      I ordered a christmas gift on Dec. 4th they advertised guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I still haven't received it. emails just keep saying they are short staffed. Phone calls go straight to voice mails.

      I ordered a metal distressed flag for my son for Christmas in November. Ive not received it and I cant get a hold of anyone about it! This is a scam! And I lost $154!

      I ordered a sign in Nov 18 so I would get it by Christmas. Her I am, almost 2 months later and no sign. The took $114-95 from my PayPal account. I've been scammed!!!!

      I ordered a home address sign from this company. After finally receiving my item, it wasnt even CLOSE to what I ordered! Its barely larger than my eyeglasses. SCAM! Do not use this company. To say that Im disappointed would be an understatement.

      I have tried for over a month now to get a hold of this company for any information on my order. I receive the same email every time. When I call and leave a message no one gets back. There is now hundreds of people in the same boat on their ******** page. I now want to cancel my order. They take your money and run.

      Ordered some garden markers on Nov 25. .Received a confirmation of order and that it will be shipped shortly. Of course they charged my credit card immediately. Called and like other reviewers received a recorded voicemail saying they are working on orders. Emailed them 3 different times and received the same canned responseSorry were low staffed and are trying to process all Christmas orders. One month later and Ive never received an email or shipping info. Sorry to all of you who also fell for their scam. To all who are considering purchasing from VO Metals I hope this review helps. Next time Ill be more diligent in my company research. ***** stars!
