      I sent an email with an order form for my son's class ring on 11/30/2021, to the email address on the order form. I sent a couple of follow-up emails when I received no response. I called several months later and when I finally got through, I was very rudely told that I never ordered the ring. I confirmed that the email I used was correct, and was offered no apology, nothing. TERRIBLE customer service. We'll be looking elsewhere to spend our $500.

      I ordered school pictures and never got them my credit card was charged and no one will answer my phone call.... I held the phone for 55 minutes on hold and no one will take my phone call but they sure took my money

      We ordered my daughters college class ring on April 13th and was told it would be 3-5 weeks. Now the ring is not to be sent until the 3rd or 4th week of August. JOSTENS has had our $700 and the cc company is charging interest for something we dont have. I called **************** AGAIN this morning and asked for a supervisor and was told I would be called back. I just ask for consideration monies for the interest and inconvenience. They are Pathetic!

      Hello,To whom it may concern. I ordered a cap and gown and tassel for my son's high school graduation on 05/26/2022 for his graduation on 06/16/2022. I only received the tassel two days before graduation on 06/14/2022 and I never received the cap and gown. I refused the shipment and I contacted Jostens on 06/14 via phone and left a vm. No one never returned my call so I sent an email alerting them I never received the cap and gown for graduation and had to purchase another one.Last email I received from Jostens on 06/15/2022 is to send the tassel back when I never accepted the tassel, I refused the shipment. I asked for a refund and have not heard anything back from them. If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware of ordering with this company as they have bad business practices.I sent them another email on 06/17 advising the tassel was sent back as I refused the shipment. 06/28 I sent another message advising them the shipment was refused as they never sent the entire merchandise I purchased. I have yet to hear back from anyone until 07/08 that the school representative would follow-up. Then I received an email that the **** disposed of the tassel. They have poor communication and have yet to refund me for a product I paid for and did not receive. Graduation is a milestone and for them not to send the most important piece such as a ********** and have no remorse about the situation is absurd.

      They sent my grandson yearbook to the wrong school and I had to buy another from the school after school was out...I've called 4 times in 3 months trying to get a refund. They admitted it was their fault but are refusing a refund..they want their money on time when you order but will refuse your refund.

      Ordered a $400+ ring. Received in April. Now it is July and the stone has already fallen out. I am told that I have to pay for insured postage to send it to Texas for repair and have to include a check for return shipping. I am skeptical about whether they will ever even send it back.
