      I placed an order spent $309 on graduation package but unfortunately my kid was hospitalized for 6 weeks and didnt graduate. So I returned the items 5/27. Here we are 6/21 and I still havent received my refund. So I call them and they tell me my refund was denied with no explanation why and no-one let me know it was denied. A simple phone call or email would have been nice instead of me just sitting here waiting for my money and never receiving it. Now the refund request has to be resubmitted and I was told it could be denied again or if approved will take 7- 10 days to be refunded to my account. Do not recommend using this company horrible customer service. Wont be using their services again.

      Do not buy from Jostens!You can find other places that can better assist you than them. All they want is your ******** son's Letterman jacket got lost in the mail or stolen off porch. It says it was delivered. It was not there nor returned to the the post office. It is gone/lost. I emailed the company multiple times and just get the run around. they say they will replace if it cant be found in the post. jostons 100% doesn'care, they won't do anything except take my money and give me the run around. I ordered this jacket back in January February. It was supposed to have been delivered in March. I message about it, what's told it was delivered when it wasn't. They said they would not replace the jacket or refund. The money, when I explained what happened later on, they said that they would investigate and try to locate the package, and if it's not found they would replace the jacket. I haven't heard from them since it is now June and I have nothing. My son earned that jacket. I was beyond proud that he turned his whole life around and he honored in the j. RO Tc program and honored in a couple other classes. At 1 point my son's life was failing. He lost his father. Our family disowned us, and yet he stayed strong and instead of failing now to school, he chose the right path. And worked hard and then joined the air force what she left for yesterday and he has no Letterman jacket, and he has nothing and I call them and all they do is make excuses and lie. My son's class ring that I bought him broke. And the Stone came loose, and I refuse to send it back to them because I feel like they will never give it back. It will be lost and they won't care. They're not touching the ring. I'm gonna send it to a jeweler to get fixed. Because *********** is so rotten, an unhelpful, and they don't care. My son is off. To serve our country to protect all of us and a simple letterman jacket cant be replaced for him. I begged and begged for help and get 0 back.

      I ordered my cap, gown, and tassel from this company before their suggested deadline so that it would arrive in time. I placed my order almost two months prior to my graduation date. Everything did arrive on time but what I did not realize is that they sent me the wrong hood. The colors were supposed to be sage green, cardinal (red), and white. The hood they sent me was teal, blue, and gold. Nowhere close to the hood I was supposed to receive. There was no time for me to try to contact the company and have them send a new one; I received my order about one week prior to graduation. I ended up walking without my hood and was the only person at my graduation to have the wrong hood/no hood. This was for my master's degree and it was supposed to be a special moment. I got no pictures at my graduation because I was so upset and did not join my classmates for pictures as I was the only one who didn't match. I call the customer service as soon as I can only to find out that they ran out of material for the hood and sent me a random one just so I can have a hood to wear. They never notified me, still charged me full price for everything, etc. Jostens ruined my graduation and the best they could do was 50% discount and are going to send me the correct hood- it should arrive in late July-August, almost three months after my graduation. Completely unacceptable!

      I ordered custom sweater for my school in March. I also sat on the phone longer because the person needed me to ***eat my address multiple times. After the service *** ***eated my address I was told I should receive my order in late April. I called regarding my order and they said they shipped it to me. They recited an address I NEVER provided them, to which my order was sent to the wrong address. I called multiple times for a refund and they kept asking me for my address to investigate. Ive been demanding a ************* never submitted it. Taking this to small claims court.

      Zero stars. We ordered cap and gown sets for our three seniors in October. They were delivered to the school about a month ago and all three of our orders were wrong. All three of our kids were given 5'1" - 5'3" gowns. Two of them were supposed to be 5'7" - 5'9" and the third was 6'1" - 6'3". Instead of fixing the problem right away, we were told that there would be correct sizes delivered at their first required rehearsal. They sent one of my kids home with another incorrect size, giving him 5'10" - 6'0" and I haven't heard back from the other two yet, but I'm not feeling optimistic. I have sent yet another email to them requesting that they give me the order I paid for. This is absolutely wild that we were forced to purchase these cheap, polyester nightgowns in the first place - because rentals used to be an option. Then they had months to get these orders ready and delivered, but instead, here we are a week away from graduation and we still don't have the correct items. I want what I paid for.

      On February 5, 2025, I ordered a doctoral cap, gown, and diploma frame from Jostens. While I received the cap and gown, the diploma frame never arrived. On February 20, I got an email saying my order was shipped, but it only included the cap and gown. By March 19, I still had no frame, so I called Jostens. I was told the frame had not shipped and that it would be rushed within a week. Weeks later, still no frame. I called again and was told it hadnt shipped. With graduation approaching, I requested a refund since it still hadnt shipped. I was told to expect an email confirming the refund within 24 hours. No email came. I called again and was told the previous *** was a trainee and misinformed me. This *** said Id get a phone call, not an email. That never came either. I called again and was told the refund was delayed due to the weekend and would be processed Monday and confirmed Tuesday. Instead of a refund, I received the frame after Id requested cancellation. I called again, requested a return label, and was promised an email. I received a label but had to pay $2.50 at *** to print it, even though I shouldnt have had to pay anything. I requested the $2.50 be added to my refund and was told Id receive a confirmation email in 30 minutes. It never came. After more calls, I was told my refund had been rejected by my institution due to card issues; this was never communicated before. The *** said they needed a tracking number to process the refund, though I had asked for one before it shipped. I asked to speak with a supervisor. After 10+ more minutes, I was finally transferred. The supervisor said my card had been declined 3 times and that my bank had rejected it but my bank confirmed they dont reject refunds. I never received the proof I was promised. I just want my money back. I waited over a month, was ***eatedly misled, and this company keeps giving me the runaround. I want a full refund and to be treated with honesty and respect.

      I placed an order on October *******. I ordered invitations, personalized name cards, cap/gown, and year book. Emailed at the beginning of April 2025. Response from Jostens was your order will be at the school within 2 weeks. Beginning of May sent another email stating have not received anything. Response from Jostens was that items will be delivered to school by early in the week of May 5th. On May 8th received the invitations but nothing else. Tried to call, left messages to the sales **** No call back or response. Send emails several times only to get an automatic reply of thank you for your patience. I said I needed the name cards before sending out invitations. Responded with name cards will be at the school on Monday the 12th. Received the cards on the 13th. No time to mail invitations out. So I stated I wanted a refund. No response.

      ******** customer service! Ordered a cap and gown package recently that was to include a gown with university insignia, a cap, a tassel, and a university stole. The university stole was not in the package that came, and the stole was plain with no insignia on it. Cannot reach Jostens customer service at all for past 3 days via phone, the holding time goes on forever and ever with no answer! I want to return the entire botched shipment they sent us for a full refund ASAP but they have no online return service available. Am trying to contact them via email. The package set cost a $113.03, but *** had to repurchase it all at the student bookstore in order to get the correct items I had ordered. When you are planning to graduate and need the regalia, I would caution you about buying from this business directly!

      I spent $278 on graduation announcements, thank you cards and inserts in January and as of May 5th, items have still not been received. Calls go unanswered by Jostens. *** replies to emails with no definitive answers, they just keep telling us they will arrive in a few weeks due to a "printing delay." We are now being told they will arrive on May 9th, which gives us five business days to mail out and be received to families and friends. They are refusing to take accountability and will not provide refunds for items not able to serve their intended purposes. This company needs to be shut down! Several schools experiencing the same issues across the country. They are collecting money and NOT PROVIDING PRODUCTS!!! They are stealing our money are not to be trusted! If i could give zero stars I would. DO NOT buy from them!

      I ordered their package for graduating senior that was to include cap, gown, tassels and invitations on January 12, 2025. Their site stated 10 day delivery. It is now 4/3/2025 and I have still not received the invitations and most of the gear. The only things I had received were the tassels and the school gave him his cap and gown last Thursday. I had spoken to the local representative many times in the past 2 months and he promised the invitations would be here no later than March 31st. Two weeks ago he even told me he would be delivering the invitations in person to the school on Thursday of last week. Now after not delivering the invitations he refuses to respond to emails, calls, and texts. I call the 877 number and it immediately reroutes me to the local guys cell phone which he then ignores my calls. This business is a scam and fraudulant and then once they get your money they don't care and they don't give you any way to check status of your orders or contact someone to escalate your issues. I warn everyone against this business. They don't even deserve 1 star.If they don't get me my order soon I will be filing a civil lawsuit against them. Invitations should have been delivered months ago. This is ridiculous.*** *.
