Not my first purchase from Guns.Com, and won't be my last.
Excellent service at highly competitive pricing.
Due to an issue with the original FFL I selected... not attributable to Guns.Com... the item was refused and returned.
Guns.Com immediately took care of matters and, upon receipt/return, redirected the item to another more reliable FFL. They kept me fully appraised of the process and the status of my order, which I have now received.
I highly recommend Guns.Com.

On two separate occasions in the last two weeks, Guns.com has published a price on their Web Site for an item, that immediately increases when you put the item in your shopping cart and attempt to purchase it. This is clearly a "Bait and Switch" tactic meant to draw you into purchasing a product at a lower price and then charging you more when you check-out. I was interested in buying a Shadow Systems MR920. I had asked the seller to lower their price which they accepted. Noticed a fee (outside the normal listed ones) that wasn't listed. They are clearly listing lower prices and then when you attempt to purchase it adding additional fees (not listed in the line items). Buyer beware!Guns.com LLC
