      The fact this company exists in the realm of education is disgusting. They are awful and only care about making money. I was meant to take our **** for my graduate program in Mental Health Counseling, and their system didn't even work FOR THREE YEARS NOW. Then, the process to get refunded for ta test that doesn't work is essentially 25 minutes on the phone, repeating myself about how their system doesn't work and fighting to get my money back. Pearson is a gross company that should be regulated to the ground. If I could give a zero star, I would.

      Program is easy to navigate. However, their customer ********************** is awful. They don't care about the customer at all, all they care about is money. I do not recommend!!!

My name is ****, how may I assist you today?Me-I have an exam tomorrow and I am running a system test right now. I continue to fail the system test. The test text states, "the issues below could prevent exam launch"Rep-I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I will be very happy to assist you.Me-Please close the following applications and then select the retest button.Rep-Could you please confirm me your program name or exam name?Me-OPGEN-Health02- ** Accident and Health Producer General English ********* you for your confirmation. Please do not worry about it. I would request you to contact us on your scheduled exam time. We would be happy to assist you as we provide the real time assistance. I am really sorry for your experience.Me-Can you guarantee that I will be able to take the test?Rep-I am really sorry from my end as I could not be able to guarantee. I would request you to contact us on your scheduled exam time. We would be happy to assist you as we provide the real time assistance. We are here 24*7 available for you.Me-I just want to make sure I understand. You are aware that I am telling you I am failing the system test for my test tomorrow morning at 8AM. I am attempting to rectify the error so that I can pass the system test , which is highly recommended by Pearson Vue. In response, you are telling me that you cannot help me until the actual time of the test, and you cannot gaurantee that I will be able to take the test? Rep-I am so sorry for that. I would suggest you contact on real time if you face same issue on your exam time. We will assist you with best possible resolution on real time.This is a scam. Someone should file a class action lawsuit. 1 out 5 stars with 121 reviews. How is this company in business?

      As other state, the proctors are useless. They don't speak English well, they just throw you back in queue over and over because they cannot communicate properly. Don't use Pearson OnVue.

      less than zero stars! Their test would not load when i tried to take it remotely and i kept hitting the help button but no one would help. one lady said she was restarting it but it never started. i sat for two hours and when that had passed, they asked if i had finished the exam. i said it never loaded. but then they said they saw me exit the room, which i did because i had to go to the bathroom badly due to nerves. The company is a scam and its clear the ******** are in foreign countries.

      The jerkoff who was proctoring my test terminated it at the last question. These people just do whatever they want and there are no repercussions. I'm out $400 because the slave labor they hire can't speak English and get mad at you when you can't understand them. This is the WORST company ever! Do an in-person *******, these people will S**** you over!

      ZERO STARS SCAM. This company is pure garbage. Two times I've had issues with these ********. They will just terminate your test at the last question and take your money. The customer ********************** is laughable. It's frustrating dealing with people who can't even speak English, yet get mad at you for not understanding them. Every ******* is different with different requirements. It's like they just make up problems to get more money out of you. I've filed a complaint with this trash company, and I doubt I'll get any resolution from it. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use them, but I'll try in-person testing from now on. I still want my money back!!!

      I AM VERY UPSET I WAS CHARGED FOR AN EXAM I WAS NOT ABLE to take, and they blocked my account. Ive been calling and they been hanging up and they act as if English language is not one that they are fluent with. I gave them my card information on 3/20 and today and my account is still block. Im not able to take my exam and between them and national board of nursing I can not get real results. They hung up on me so much, *** consumed much of my days trying to resolve this and im stressed out.
