    Expensive firearm was missing its magazine and have not yet received it after contacting support.

    Hi ****, We are sorry to hear about your continued frustration with your order. We we spoke to you last on March 6th, we had advised that there had been a listing error and that the Colt that you ordered does only come with 1 magazine and that we has stated it came with 2 magazines. We have confirmed with Colt and our distributors, that it does include just 1 magazine. We advised that we were going to honor the listing and ship you an additional magazine, but that our suppliers were currently out of stock. You had replied to us on March 8th and advised that you had already purchased one from another site, and that you were happy with your firearm. We have checked with our supplier and they have the magazines back in stock, so we will be shipping you the additional magazine that we promised. Please reach out to us if you need anything further or have any questions.

    I've purchased 3 handguns from guns.com in the past and had one issue with them over the wrong magazines sent( they eventually granted the return after my card *** got involved.) Nonetheless I saw a gun for sale.. new.. which I decided to buy. And having realized they get their fair share of profit for that service I assumed the price was not to far off the suggested ************* there's a sucker born every minute... I pressed "Buy"....trusting their price was within reason.... Not so! It was twice the price of 3 other on line gun dealers... Blew me away.. Totally embarrassed for biting that scam... Read other reviews and it's not the first time that little trick was pulled... I'm sure high fives were exchanged at headquarters and drinks were on them... Live and learn... Bottom line. .. Won't do anymore business with that bunch again... Period!!!

    I sold my gun to them I signed up for direct deposit when I called to see where the paycheck was at they said I requested a paper check which i didnt so I called someone told me on Wednesday I should see it post to my account within today or tomorrow i requested my gun back which they informed me that they cant because they already issued a payment Which is not true

Then when you had changed your mind and asked that we send your gun back to you, we had stopped the payment we were in the process of issuing to you. Then when you decided to sell the firearm, we attempted to process the **** but we were unsuccessful and advised you that we had to issue your payment via check instead to complete the sale. We really appreciate your taking part in our We Buy Guns program, and we are to discuss further if you like.

    Bond Arms ************* 45/410 ****** Derringer. I received this Derringer in dragged through the dirt filthy condition. Looks like someone took a hone to both barrels. I observed this after cleaning the barrels.There appears to be a substance all over the frame and under the grips. On a hunch I took a light used for finding blood and other organic substance's and low and behold it glows!I have never received a weapon in such poor condition. I'll clean it all up. But realistically... y'all should have cleaned the weapon inside AND out!Very disappointed after looking for a weapon of this type for over 30 years AND AND AND, paying almost top Dollar for a dank skunk. Disappointing Indeed!

    Guns,com refused to refund a $25.00 FFL charge for a gun I received from them through a gun shop on their list in ***********, **. They sent the wrong gun through warehouse mistake. A gun they didn't even have. The gun shop did the required work and I payed them. I live in a small town and am not in the habit of stiffing the business's. I was told I shouldn't have paid them when I discovered the wrong gun had been sent. It was their mistake in sending the wrong gun. Not mine ,nor the **** I highly recommend not dealing with this business who use this ethic.****************************

    Ordered a S&W M&P Sport **** last Friday. Received it on Tuesday which was great. The problem is that it was listed as a new firearm which it may be but the logos are different. Doesn't have the M&P 10 logo on the right side like all the pics online do. Just has the etched S&W logo. Also has a deep scratch on the left side near the bolt catch. The lower appears to be for a 6.5 Creedmoor model from the pics I see online. It is compatible with the **** but I just don't understand how this can leave the factory if there is any quality control in place.

    Sold me a shotgun marked excellent by one of their experts. Took the gun to the range and it didn't work. Guns.com will do nothing because I didn't go to the range within 7 days. Wondering who their gun ******* are that are calling non working firearms excellent condition. Stay away save your money.

    It should be something that is more clear before purchasing that you only have 7 days. As I work for a living I'm not able to go to the range to test the Firearm. I would have delayed picking up from the ffl until the day before i went to the range. I'm glad your certified gun ***** rated a non working Firearm as excellent. Sounds like something your company should investigate further as I now have to go pay someone else to fix this non working gun or just enjoy a 700 dollar paperweight. I will be warning friends and family and everyone I come across at shooting events about your practices so they don't end up being taken advantage of.

    Guns.com is an absolute joke! I spoke to a representative this morning that assured me the firearm I ordered last week would ship within a day or two. Less than an hour later I received an email stating that my order had been canceled because the gun wasnt in stock. Dont waste your time with this company buy a gun anywhere else.

    I beg to differ it happens often enough that youve got a 1.5/5 star rating on BBB because of it. Your company needs to make the public aware that youre simply a third-party in the sale of these firearms and that you receive a commission/finders fee as a result. In not disclosing this, your current business practices are very dishonest.I suspect I didnt have any issues with my previous order due to the fact it was a used firearm. Order cancellations are a recurring theme with your company when it comes to the sale of new firearms. If you dont have it in stock then it shouldnt display as being in stock; its as simple as that.I will never do business with your company again. Nor can I -in good conscience- recommend your company to others.

    A third party company. NO Guarantee in any way, shape or form You will get what you paying for!*This website advertise amazing! But "cero **************** NEITHER QC Staff.I bought (thanks God paid with a credit card) a second hands 9mm Ruger American STATED GREAT CONDITION, paid special protection fees, etc. ***Gun came with few cracks and durty!I filed a complaint online asking for replacement or fix and still waiting almost 15 days later. The phone number they have; you lucky is somebody answers the first 5 times you call!**************** (another ghost) will be the one emailing you if you lucky. I found out the place where they delivered my Gun for pickup got better used guns at better prices!!!!********************** WITH THIS COMPANY!Go to a **** Shops or Certified Guns Dealer in your city instead and see your product before paying.

You had placed an order for one of our Outlet non-certified used firearms, which are supplied by one of the dealers in our network. We do use a condition rating system that we lay out on the site that you can find on our site using this link - ***********************************************************************. The Ruger you order was listed in Very Good condition, we we define as having Normal wear, fired a few times, some stock and wear finish. When you go to pick up your firearm, we always encourage the buyer to inspect their order before taking the transfer, to insure there are no issues. You took transfer of the Ruger on 2/10 and took it to the range and then had an issue. You reached out to us on 2/16 to advise us about the crack in the grip. We have a return policy for non-certified used firearms that states - Guns.com will accept the return of Non-Certified Used Guns with mechanical defects for a full refund, provided such return is made within 3 calendar days of physical transfer of the firearm. Guns.com will cover all shipping fees in the case of a mechanical defect. After 3 calendar days, all sales are final.You also filed a package protection claim that we investigated for you and found that there was no damage that would have resulted during transit, which is what our package protection covers. We did have deny that claim for that reason. Our ************ are available for calls and handle emails during our business hours of 7:30 am to 6 pm CST Monday through Friday. We do answer all calls in the order that we receive them. Hold times will vary throughout the day and during the week. I'm sorry if we couldn't get to all of your calls as quickly as you were expecting.     False. You Sneaky show in ALL your used gun like YOU selling them. But, they're third parties!Delivered was on Friday and you guys CLOSE THE WHOLE WEEKEND. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN HAVE QUALITY CONTROL STAFF to support good qu used "certify guns". Doesn't even go to your facility first neither! HAVING SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ARE PROVING MY POINT. My first Gun and came dirty, broke and with lot of use. Delivered to a pown shop on Friday...I'm screwed. Good experience.
