      ******** IS OBVIOUSLY A *************** IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT ANYONE AS ALL CONTACT INFO IS FAKE. AUTOMATED SYSTEM DISCONNECTS QUICKLY. SO-CALLED * SCHOOL REPS * DO NOT EXIST. HAD ATTEMPTED MULTILPLE CONTACT MEANS ABOUT ORDERING A REPLACEMENT HIGH SCHOOL RING TO NO AVAIL. I BELIEVE IF I ORDERED DIRECT FROM ******** WEBSITE I WILL GET SCAMMED & NEVER RECEIVE THE RING , IF A MIRACLE OCCURS & DOES ARRIVE WITHIN 4 MONTHS MINUMUM, MAY BE OF POOR QUALITY. THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE ZERO STARS

      They are a joke I paid almost 400 for a class ring. Promised delivery in October. Still no ring called and verified my address 3 times and now apparently they shipped it out to the wrong address and Im out money and a ring. Go to a different place do NOT use them.

      I waited 3 months for shipping on a $300+ order that was to arrive in 2 weeks. They changed shipping everytime! When it finally arrived, it was garbage material, and goods! My child was heartbroken. They did not place the school logo where it was meant to be. Nobody would contact me back, and 2 weeks before shipping there information just kept giving me and error to contact them. I had to contact the school. I feel terrible for even entertaining this review, and knowing how many more kids are receiving such disappointing merchandise from such a low level company. They never emailed, or called me back. The school is now hiding their tails between their legs, so they are next for making me order her GRADUATION CAP GOWN AND LETTERMAN SPORT JACKET! I want a refund.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a lettermans jacket for my daughter on 11/19/24. Throughout the ordering process, there was no indication of how long the order would take to process. My total cost to order the jacket came to $457.49. After receiving a confirmation the order was received, I had no additional communication from the company. I called on 12/4 for a status update for potential delivery and had to leave a message during normal business hours for a return call. I received a call back from the business with a garbled message in the MIDDLE OF THE ***** telling me the jacket order would not ship until late January/early February. I called back the next day during normal business hours and was told I needed to order the jacket by 11/6/24 if I wanted it sooner, however, it was never communicated during my ordering process or in any location on the website. Furthermore, I questioned this and why I was contacted in the middle of the night--not during normal business hours. I requested a Supervisor and he took over the call. He told me on our high school website the information about 8-12 weeks for delivery is embedded under the *** section. THIS IS A SEPARATE SITE FROM JOSTENS and not in any area of the actual ordering/design location for the jacket. This is unacceptable and bad business. Jostens has been around for a very long time, but their business practices have become very unethical with sleazy approaches by charging outrageous amounts of money for high school athletes apparel, then taking 3 or more months to deliver products with no accountability or indication the products will be that delayed. Just disgraceful and a scam all around!

      Jostens uses very shady practices to make it quite challenging to purchase the (very overpriced / shoddy quality) items required for graduation. You are forced to navigate through pages of confusing efforts to upsell you on stuff you dont need before you can view the item you are trying to purchase, then you are presented with with several more upsells before you can put the item in your cart and check ****** SCHOOL SHOULD FORCE EVERY GRADUATING FAMILY TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH SUCH SHADY SALES PRACTICES.The items we are required to purchase for graduation cost 100% more than similar items from a more reputable company.Even the shipping and handling fee of $6 is kind of a scam. They dont ship a package directly to your house, they ship everything to the school and let them sort it out. Thats $530 to ship a few large boxes via ground shipping.

      So far, so bad. I have never worked with a ***** at a business before where they corner you into these graduation packages and then get scammed. Upon check out, I only needed very few graduation announcements and got the ones with the package. It said for a limited time, add photo insert for the graduation party for a 1/3rd of the price, which is what I wanted to send to most anyway. Excitedly I added to my cart and checked out. 24 hours later I noticed that they added more announcement for more $. When I brought it to the ***** attention they said "that's what you ordered so that's what you're getting." I told them that is NOT what I ordered and I want to get the photo cards instead. She replied that she can't change the order and it's too late and out for print. Really? I ordered in Oct and graduation is in May and they're out to print? Icing on the cake, I am a single mom and this is a huge expense for me. I tried to tell her it's only been 24 hours but she wouldn't hear of it. Someone tell me how this business has 1 out of 5 star average reviews with a BBB rating of A+?

      Our school district opted to use Jostens for school pictures and yearbooks. The prices are inflated for the poor quality. We had 2 very close up poses to choose from with only a slight difference in our student's smile. Ordered one pose that had to be cropped in closer yet for an 8x10 - the order cost over $35 after all the fees - why do they need to collect more fees on top of the excessive cost??? I would caution against using this company and have voiced my concerns to our school district as well.
