I received the fastest service and high-quality handling. I received my gun in one day, which I thought was amazing. They arranged all the details with my FFL and the transaction was flawless. It was the first time I used them. Their website is very well done with explanations of all their procedures and guarantees. You had better like what you bought !!!
Good stock and quick delivery - 5 STAR
BUT, if you have an issue EVEN if you have not taken possession- the FFL still has it - they will demand $30 shipping AND a 15% restocking fee.
No wiggle room, NO customer support !
My case.
I bought a Browning X-Bolt and a Springfield 2020 .22 Classic in AAA walnut.
The Browning is great.
The wood on the Springfield 2020 would barely make AA and the FFL gun shop agreed. I called to return it and have it replaced before taking possession. After a 55min wait on hold I was told to take it up w Springfield or return it w shipping fee AND a restocking fee !!
Bad business model and VERY POOR service in my opinion.
I WILL NOT use Guns.com again if they are the only dealer to have what I want.Guns.com LLC

This site is legalized theft when it comes to the “offers” they give you for your firearms. Will offer you 50% or less of your guns value and then ghost you if you contact them!

I bought a pistol and had it shipped to Academy. I paid for shipping and firehand handling with Guns.com. When I went to pick it up at Academy I was asked to pay another handling fee of 100.00. GUNS.COM NEVER said anything to me about having to pay anything else. There was NOTHING written either. That is so wrong. They knew I wouldn't have bought it if I would have known. We state "Transfer Fees are charged by local FFL gun stores to receive a gun on behalf of an individual, as well as perform any background checks and file the required paperwork. And absolutely fantastic experience, professional, had my gun in stock, shipping was instantaneous, and my FFL was prepared for the shipment!
This was my first experience with GUNS.COM, and I was somewhat skeptical with online ordering based on a few bad experiences. But this one went off without a hitch. I called first to confirm this VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND handgun was in stock and if it would be shipped right away (considering we have a 10 day wait in California). I purchased the gun online at about 10pm and by 10am it had been pulled, packaged and shipped via UPS 2-day air. WOW!
My FFL had been alerted about the delivery and was prepared to receive it. Wait time from payment to completing the California screening paperwork was less than 4 days!
Their service was also quite good! E-mails were returned very promptly and the information I was given was concise and to the point - no PC!
I will look to GUNS.COM from this point on for my gun purchases and I highly recommend you look to them as well!Guns.com LLC

First time user of Guns.com
I was looking for an 8in Galil ACE pistol with brace and one popped up on their site.
I thought the price the same or better than some I'd seen elsewhere. I liked the look of the website and my preferred FFL was on there as well.
I ordered it on 11/21/2023 and it arrived on 11/24/2023.
The seller included the folding attached gas tube (Brace) but forgot the "stock". Most Braces removed prior to shipment to avoid it being classified a SBR until the latest Brace ruling.
A quick email to Guns.com and they got back with me, contacted the seller, and it was on its way to me.

Guns.com is a hot mess. I should have known better after reading the online reviews, but they had the 1 pistol I was looking for. Gun arrived wrapped in a piece of brown paper in a box to my FFL. It came with 1 (non-factory) magazine and the gun was filthy and not cleaned after what looked like 6 months worth of shooting.
And to make it worse, instead of being SS as advertised, it ended up being a mild steel frame and slide with a hard Chrome coating. Definitely not what I thought I was getting.
And it had a prominent IMPORT stamp so it wasn't even a domestic sale.
I asked for a discount on the gun and was denied.
The only redeeming factor was that they offered to take it back (but didn't offer to reimburse my FFL transfer fees).
Never again. There are much better choices out there.Guns.com LLC
