    Be careful...I bought a used Fnx45 tactial from Guns.com. The shipping was fast, but that was the only good thing about the experience.Since the pistol was certified, I assumed it would include everything that would come with a new gun, including the grip pieces and, especially, the mounting plates for an optic. When it arrived, the mounting plates were missing. Admitedly, I should have refused to accept the gun at that point, but I did not, relying on the provider, guns.com, to supply the plates.They refused, and I had to order the plates myself, driving up the cost so that it was nearly what a brand-new pistol would have cost me.Date of experience: July 27, 2023

    Ive been waiting on a refund for at least a month or 2 on a hand gun. I wasnt able to pick it up because Im 19 not 21. (Guns.com should have you press if your 21 then if you click no it should ask if your 18 then show only the guns you can buy at 18.)

    Hi ******* - Sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. With every firearm purchase, on the checkout page there is a checkbox that must be checked for the order to process. It states "By checking this box, you verify that you:" and the very first requirement states "are at least 21 years of age." Additionally, I don't see any record of an order under your name or email address. I also don't see any record of you contacting our service team. Any of our ************ would be happy to help though, so give us a call at ************ during our business hours of 7:30am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Hope to hear from you soon.

    they are to give you a counter offer with in 24 hours they never responded an said i never responded they are a joke will never buy off these scam artist again

    Shooting range is booked out two weeks so guns.com didn't warranty one of the four used guns I ordered and i had to have it repaired at my expense. Other than that the other three were good buys

    Hi ************* built a return policy that lets you shop with confidence, allowing 7 calendar days from physical transfer of the Certified Used firearm to return due to mechanical defects. Sorry to hear you had some difficulty with the magazine for your G22 LE Trade-in, and werent able to try it for a few weeks after transferring.     Ordered magazines and paid for the package insurance Never received package and they told me file a claim with the police. Better off to stick with companies that take care of their customers. Have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise with them and for $180 they choose to rip off a good customer.

Our investigation showed your package had been delivered. We've since heard from you, notifying us that you did receive your package, which we were glad to hear.     Ordered a firearm through them and actually received a completely different firearm than the one shown in the photos, so 100% will not go through them again nor should anyone else in all honesty. The gunshop I go through told me to report it as a bait and switch when I am showing them the ad for the firearm I ordered vs. the one I received. I was told by their customer service it falls under their return policy, but looking at the return policy I will have to pay a fee money for a shipping label and such for their mistake no thanks if I could I would leave them 0 stars.

You chose to keep the firearm and accepted a coupon for a future order. At no point did we advise there would be any restocking fees.
