      I have successfully scheduled and taken exams with Pearson before. This time however, I scheduled to take an online proctored exam 2 months or so in advance. During that time I moved to a new state and proceeded to update my driver's license, which I planned to use as my approved ID. I was given a paper copy of my new driver's license at my new state's DMV, and they punched a hole in my old ID meaning I could no longer use it. "No big deal, this paper copy is a valid state ID", I thought. I soon found out that Pearson does not agree. My exam was two days away and on a paranoid hunch I decided to call Pearson's customer ********************** to make sure. I explained my concern in showing the ******* a paper ID (which is a valid state ID). They told me that it would not be a valid ID for taking my test, and that if I wanted to reschedule I would need to pay the $50 fee. I tried to remain calm on the phone as I believe that we won't get anywhere with yelling and name calling, however I was very frustrated that they would force me to pay this fee when in reality, they are not accepting a valid ID that they advertise to typically accept. I spoke to two different people who both insisted that this issue was my problem. They both spoke very quickly and with a heavy accent so I had to ask them to repeat things which may have attributed to their frustration with me. I spent 45 mins on the phone in total, they were nice with their words but their tone was irritated and accusatory. All I ask is that if the policy rejects paper copies of a driver's license from your state's DMV, that they be upfront about that in their guide so that people can prepare! Now I am out another $50, behind on schedule, and all for something that seems very unreasonable to me. Pearson doesn't have a reason to care about those who use their products because the money doesn't lie with the students or test takers, it lies in contracting with schools and licensing boards and monopolizing those spaces!

      Lack of explanations, lazy teaching, complicated questions with examples hard to understand, bad teacher. My teacher made a mistake making us use this product for online learning

      SHUT THIS SERVICE DOWN, IMMEDIATELY!!! THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION NEED TO INVESTIGATE OR THEY MAY HAVE THEIR HANDS IN THE *** ASWELL. I DON'T KNOW WHERE AND HOW TO BEGAN. GED PEARSON VUE ARE MONEY HUNGRY, DOESN'T CARE AND ARE IN IT TO ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY PREY ON THE UNEDUCATED, EVERYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I'VE RESEARCHED THEM SO MUCH AND EVERYTHIS IS POLISHED AND MADE UP. I'VE TAKEN THIS TEST ABOUT 30 TIMES!!!! I AM NOT SLOW AT ALL. EVERYTIME I'VE TAKEN THIS TEST I'VE FAILED!!! THEIR SYSTEM IS RIGGED UP SO GOOD TO WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM ALMOST $1,200 TO PASS THE ENTIRE ***** FOURTUNATLLY, I'VE PASSED 2 PORTIONS AND WAS 1 AND 2 POINTS AWAY FROM PASSING! I'VE PAID MONIES OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR STUDY MATERIALS AND TO NO AVAIL!!. THE $100 THAT'S PAID FOR A COACH IS A LIE!!! THEY HIDE BEHIND THE ***** ***, DON'T ANSWER CALLS, AND PUT ON A SHOW LIKE THEY REALLY CARE. PEARSON VUE I HOPE OTHERS COME FORWARD AND TAKE YOU DOWN. YOU HAVE TAKEN PEOPLE'S MONEY AND STILL FINDING REASONS TO MAKE THE TEST EVEN HARDER. THERES AND ARTICLE OUT THERE, THAT SOMEONE WHO HAS A PH.D AND STATED HE FAILED THE ***** THIS IS BULL**** IF YOU'RE ASKING ME. JUST A WEEK AGO I MISSED IT BY 2 STINKING POINTS. I KNOW FOR A FACT I PASSED THAT TEST AND THAT ARGUMENT ESSAY IS A JOKE!!!! I MEAN THAT WITH A PASSION. I CALLED AND ASKED CAN I GET A LIVE PERSON TO REGRADE IT. SHE SAID WE CAN DO THAT BUT, I CAN BE SURE YOUR GRADE WILL NOT CHAGE DUE TO IT'S AI THAT GRADES THE TEST AND YOU NEED TO PAY $50!? MIND BLOWN? IT'S AMAZING HOW THEY TO BE A NON PROFIT! MY PERSONAL COACH IS ON A LOA FROM PEARSON, I WONDER WHY. I HOPE THE *************, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND OTHER PLACES INVESTIGATE THESE PEOPLE. FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE CHECK THE SCORES, SEE THE WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. PERSON VUE I HOPE YOU GIVE EVERYONE'S MONEY BACK AND TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE THESE FAKE TESTIMONIES, KNOCK IT OFF!!!!! THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS AND IT'S WRONG. SOMEONE STOP THEM.

      It's such a terrible template. horrible way to do assignments and the courses literally disappear from your account. I have to keep wasting time calling them to get them to put them back on. its such a hassle. they're so bad and i honestly hope they go bankrupt. the **** center is awful and all they do is go around in circles and not fix the problem. It's such an awful teaching method. I wish I could rate this Zero stars. One is way too much for this dog s*** site.

      I hateeeeeee Pearson. I hate this Business Stats class with a passion. I am seeking an undergraduate degree and the learning material for this class is a Doctrine Degree level. Its 25 questions for the homework but it could have ***** problems to work out per problem: For example: Question 1 will have problem a, problem b, all the way to problem f. This is c*** and its wack. My professor doesn't want to teach the class and ********* get aggravated while tutoring me about this class. Worst experience ever! I hate Pearson more than I hate ******* self check out when I have $200-300 worth of items to check out. I hate , hate , hate, hate , hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate PEARSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Straight garbage.

      I would give them 0 if I could. On my fourth test taken with PearsonVue, I was suddenly told my valid form of ID was no longer acceptable. I was given no explanation as to why. The ******* was rude and hurried to get me off of the phone without offering to help resolve the situation in any way. I then contacted their customer ********************** and spoke with a manager that also refused to help and could not give me any details reason why my valid ID used on 3 separate PearsonVue tests was suddenly unacceptable. The manager escalated the problem by asking me to send a picture of the same ID that they have on file, which I sent to the email provided by the manager. I just received an email saying that my ID was not acceptable or invalid, which is untrue. At no point thruout this process has anyone been able to give me a reason as to why my ID was acceptable and approved for 3 separate Pearson Vue exams, but suddenly wasnt for my 4th and most recent attempt. They then told me that I would have to pay again. Failure in every part of this company to respect the customer/test taker.

      Horrible time trying to take a Comptia test using this buggy 3rd party software. I was kicked out of a 500$ test due to their "system requirements" saying my internet is too slow -- measuring it about 3 mbps on their software I opened a browser and my current internet speed 890 MBPS .... not **** not even close When I called I was cussed out by a lady who didn't really speak English that well and redirected to their website and told to talk to a chat bot.

      Not sure if this is he correct Pearson, as they have so many divisions, it makes it hard to file a complaint. This is regarding the division that handles college text book. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience. They have the worst customer ********************** and don't care that they're going to make it impossible for you to complete the class you've paid thousands of dollars for. They sell ebooks that are "on back order", but won't tell you that until you've paid several hundred dollars. I'll be able to get my electronic books in 2 months if I am lucky. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If the class you're going to take requires Pearson books, find a different one.

      i was taking my exam earlier at home and the exam monitor ended my exam unexpectedly stating that I have left the web cam view. I only left the web cam view when I was using the bathroom during my 10 mins break. And I also asked the Pearson exam staff for approval before doing so. This is completely unacceptable

      I tried to take a test using their online *******, I joined at the appointed time, on time, passed their system check with no issues, but the ******* was unable to release the test with no apparent reason why. He asked me to close the ******* application (I suspect so that he didn't have to deal with the problem) which then threw me to the back of the queue. It ended up taking nearly an hour past my appointed test time to actually start my 2 and a half hour test. Very dissatisfied with their service.
