Purchased a 20ga shotgun in "very good" condition, received a 12ga shotgun in good condition with 2 missing parts. I'll keep the gun, as I gave it some TLC, and enjoy working on guns, but it'll be my last purchase from them. Forget about selling to them, they'll lowball you like a **** shop.Guns.com LLC

Ordered a new cz p10c and came with 2 mags. No mention in the listing how many mags were included. However, there was a guns.com video clearly stating it shipped with 3 mags so i expected 3. I called and asked about the 3rd mag and talked to a manager who said " sorry the video is old". They need to maintain their info and back up their errors. Ill shop elsewhere next time.Guns.com LLC

Hi ****** - Sorry to hear about the confusion. The video you are referencing was a content video review of the firearm, which is intended to simply provide an overview of the firearm. At the time of the video review, CZ shipped three magazines. Manufacturers can change the number of magazines included with a new purchase. You received a new firearm with two magazines, as intended by CZ. The listing for the firearm you purchased did not indicate the firearm came with three magazines. I can vouch that this company does definitely use bait and switch. I placed an order which was immediately canceled by Guns.com indicating the item was out of stock. The item was then relisted immediately at a higher price.My complaint however differs. After being forced to choose a new selection I mistaken placed my order with missing information. I tried to update the order by contacting Guns.com immediately after via phone support, since you cannot take any actions on orders through their website. Phone support said they could not cancel the order so it could be corrected and refused to help in any way. The Guns.com representative verbally indicated that nothing would be done to resolve this matter. The conversation I had with the representative has been recorded as evidence.Guns.com LLC

We're sorry your initial order couldn't be fulfilled and the order had to be cancelled. When you placed your next order for the same item, that firearm was coming from a different selling dealer partner that had a price within $5 of your first order. When you called in to our service team, our Rangemaster explained once an order is in fulfillment, it's not able to be cancelled. 2 starsPurchased a rifle in "very good" condition. Rifle came in with more than a dozen scratches over half an inch long and most were down to bare metal. 1 scratch was 5 inches long. Dings throughout the rifle, iron sights damaged, and scrapes and chips in the plastic stock throughout. I sent in pictures and was told this rifle meets their very good description and my only option was to return the rifle and pay 15% restocking fee. The ffl I used for transfer was appalled at the condition as well and said should be labeled poor - fair on a good day.Review fromMorgan K

Purchased *********** handguns that were advertised with original boxes. One of the boxes did not have the correct original box with matching serial number. Had ********************** not suppressed that information material to my decision to buy the second gun, I would not have made the purchase. I asked them to take the gun back, or make a price adjustment and they refused. This is a shady way to do business. I am very disappointed and feel cheated. It is very unfortunate they dont value their reputation and customer satisfaction.Guns.com LLC

I bought a new ***** Big boy rifle in brass finish.. (basically a functional display rifle to show off), It was overpriced, but I was willing to pay it... When it arrived, the box it was shipped in was fine and had no damage at all, however, the factory box inside was smashed (this proves it happened before shipping)... I opened the box to find a used gun that I just bought as new. The brass on the ring and receiver was scratched and tarnished badly, the wood was dented and scuffed in several places, there was damage and fingerprints all over and the overall condition was very poor... I figure it was a used gun sold as new, due to the shape it was in. When I emailed (3 times) I got no response... 4 phone calls later (the first 3 were them saying they will bring it up and contact me back which never happened,) they claimed it was new and nothing wrong, but they want to charge me for a restocking fee on top of the already overinflated price... BUYER BEWARE!!! don't buy from these crooks!!!Guns.com LLC

I was finally able to reach someone that was willing to address the damaged rifle I received and was willing to make it close to "right". I still have a very irritated customer that now has to re-order the gun from another vendor, but the manager I spoke with today was much more reasonable than the other customer service reps I spoke with before. Again, I don't expect a ****************** mint condition rifle when we order **********, I am willing to overlook minor flaws and my customer also understands this and feels the same way, But when I order a "New in box" ***** rifle, I do expect it to be in a presentable enough condition to consider it to be "new in box", not in the condition that it is. As a Certified Gunsmith with many years under my belt, I can honestly say I did not feel the brass could be polished enough to delete the scratches and flaws without wearing through and the wood needs redone as well... I'm just glad my customer Is getting His money back, and we are able to put this to rest. I'm just concerned that it took 3 unanswered emails, 3 ignored "callbacks", 4 customer service reps, A ******************** website review, and a manager to get here. This all happened with in same day. I just attempted to purchase a Ruger American SKU: ***** priced at $528.99 but the order was then cancelled stating the item is out of stock. The same gun is now still listed in stock but at a higher price of $644.99. So it seems like they have the gun in stock but just didnt want to actually sell it for that price and did a bait and switch on the product and to appease the customer offer them a $30 discount instead of the price the gun was originally offered at. This is the first time I have decided to purchase a firearm with them and so far it has been a very negative experience. Either stick to your advertised prices or dont offer them. I will not be recommending this website to any of my friends and family to purchase firearms in the future! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I RATHER SPEND MORE WITH SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN THEM!!Guns.com LLC

I received an email on 5/5/2023 regarding a promotion for Buy 4 Mags Get 1 Free. I went through the checkout process and there were no Promo codes or instructions for this promotion. Following the placement of my order I called their *************************** to inquire about the promotion and was told that the extra magazine would be placed in the box prior to shipping. IT WAS NOT! I subsequently contacted their *************************** twice by phone and was told that the extra magazine would be shipped out. ***** I also sent an email containing my Order # and a copy of the promotional email. As of today, May 22, 2023 I have not received a reply or the promised magazine. What a scam company! No customer service just LIES and empty promises. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!Guns.com LLC

This was a one day offer, and allowed you to mix and match any magazines, so you would need to place all 5 magazines into your cart, and the lowest priced magazine would be the free magazine. In follow up, I received a call from a manager at Guns.com on May 23, 2023 who apologized profusely for the lack of a response to my issue. He stated that he was mailing out the additional magazine as well as another for my troubles. I received both magazines today, May 25, 2023. He also stated that he was contacting the marketing department so that any future confusion with this type of Flash sale would not happen again. Additionally, some customer service training is warranted as promises were not kept. Promise to make buying ******************** a easy experience. That is not what I experienced. I purchased two mags that were described on the site as fitting Glock 23 models. I have a gen 5 and the mags do not fit flush due the flared mag well on the gen 5 model. I asked to return them and they stated they do not accept returns on mags and tried to tell me that the site said it did not fit a gen 5 model. That is not true. There is no place where it specifies....only says fits Glock model 23. Go elsewhere they don't give a c*** about the customer.Guns.com LLC

As you can tell by the owners response they do not take ANY responsibility for not having correct product info or care about their customers. Why would anyone buy from a place that provides inaccurate or incomplete product info and then says tough luck with a no return policy? Not one I will ever do business with again.
