      Buyer Beware!!! NO STAR RATING Placed an order DECEMBER 2022 and have not received any product only one eMail stating they were running behind due to short staffing. Attempts to eMail come back as Undeliverable, though they are still advertising on ********* Filing a claim with my credit company.

      This business should be investigated by the Attorney General for scamming 145 customers that ordered from $150- $500 of monograms for Christmas presents that were never end delivered. I will be contacting the attorney general for an investigation of both businesses in *******,Ill and ******, **!

      Placed an order on 12/10/22, they took our money $145 on 12/12/22...it is now Feb '23 and we have NOT received our order!!! However, the continually solicitate us to buy more. Sent many emails, now our emails won't go through. Call, get only an answering machine, left a message saying WE WANT TO CANCEL AND WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!! They do not respond. I want to file theft charges!!! I AM FURIOUS!!! Something NEEDS to be done!

      I too, have been scammed. I ordered in Dec, 2022; it is Feb 14 still have no order, get the same e-mail they are short staffed, etc, There is no company so DONT order from them you will never get it, they should not even get a rating they are scammers

      I guess I am among everyone else and feel I got scammed...I ordered 5 items for Christmas gifts and all I got was my money taken...So sad

      Placed an order on 12/5/22 and still haven't received it. I can't even get a hold of anyone only to get generated auto responses about being short staffed. I have placed numerous emails to the company, and numerous phone messages have been left and still have not had any correspondence from this company. Clearly this company is a scam! They are still sending out emails with Valentines specials so buyers beware!!!

      They deserve less than one star-apparently a scam-ordered a sign 12/1/2022 and have not received it nor can I contact them and get a response through phone or email. But they keep sending out soliciting emails-why hasn't the BBB shut them down-obviously its been going on for quite sometime-******** also needs to shut their advertisements down.

      Total scam. Been 2 months and haven’t received anything. Got got card charges reversed and can’t believe their still allowed to advertise. Should be someway to notify people about them

      TERRIBLE! I placed an order November 22 during their "Black Friday sale" for 4 items as Christmas gifts. To date, I have only received 2 of the 4 items. Several times I tried to follow up by email only to get an automated response advising "We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders." I received this same message 4 times! I sent another one today and got a failure notice from yahoo as follows: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
      I guess I should consider myself lucky I got 2 of the 4 ordered........ but I now have 2 family members WITHOUT their Christmas gifts. BEWARE of these scammers. NOW, I have to figure out something to replace what I ordered as a Christmas gift and I am OUT the money. They do not even deserve one star for a rating but in order to submit my review I have to indicate at least one.. Now, to contact card services and see if I can be refunded to my card for the two not received.
