      I ordered a custom sign and was told it would take 5 to 15 days to get it. It's been over 20 days and I have yet to have received it and I sent 2 emails and got the same message back. I also tried calling and got a message saying they will call us back. It was an automated message.

      Unethical to say the least. No response via email or phone. Ordered two items 11/11/22; paid for both; received one. Phone calls and emails go unanswered except for a canned response, "We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders. We will email you as soon as we can we are trying ton get to all emails as fast as we can." Unacceptable. They continue to advertise on ********* I've commented on ******** as well, with no response from VO Metal Center. They don't deserve one star, but unfortunately, you have to select at least one.

      Ordered on 11/30, guaranteed before Xmas, charged to credit card same day, have not received shipping information. Called several times, straight to voice-mail, no return call, several emails with response of understaffed. This place needs to be shut down, false advertising.

      I would t even give it a 1. Ordered my product instantly money was taken from my card. Tried to reach out numerous times via email and their ******** page and I get a generic message that is misspelled saying they are low on staff. Im getting no direction on where or when Ill get my order. This is a complete scam and now Im out $100.

      I made an order on November 11, 2022 and paid (4) installment payments via shoppay of $45.25. I was guaranteed items before Christmas. I have not received the items that i paid for. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails with no response. I cannot believe the *************** of Secretary would allow a company that defrauds honest customers to do business in their state. This company is receiving payments and not delivering the items ordered.

      The only communication received from this company is a Blanket Reply stating they are lie staffed. They should have planned ahead and also notified their customers they would not receive their order by Christmas. They certainly had no problem in charging my credit card the moment I placed my order. I will be contacting my credit card company today!! I DO NOT recommend ordering from VO Metal

      Can not reach anyone after several emails and after they take money out of my bank account. After further investagation, I am by far the only customer who has been taken by this so called business. The address on their site is a ***** store.

      VO Metal Center is advertising all over Instagram. Submitted an order through a very professionally designed website. Received an email confirming my order was received and they were quick to charge my credit card. Im getting no response through email on my request for a shipping timeline. I called and it goes straight to a voicemail which does not suggest it is a professional organization. Many others have posted about similar complaints on their Instagram ads. I have sent an email to them cancelling my order and put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. Please expose these thiefs so they dont continue to operate this scam business.

      I ordered a Nativity on 11/25. My credit card was charged the same day. I got an email that the order was confirmed. As of today, December 12th, I have not gotten an email showing it has shipped. I have called and it goes directly to voicemail then get a text message stating that they are understaffed. I emailed several times with no response. Do not order from this company, they are not reliable!! So sad that they advertise to sell Nativity sets then take the customer's money and do not send the product!!I would give them no stars, but that is not an option!
