I have Purchase two new handguns from Guns.com one of those arrived heavily used with scratches on the barrel and front sight not shining when dark.when i reached out to them i got a response that they are using local FFL's and sometimes weapons are sent after being used by them or just used.they have no control over the process and there is nothing they can do about it.strongly recommend purchasing firearms from direct shops and not a broker that sells other stores merchandise and don't take responsibility.Guns.com LLC

If you still have questions or concerns about your purchase, give us a call at ************. We're here to help!Review fromAndrew E

Well I purchased two firearms from Guns.com and received them scratched. I called and emailed photos of the damages. I was told firearms come from the manufacture like that sometimes, and was offered two $50.00 promo codes. I really should have received a refund of $100 per gun, but I accepted the deal due to the availability of the firearm. When I tried to by a firearm for $356.99, the stacked fees Guns.com places on firearms, and the fact I could not use both $50 off promo codes, i could not get the firearm price below $331, so I called. My attempt was to purchase a firearm at a simple $100 discounted price and they refused to stack the promo and or give me a store credit to rectify the damages, or to keep me as a customer. Over the years I have done business with many dealers and merchants, and without issue i have had all purchases rectified similarly as requested above. This would not be a business I would purchase from again. Guns.com is both broker and seller of firearms, and seem to be unwilling to address issues to the benefit to the customer. Now ********************** will reply how they are sorry to hear Im frustrated or not satisfied, but Im neither. I didnt need this firearm, it was just a relatively good deal, and a test to see if they would make right the issue of the previous purchase. Major failure. So do not believe they have or will rectify any complaints as stated in many other 1 star reviews.Guns.com LLC

Hi Andrew - We want all of our customers to be thrilled with their experience, and we're sorry you feel we've missed the mark. Since you felt your firearms weren't up to your standard, and didn't want to return them, you asked for $50 credit per firearm. As an invitation back for a better experience, we offered you the two $50 coupons to apply toward future purchases, which you accepted. If you have further questions or need any support with using your two coupons offered, please give us a call. We'd love to help.Review fromBilly B

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Super slow delivery. No feedback. They are one of the read the fine print companies. Sent me a rifle with cosmetic damage to the muzzle. Going to Classic Firearms from here on out.Guns.com LLC

Hi Tim - Sorry to hear you're disappointed with your recent experience and aren't happy with the speed of delivery. You placed your order on October 21st and your rifle shipped UPS Ground and delivered to your selected FFL five days later, on October 26th. Per your email, we understand you're frustrated with your Credova contract. As with any contract, we'd recommend that you read it before signing. In your email to us there was no mention of any damage to your firearm. If you still have concerns about the condition of the firearm you received, please give us a call at 866-582-4867. If you have questions about your Credova contact, please contact Credova directly at 833-273-3682.Review fromDrake E

I recently made an impulse purchase of about a thousand dollars on a used gun, unfortunately, most of that 1k was on the optic itself. I was able to find the rifle for way less (talking around 500 dollars here) at a local dealer. I explained this to ******* over the phone and let me just say that she was awesome. I was so concerned they weren't going to be able to catch the package in time due to the automated system they use but ******* coordinated with the warehouse and was able to get my package stopped, and cleared the charge from my card ASAP.I will forever be grateful for the customer service she gave me, and for that, she gets 5 stars.Guns.com LLC

They won’t let you post a review on their website says it all. Experience felt very shady. I read another review where a customer ordered a gun, but the wrong one was on the receipt and this may have happened to me also. Customer service was; what it was. Was told my only recourse was to fill out their sell my gun. They did not respond in the amount of time promised. The offer was 1/2 the price of the unfired gun that they knew they had just sold me. I ended up replacing from another online vendor for $300.00 less.Guns.com LLC

Hi ****** - We're sorry to hear you're frustrated with your recent experience. We absolutely do allow you to leave a review on our site. We emailed you after your purchase inviting you to leave a review. When we spoke on 10/25, you informed us that you accidentally ordered the wrong caliber firearm and had already transferred and taken possession of the firearm. Our Rangemaster explained since you ordered and transferred a new firearm, it was not able to be returned. This is an industry standard. In an effort to be helpful, our Rangemaster offered some solutions including selling to your local FFL or selling to Guns.com. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.Review fromNicholas J

I could buy a better certified used gun from the street corner downtown.
I purchased a Legion P938 as a certified used gun on their website and it had a critical malfunction upon firing for the first time. I was shooting at the range and on my second magazine, the spring shot through the front of the slide. The guide rod was hanging loose and the slide was locked back. I had to take it to a gunsmith to disassemble and he said he'd never seen anything like it. The spring retaining ring on the front of the slide completely broke off, leaving serrated metal around the outside where the lip used to be. There is now a hole that is too large on end of slide and the spring pushes right though. The gun is inoperable.
After dealing with customer service through emails, phone calls, and then speaking to the manager Pete directly, they basically told me I'm S.O.L. and gave me the typical text book responses, like I was speaking to a robot. I WOULD NOT have written this review had Guns.com been willing to rectify the situation to help me replace the slide or gun but all they suggested was to reach out to Sig Sauer because it was 2 weeks since I transferred the gun from the FFL, they would not do anything to help. An honest business would have realized that it's worth going past your '1 Week Return policy' when it's sold as 'certified used' with a "10 point inspection", blah, blah then the gun blows in half the first time it's used. Unbelievable. I will never use this company again and don't trust their "certified" policy, it's a crock.Guns.com LLC

Sorry to hear ******** has not been thrilled with his recent guns.com experience. While buying a Certified Used does provide peace of mind, with every Certified Used firearm going through a rigorous 10-point inspection by our on-site experts, it is a used firearm. We provide a generous return policy for our Certified Used firearms, with an extended return window of 7 days from time of transfer for mechanical defects for a full refund. Outside of the 7 day window, the firearm isn't eligible for return. More information on our Certified Used inspection checklist can be found on our site here *****************************************************************************;Review fromjim g

I purchased a Rifle from Guns.com and they sent me a totally different gun. When I contacted them they said that would get back with me. Not a word ! It looks like you will need an attorney if you're planing on buying from these guys. I have bought several guns from them over the last few months but suggest you to stay clear !!Guns.com LLC

Accepted my gun paid wrong bank account, willing to do nothing but talk nice. I filled out the offer form online with correct bank info. They dont follow their own protocols. I have done a lot of business with them over the years its sad to see them let a loyal customer go over a few hundred dollars. They have made a lot of money from me I will never use them again and I will make sure no one I know uses them. I have called for nearly a month repeatedly and have sent email. No response to try and correct. I basically feel ripped off and they have attempted to make me feel like this was my problem. At this point its not even about the money its about being ethical doing the right thing.Guns.com LLC

This is my second and last weapon purchased from Guns.com. I was looking at a specific weapon. A Baby Desert Series III in a 45 I was sent emails from them reminding me of looking at it. I decided to purchase the weapon. @10:29 pm when there are closed and fulfillment is not even open I clicked yes and booth the weapon. After getting the confirmation after I noticed they had sent one for a 9mm. I immediately at *****pm sent them a email explaining the wrong weapon was confirmed and this needed to be rectified. I called first thing in the morning before fullfilment opened. Spoke with a very nice person who said she would look into it. I explained I wanted the weapon in a ************************************************************** every other way including price. I called back again at 2:15 pm to check the status because online it says its still waiting to be full filled the representative was nice and courteous.. but eventually came back telling me there was nothing they could do. Literally minutes after ordering it in the middle of the night I reached out, again first thing and then again while the order still said processing and nothing this is a waste of $600.00 and a poor reflection of the commitment Guns.com has to customer satisfactionGuns.com LLC
