      Made order Nov 7. Got 1 product out of 2. One received was mildly damaged and was Half the size paid for. It is March 2023 and Still never got 2nd product.

      Just like everyone else here, we placed an order, they charged our Citi Credit Card and never delivered or responded. Do as I did, file a complaint with your credit card company! Citi Cards reimbursed me for the full amount and now they are going after this low life company....

      only got half of each ordered but paid in full for the two complete orders back on Nov 10, 2022 Contacted them several times by email only getting a generated email about getting Christmas orders out. Called left messages sill not response. Wrote letters requesting partial refund on missing items on the two orders, letter was returned undeliverable to company. Tried mailing to another address under the same company with no such luck in refund or return call. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this company!!!! I would prefer to leave them NO STAR RATING as the customer service to absolutely the worst. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company on this matter.

      I ordered back in November 2022 for my husband I have tried to contact several times email, phone nothing but vm recordings and repetitive emails. Going to go all over social media and let people know and turn them into the fraud department at my credit union. You think with this many people getting scammed the BBB would do something.

      I made my order back in Nov. 2022 Order # **** they took my money but I have never gotten my order yet I have called many times and sent many text messages and gave them my phone number to call me about my order and I get nothing no call or text I want my order or my money back ! I give this company NO STAR'S

      Scammed: Purchased a ** metal flag from VO metal center prior to Christmas 2022 and they shipped the wrong one and have yet, its mid-February now, to reply to any of my emails or voicemails for an exchange. Im out over $100. Do NOT order from this company.

      Robbed me, made an order and they did not send the order but stole my money. They will not answer phone or return messages and now send me to spam.
