I want my money back or a refund.
