He was super cool to talk to very knowledgeable, and a very excellent representation of how people should be on customer service phone lines in terms of the company guns.com is amazing.   Beautiful People at Guns.com. I have been an avid, use only Gunbroker Buyer/Seller for 10 years (never had a problem there). I google searched my particular pistol of choice and Guns.com weee the only one to have it, used, but immediately available (it is a hard Item to get). Cheaper than Used Suggested Selling Price, skeptical, however ordered anyways (can’t find Item, remember). Wow, Guns.com did everything. I paid CC, gave FFL Name, and that’s all I did ! Two days later !! No sh*t, pistol is in my hands, and it is better, than advertised. It is AWESOME, so awesome. They called my FFL, did the interim work (instead of me), and an few hours later, Shipping Label Created, in possession of delivery service. I can't work that fast, and I’’m a go getter. These people “move”, at least for me … obviously YYMV.
  I am “extremely” pleased with my transaction with Guns.com, and tell you what, I’ll check for my next WishGun on here before Gunbroker, and as stated in beginning, they “were” my go to for 10 years ! Guns.com rocks !!
  This is my First Impression, and like they say, better make your first impression good, and they “surpassed” that, hands down. Looking forward to doing business with Guns.com in the future.

  Overall, the buying process was very easy. Customer service is very responsive. Their are two areas that could be improved. It would be nice to know the actual sellers of the items, so good ones could receive repeat business (or be avoided in the future). Also, responses to offers aren't always very prompt.

  I also purchased a firearm that was clearly used when it arrived despite the website claiming that it was new. They weren’t willing to do anything to help me besides accusing me of testing it! Don’t trust them.

  Hi ****** - Very minor wear marks from basic function testing and test firing at the manufacturer can happen and does not change a firearm's new condition.   I bought a "new" handgun and waited about a week to receive it. It came in and was heavily used, to the point where I wouldn't want to fire it.
  There was rust in the barrel, a heavy yellow ring around the firing pin, the iron sight screws were stripped and the magazines were all discolored.
  I can't believe I was ripped off so bad. They said they'd refund me.. but I'd have to pay for the shipping and I wouldn't get reimbursed for the transfer fee.. yikes

  I had no problems what so ever with guns.com the ordering process was simple shipping was fast my order came within 5 days they were very communicative they informed me with an order conformation they let me know when my order was being fulfilled they let me know when it shipped and let me know when it was delivered and they gave me information I needed to know before I went to pick it up at an ffl dealer and my order was as described I got what I paid for I'm very pleased with the whole process I would order from them again
