    I saw the Smith&Wesson on sale in my email. I had been out looking for this same weapon in my local stores. For a used one in my area with just one magazine was over $300.00.
    When I saw this one I made an inquiry with guns.com. I asked if this was used or new, they told me it is a certified used gun in like new condition. I said it comes with 2 six round mags and a ten round a carry case and sticky holster for this very low price. The gentleman on the phone said that is correct.
    We disconnected the call and I read everything again. I proceeded to the checkout and was waiting to be hit with more fees. Than it said verify me, I clicked put in my info and received a discount.
    It only took two days for my FFL. To receive my package they called me right away. I raced home broke down my weapon and cleaned and oiled it.
    Than it was off to the shooting range. Shot both indoor and outdoor, the sights were off a little made some adjustments and I was getting about 1 1/2 to 2 moa at 30 yards I had no misfires or squib loads or stovepipe.
    I am exceptionally very pleased with their customer service and delivery. The piece I bought I am very well pleased with as well. I will be making more purchases from this company.
    I trust this company and highly recommend people give them a whirl.

    I did not know that my purchase was not in stock. I inquired multiple times about shipping date no answer. I cancelled my order 2 days before it shipped. No response. Guns.com shipped the HK P30. This company should disclose that they are resellers, middlemen in a purchase transaction. When I looked at the return policy I saw, for the first time, all the fees they impose. I will not do business with guns.com again.

    I purchased a “Browning A-bolt” from Guns.com. Upon transfer, I discovered the rifle was not a true browning. It was a rebarreled rifle, with bluing loss that was not disclosed in the pictures or description. It sets in an aftermarket stock that the bolt hits every time it opens, someone tried to bed the barrel channel and failed leading to solvent leaking out constantly. The leupold scope on top was gouged and scratched from improper mounting, also not disclosed. This was one of their “certified used guns”, which are supposed to go through extra inspections to verify the quality of the firearm. The pictures and description did not lead any indication to these defects or the fact this is not a true browning.
    Their customer service is a joke, I have been waiting six days for the promised return shipping label.

    Bought a brand new 1911 Colt 45 and it arrived with a clearly identifiable scratch on the stainless steel barrel. I contacted guns.com and they've been shining me on and blowing me off for weeks now. It's like buying a brand new car and having a scratch on the hood and the seller expecting you to just live with it. Horrible experience will never use their services again.

    Your response is misleading. At no point did your team reach out to me proactively. I submitted a claim through your site, which was promptly denied without any meaningful review or engagement. I have a full email chain documenting how your team delayed, failed to offer a resolution, and ultimately shut the door in my face. The claim was related to a clearly visible defect on a brand new firearm, which should have warranted proper follow-upnot dismissal. Please dont imply that support was offered when it never was.

    They’ve made all of my transactions easy and have dealt fairly. In a market sector that can make the simplest things a hassle, they do not. I will be a repeat customer.

    They are the Amazon of gun retailers, simply acting as a middle man. I ordered an AR pistol and received it without a brace. After waiting a week for it to be rectified, the fulfiller of the order (some shop in Ohio) sent the wrong brace. Its a pain in the ass to deal with the issues as I have to go through the middle man to get anything done. If you prefer ease and accuracy, I would avoid guns.com.

    I made the costly mistake of purchasing a gun/suppressor combo. Less than an hour after placing it l was told it was $200 to cancel the order which had not even been processed. I’ve since seen dozens of bad reviews and comments on the terrible customer service. $200 to hit CANCEL! never again will I purchase from them.

    My new CZ P-10C
    This was an incredible find for me. I've owned a P-07 Duty in the past and it was one of my favorite carry guns. This one is possibly better. It shoot really well, and I was surprised to find, has night sights, making it even better for the price I paid. It was really dirty, but I can, and did handle that. It has multiple backstraps, making the fit customizable, It is very accurate, and is reasonably easy to hide for concealed carry. And I know with CZ's use of hammer forged barrels, it's going to give me years of service. So, excellent gun, at a very good price. Plus the shipper had it in the mail the day after I ordered it. I'm very pleased with this purchase and give it 5 stars.

    I purchased a Savage 110 from Guns.com, expecting a brand-new firearm, but what I received was package-opened, missing parts, and improperly handled. The package was damaged, the bolt was scratched, the adjustable iron sight and alloy wrench were missing, and the gun was not covered in a plastic bag, unlike a factory-new firearm. It was also full of dust, raising concerns about its storage and condition. I filed a Package Protection Claim with photo evidence, but Guns.com rejected my claim without addressing the missing parts or the fact that the gun was not truly new. Their refusal to provide a resolution and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am requesting that Guns.com acknowledge selling an opened product as new, provide the missing parts, and offer proper compensation. Buyers should be aware of this before purchasing from them.

    I made a purchase of a used pistol and when
    I went to pick it up it was the incorrect firearm. It was my error and they agreed to set up the return however they charge a 15% restocking fee on top of the $30 shipping fee. That is way more expensive than should be. Buyer beware as their return policies are expensive should you need to return the product. I will eat the extra cost to have the gun returned but will look at my next purchase to another more buyer friendly site.
