      DO NOT RECOMMEND! This company is horrible. Over priced and horrible customer service I'm so glad my last child is about out of school. I do not have to deal with there place ever again. I do not recommend. If you can find a way of doing things cheaper and all do it. But they threaten me saying my child would not graduate if she did not receive the cap and gown through them they would notify the school well I hate to tell you I found the exact same cap and gown same material exactly the same color for 25 dollars cheaper!! And the lady argued with me. There are cheaper ways of doing things.

      you cannot track orders! you can call but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AND YOU CAN EMAIL AND NO ONE ANSWERS!USE BALFOUR!!! THEY AT LEAST KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE!I ORDERED A LETTERMAN 10/28/22- THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE HERE WELL BEFORE CHRISTMAS! STILL NOT HERE AND IT IS 12/22/22! NO ONE WILL ASSIST E OR AT LEAST LET ME KNOW ITS ON THE WAY OR AN ETA OF WHEN IT COULD ARRIVE

      I ordered a cap and gown for my son for H.S. graduation. At the checkouts, they included $18.24 on an $83 purchase. That's 22% price increase. They claim the extra charge to help operate Jostens platform. Total ripoff!It's like an airline charging you $200 for the trip and when you are checking out, they charge you an extra $50 for transaction fee.

      **************** is absolutely abysmal.1. Under promise and over deliver 2. Send update on orders as they are going through chain of custody.3. Christmas Delay- Maybe a document stating that your normal lead time is 6 and that is why you made it 8.4. "we are not Amazon" - maybe you should try harder to be at least similar to online retailers if you are going to require an online form. Your online presence looks like something from ******. Saying a customer is combative, argumentative, circular, or prejudiced, is not something a customer should hear after dropping $400 on a coat.6. You have resellers, they are not your employees - this should be clear.7. Don't give out estimates if you are not going to be close to that date.8. Invoices and Order Forms do not look like they came from a "multi-million" dollar company - Invoices and online quotes should include T&C and lead times. Invoices transferred from the "online portal" had incorrect and missing info.9. Log calls, have a history to look back on and read to the ***********. Provide a way to ship directly to the customer.The service you provide does not even deserve one star.

      Worst customer service I have ever seen. Paid for a class ring in full ($600) on Sept. 1st; that was over 2 months ago. I received nothing and they dont respond to any type of communication. At this point I am convinced that it is a fraudulent outfit and I have been scammed. Do NOT do business with these scammers ??

      They are the worst. They didnt show up to our school picture day. They rescheduled and have not released the pictures and told our whole school we need to do retakes. Not to mention they are the worst pictures we have ever had taken.

      If I could give this company an even worse review I would. This company tricked my kid into paying a $100 dollar deposit on a $600 class ring like he can afford to pay the rest. By telling him in order to get a ring he needed to order from their company by that days deadline. Of course my kid had no idea, he could order any time from any company he wants. When I caught wind of this, I called the company (horrible customer service btw) they advised me there was a $100 cancellation fee so he couldn't get his money back. Plus based on the other ratings on this company I would steer clear of it altogether. I wish schools wouldn't allow this company to visit with students at all. My kid earns money from cutting grass and imagine my annoyance when I found out he used his little money to be hoaxed. Shameful.

      They lie about sending emails and flyers. My daughter just enrolled into a new school but last month they supposedly mailed me a flyer about her cap and gown. Must be able to forsee the future and now where we moved before it happened. Now they are saying can't order her cap and gown

      I have been emailing and calling regarding a missing yearbook since May 2022. It's now October and they have stopped even responding to my messages. They have made ZERO effort to correct the mistake or even refund the purchase price.

      Ordered a class year book off the website and they say it was delivered to my daughters school. Not only do we not have a year book but our bank account was hacked for ********* the next day after this online purchase!!
